La situation géographique est excellente, dans le centre juste en face d'un accès publique à lagune. Un petit roof top agréable avec une belle vue. L'hôtel est simple, mais très agréable.

Sa proximité avec le balneo municipal pour plonger dans la lagune !

Mi estancia en este hotel quedó marcada por un hecho extremadamente grave. Durante mi estancia, entraron a mi habitación y me sustrajeron pertenencias personales de gran valor (joyas de oro) y tarjetas bancarias. ​Lo más alarmante fue que, tras el robo, se registró un intento de cobro presencial en un datáfono de la zona con una de las tarjetas robadas, lo que demuestra que los objetos salieron directamente de las instalaciones. ​A pesar de haber presentado la denuncia policial formal ante las autoridades, aportar las pruebas del intento de cobro y contactar con la dirección del hotel en repetidas ocasiones, la respuesta de la gerencia ha sido la absoluta indiferencia. No han asumido ninguna responsabilidad ni se han molestado en gestionar el incidente a través de su seguro de responsabilidad civil. ​El caso ya se encuentra denunciado y en manos de la PROFECO (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor) y de la Fiscalía General del Estado de Quintana Roo. Recomiendo a cualquiera que piense alojarse aquí que tenga muchísima precaución, ya que la seguridad de las habitaciones y la atención al cliente ante un problema grave son inexistentes.

Piccolo hotel a pochi passi dal centro e dalla laguna. Comodo il parcheggio disponibile per i clienti. Buoni i servizi comuni quali la piccola piscina e le aree per consumare la propria colazione. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Favourite place we’ve stayed. Cannot recommend this hotel more, the room was cleaned every day with new towels and bed made. Completely exceeded our expectations. Room was very big and the TV was huge and great to watch movies on during the evening :) there was a beautiful doc opposite the hotel that we spent every day sunbathing at with the blue water.

Can be quite noisy on a Friday / Saturday night. Dogs barking throughout night as well .

Our room was beautiful, air con was strong (which saved our lives in the August heat) and the staff was very helpful. Location is great, around 10 minutes walk for the centre while the access to the lagoon is just right across the street.

Situation georgraphique en face du ponton municipal et à proximité du centre. Belle piscine et beaucoup d’espaces commun à l’extérieur.

Les photos des chambres sont très trompeuses. Les chambres sont vraiment vieillottes et pas du tout aussi agréables que sur les photos. Salles de bain vraiment vétuste. Chambres en bas très sombres.

Een fijne plek dicht bij de lagune, je kunt oversteken voor een duik. Rondom het zwembad voldoende fijne plekjes om te zitten. De kamers die een renovatie hebben gehad zijn schoon, netjes en ruim en hebben een comfortabel bed. Lekker zwembad om in af te koelen. In een kleine 10 minuutjes wandel je naar het centrale plein.

Het verblijf geboekt specifiek voor het zwembad, maar deze hadden ze van de ene op de andere dag helemaal leeg gemaakt voor vers water. Niet zwemmen dus. Verder pompen ze elke dag het zwembad met een mobiele pomp, er is geen vaste pomp dus het zwembad water is niet echt heel fris. Ze mogen wel een flinke opruim en schoonmaak doen rondom de accommodatie, zodat alles er weer netjes uit ziet, zoveel potentieel.

Lo único era la puerta de la habitación que le costaba cerrar y abrir....y que no tenían venta de alimentos.

El espacio en la habitación, fuimos dos personas y literal solo había espacio para una maleta.

Áreas comunes muy descuidadas, montones de latas y algo de basura en algunas áreas como un bar que no se usa. El aire acondicionado estaba tan sucio que tuvimos que quitar los filtros Un pomo de agua en la nevera a la llegada hubiese sido cortes. No reciben con nada

Nos encantó que estaba en el malecón, frente al acceso a la laguna de los 7 colores, que se podía ver desde nuestra terraza...tambièn a 3 cuadras del centro y del parque principal, donde venden las deliciosas marquesitas y comida...personal muy amable, como Tania y Carlos, quien me ayudó a dar una habitación a unas personas que conocimos en el parque y que les recomendamos el hotel...la señorita de la limpieza muy amable, nos ayudó a bajar nuestro equipaje del 2do. Piso...con gusto volveremos mi esposo y yo si Dios nos lo permite

Lo único que no me gustó es que para ir a las habitaciones teníamos que subir unas escaleras muy pronunciadas y con muchos escalones...aún así, nos volveremos a hospedar ahí con el favor de Dios...bendiciones para su personal y sus familias

Well maintained facility, and location is perfect. We did visit here in off-season and the hotel was nearly empty, therefore we got a new-renovated room.

