Se proprio devo dire un difetto, era davvero freddo. Aria condiziona a palla 24/7. Quando uscivi dalla doccia diventavi un ghiacciolo:) Però la coperta era pesante quindi a dormire non hai problemi

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026It's a great place, loved their collection of manga and books. The staff... What can I say, best helpful people I've found. I forgot some glasses and they took care to send them to kyoto. Next day I had them there. Can't thank them enough. I know a place I'll go back. It's in Shibuya but just one street away so that it's actually quiet in the room.

The bathrooms were not maintained clean at all times. Some toilets were out of use. Floor of the bathroom was always dirty. Wish there was laundry on site. The mattresses would make a sound every time you moved

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026- Great location if you want business in Shibuya and night life - Nice coffee bar and received a coupon for a discount on my first coffee - The rooms were great, I got top bunk (yay!) - Lockers were sizeable and easily fit my 40L backpack (the locker also had a shelf at the top for little bits) - Great theme of the books in the room - They held my bag for free till I could check in
- Only 2 showers and 1 sit-down toilet - No clothes washing facility on site - The shared area by the cafe is small, and plays Irish music on repeat (not sure why lol?) - The roof wasn't open in accordance with the opening times stated on the door (it was sunny too, so not because of weather)

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026スタッフが親しみやすい雰囲気の方ばかりで、質問しやすかったです。 一泊5,500円くらいだったので、物価高のいまではありがたい価格でした。 ベッド内は大変綺麗。トイレは綺麗だが、2台あるうちの一台が故障していて一台しかなかった。笑 シャワーは狭くて少しくたびれ感はありますが、許容範囲内でした。 ベッドがある部屋では飲食禁止なので（水のみOK）、清潔に保たれていました。虫が大嫌いな自分には有り難い。
渋谷駅からちと遠いです。スーツケース持ってトロトロ歩いて15分くらいかな。 チェックアウト日に無料荷物預かりサービスがありましたが、ここまで取りに帰るのはしんどいと思って利用しませんでした。 ベッド、2階は上がりにくいので、一階がおすすめです。

When in the mixed bedroom, the bathroom smells terrible and is very disgusting. However, the women only bathroom is much cleaner and provided for all women, even if not saying in a mixed room. I recommandés women only rooms as it is same price etc…

Very near to central of Shibuya with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Staffs very accommodating and personalized response to requests. Truly wonderful and relaxing stay ☺️☺️ Able to rest and sleep well due to the very comfortable bed, comforter and soundproof is very good 😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 keep up the good work ✨✨

up in the corridors. I felt so unsafe that I left after one very sleepless night. The luggage in the photo was from only half of the capsules being occupied. If there were people in all the capsules the the corridor could be completely blocked. Two days after I left there was a 5.6 earthquake. Could you imagine any other hotel letting people block their corridors?... Hotel management did not care. On making a complaint with Booking.com staff, they said they'd offer a goodwill refund. Now they refuse to pay.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026アクセスが良い。女性専用のフロアに泊まりましたが、全体的に清潔感がありました。利用者各自が水回りをきれいにしてましたし、スタッフさんが清掃に入っていたので気持ちよく使えました。
ロッカー前にスーツケースを置かれる方が多く、隣の方の荷物が私のロッカー扉前にはみ出ていて使いにくかったです。ロッカー内に収納しないのは、それだけ治安が良いとも言えますが正直使いにくかったです。ベッドサイドにミニ金庫がありますが使い方が良くわかりませんでした。洗面所が3つしかないので時間帯によっては混み合いそうです。

