This place is managed by different hosts. The apartment we got was very Smelly and upon complaining the guy said because some Arab family lived here. The sheets were dirty and had stains. Hair everywhere in the apartment. Kept on asking for water but never provided. The Sinks were the dirtiest of all . Because of all this we cancelled our further booking with them.

Very unusual set up for checking in. Wasn't explained properly in email. Had to asked around & finally had to ring a number listed. The owner/ manager? finally arrived from the same building to greet me with his assistant. Wasn't in uniform nor was did they introduced themself. Was told I had to pay in cash & no invoice was given! Was shown to the room by the assistant on the 30th floor. Although it was clean & spacious it was only provided with 2 very old mismatched bath towels, I piece of soap, no bath mate, 1 toilet roll that was nearly at the end & no shampoo or bath gel! The whole experience just left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. It was just so unprofessional & unsuitable for a nice location & building like that. Very 3rd world & had I known it would be like that prior to booking I would have avoided it like the plague! It's akin to what you'd expect from a cheap low budget neighborhood not Imbi Rd KL. So sad how degraded that area had become.😌😌

Nothing to like a it a shame to still continue to allow guests to book the . Almost every thing is broken, you find many baby cockroaches running around, the furniture looks so old, bath room amenities is old and broken. There are more to say about this property

The was close to mass transit and food/shopping.

Poor condition, dirty, not well maintained, beds were very hard, like sleeping on the floor, towels were stained and rough/stiff.

The room was filthy. Money was collected (in cash only) before the room could be seen. The carpets were stained, sticky in places, The tiled floors had patches of dirt hardened on them. The bed lined was stained, with the pillowcases so old and smelly that they had changed from white to yellow in the middle. The towels were dirty.

Coming here I had to pay cash only confirmed the booking with my credit card no money was deducted from the credit card.

I saw KLCC and Pavilion from my room

The view, the bath tub and the size of the bed

tiny little cockroaches to which we reported to the agent who promptly arraanged for spraying but there were 2 more little ones spotted. The TV was not functioning and it was not rectified.

When I am coming before I come I contact the person who is in charge here he sends me the location I come nice and meet him he has to pay cash then he gave me the key and took me to the room where he kept the room for us. Sunder likes from here the biggest building in Malaysia is 128 stories Every day people came to clean the room and cleaned the room. I like it. Their spirit is very good. We have a shopping mall to eat here. We have a shopping mall to go out for shopping. The building is old but it is very beautiful to walk around. A place When I come again I will come here Mr. Rubel is a very nice man he likes to talk to everyone with a smile. How to make guests smile. What do they want? He tries to understand those words.

Location strategic at city. PIC is not local but friendly.

Room kinda old. Environment not so good Feel like living at Bangladesh.

Their checking time is 2 o'clock but we left around 12 o'clock, he checked us at that time and gave us the key. I thank him for that. He didn't charge anything.

When I came to chat this mr rubel sahib is checking me he seems like he can be here but his service is very good from me he likes to talk happy where is the swimming pool in the lobby we are given high level because we are from there Thank you from the bottom of my heart for watching the city

This link is very old but it is best to come here for eating and drinking shopping for monorail ride but coming here you will get some peace with that place.

Loved coming here the room is very nice from us swimming pool gym to shopping monorail from here to where ever we want to go shortcut for us the owner who is here is a very nice man thank you so much I will come again

I like the room position very much There is a shopping mall open from 10 am to 10 pm The swimming pool is in fifteen locks We like everything here from 7 am to 8 pm There are two seven elevens If I ever have time again I will come again

When you come here you have to pay in cash while checking because I have booked by credit card but you don't take any payment from credit card.

They are very good people and their service is very goodl Every time I came, what is the service there, everything was explained to me, I was taken to the room, the room is very nice, there is a swimming pool in the 15th floor, you have food code in LG. When I booked I booked with my credit card but when I came here I had to pay in cash no credit card is charged on booking.com and I also paid a 100 ringgit deposit. When I checked out the owner who was there said if I messaged him 55 minutes before he would come and wait for me in the lobby right on time he was waiting for me thank you

When I was checking out they gave me my 100 ringgit deposit bag and I gave them my room key.