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Sehr zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Das Check in war unkompliziert und alle Anweisungen waren klar und einfach. Ich fand alles sauber vor, das Bett, die Toiletten und die Duschen. Es hat mir gut gefallen.
Die Matratze war ein wenig dünner als erwartet.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Shibuya merkeze, yaya geçidine çok yakın, istasyonlara çok yakın. Çok temiz ve sessiz. İlk kapsül deneyimimdi ve çok memnun kaldım. Sigara içme alanı ve lobisinde küçük sessiz ve rahat bir kafeteryası var. Çalışan kişiler çok saygılı ve güler yüzlüydü, otel dışında bile sorularınıza ve sorunlarınıza yardımcı oluyorlar. 5 gece kaldım, her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The location was great, about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station and also close to the famous Shibuya Crossing, shopping areas, and many restaurants. I found the capsule quite comfortable, and the mattress was good enough for a restful night's sleep. I slept very well during my stay. The showers and bathrooms were generally in good condition, and I appreciated having a convenient and affordable place to stay in such a central area of Tokyo.
The locker space is only large enough for a big backpack. Large suitcases do not fit inside the lockers, so many guests leave their luggage in the hallways. Since it is a capsule hotel with shared facilities, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers can depend on the guests staying there, as can the noise level. Fortunately, I did not experience any major issues during my stay.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. They allowed us to store our large suitcases before check-in, during our stay, and even after check-out, making everything very convenient and stress-free. The process was always uncomplicated, and we were able to collect our belongings later without any issues. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Shibuya with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
It is important to keep in mind that this is a hostel rather than a hotel. As expected, there can be some noise from other guests during the night and early morning, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. Although the location is very central, the walk from Shibuya Station takes around 10 minutes. With large suitcases, this can be somewhat challenging because the area is usually very busy and crowded. We would therefore recommend using a luggage delivery service such as Yamato to send larger bags directly to the hostel.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026We really enjoyed our stay here. The capsule concept was a fun experience, and everything was very clean. The girl at the front desk was super nice and welcoming, and we appreciated the drink coupons they gave us.
Since it’s a shared space, it may not be the most comfortable option for a long stay, but for a few days it’s perfect.

It’s not possible/ allowed to open the windows. The ventilation system is not great. The mixed room was very stinky because of people’s dirty and smelly shoes. The futons/mattresses are super thin.

Just something to note is that the noise travels / walls of pods are very thin. Everyone was very quiet and polite so I didn't have a single issue, but I wouldn't stay here if I was with other people (wouldn't be able to talk). I would stay again if travelling alone for sure!

Reviewed May 19, 2026Bir kere konumu süper bence tam Shibuya'nın kaotikliği bitiyor otele geliyorsunuz, hem merkezi hem de çok gürültülü değil. Ayrıca bir gece dönerken fark ettim ki otelin üst yolundan gidince de clubların olduğu bölgeye ulaşıyorsunuz. Gerçek anlamda sadece 2 dakikaydı. Terasına çıkmanızı öneririm.
Mekan pis değil de kalan insanlar çok sorumsuz bence evde de saçını kuruttuktan sonra saçlarını lavabonun içinde bırakıyorlar mı çok merak ediyorum ya.. Çamaşırları otelde yıkayamamak başta kötüydü ama yönlendirdikleri coin laundry'de çamaşırları beklerken otele yakın çoook güzel bir park keşfettim, siz de benim gibi marketten kahvaltılık alıp oraya gidebilirsiniz. İsmi Nabeshima Shoto Park.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Budget capsule hotel. Good for backpackers or overnight stay. Staff helpful and provided me tape and a small corner to bubble wrap gifts and souvenirs. Showers were surprisingly cozy and efficient.
Capsule hotel so expect capsule hotel things. People do come in and out a lot at evening-night-morning. Recommend earphones and eye masks! Pack light as well as hallways get really crowded. Location was also a bit hard to find

Reviewed May 11, 2026La habitación es de buen tamaño, limpia, cómoda, con ventilación individual y cuenta con un espacio individual para guardar tus pertenencias. Los baños están limpios. Las regaderas individuales cuentan con un espacio seco para cambiarse y las regaderas están limpias y funcionan bien. Las calles mas animadas de Shibuya están a tan solo unos pasos de distancia pero el lugar es silencioso y limpio. La decoración es bonita.
Se que el precio por hospedarte en Shibuya no es barato, pero aún así me pareció un poco caro tomando en cuenta que no se puede estar en la habitación durante ciertas horas del día. Para personas que vayan con maletas grandes, el espacio de almacenamiento privado no será suficiente.