As this is across the street of a big beach-club, it could be noisy in the evenings. And parking might be tricky in high season.

El internet es malo. Me tocó que estaban dando mantenimiento a las instalaciones y estaba un poco desordenado de ahí en más estaba bien.

La habitación era cómoda

El personal no fue muy amable, la alberca no estuvo disponible durante nuestra estancia. Nos habían asignado otra habitación qué no era la que pedimos, al final nos dieron la correcta.

The bed was comfortable and the AC a must in Bacalar. Also it benefited from a nice view on the Laguna.

The bed sheets had holes, the towels were outdated and the sink was instable. Also you have to keep in mind that there's quite some noise in this area (party places). The wooden rood attracts lots of pigeons, which can be noisy too. Although it's nice hearing birds while waking up!

As fotos do Booking são incríveis. Mas nos deram os piores quartos, longe da área bonita, onde há as melhores vistas e a piscina. Os funcionários não interagem. Não espere nada deles. Devem ser muito mal pagos.

Alle zimmer hatten die Fenster zum Gang/Balkon, wodurch jeder in jedes Zimmer schauen konnte.

The proximity to the municipal swimming dock. The friendly staff. Unique design of the hotel.

Al lot of complains. In the end she called the police to scare us away. They advertise with daily roomcleaning but our room is not cleaned for 3 days. Ripped bedsheeds en nailpolish stains when we arrived. We were schocked because there are big signs saying you have to pay 500 pesos for dirty or broken sheeds/ towels. We did nog get de lakeview we payed for, there is smoking all around the property, the fontain is broken and the douche is al covered in chalk. They speak perfectly english when you are positive but forget that when you have a quistion or need help. When we were leaving they only speaked Spanish because i had complains the day before. When i hand in my roomkey i think she was saying everything was alright, i did not know for sure so i asked her to translate on the phone. That was the moment she began to scream at me: Calma calma i call police to you. We only have red the good reviews. Please do not believe them. Afterwards we saw a pattern in the bad reviews. Please take this seriously!

Das Hotel hat so viel Potential, es wird aber leider nicht genug gepflegt. Die älteren Zimmer sind relativ eng und ungemütlich und die Luft ist leicht muffig, es reicht aber am Ende auch völlig aus. Man könnte die gesamte Anlage etwas auf Vordermann bringen und vielleicht zumindest Kaffee und Kaltgetränke anbieten.

Our stay was very disappointing and did not match the expectations based on the price and presentation of the accommodation. There were a few positive aspects, such as the location and the general appearance of the property, which initially gave a good impression. However, during our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovation works, which caused significant noise and inconvenience. The room itself was poorly maintained: there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, a loose tile in the shower which created a safety hazard, visible stains on the curtains, and even a hole in the wall near the air conditioning unit. The air conditioning barely worked, and the beds were uncomfortable and sagging. In addition, there was a lot of noise at night from both the street and other guests. At one point we even saw an intoxicated guest sleeping in the hallway, which made the environment feel quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, we were also unwell during our stay and were unable to properly rest due to all of the above issues. We have tried to resolve this both via Booking.com and directly with the accommodation, but did not receive any response from the property. Overall, this stay felt far below the expected standard and was not good value for money.

Room was big and comfortable. View over the Lake was lovely. Outdoor area was nice. Sunbeds very comfortable. Pool looked dirty, did not use it for this reason.

We were in a top floor room with a thatched roof, so it was extremely noisey in the morning. The thatched roof meant there was no sound-proofing at all. We were awoken early every morning with very loud leaf blowers outside. I would recommend asking for a room that is not on the top floor so that you have a solid roof with better sound proofing. Considering Bacalar is generally a very quiet town, it is very noisey early in the mornings when the outdoor workers are at their busiest.

De inicio tuve que pedir toalla porque no había en la habitación, no ofrecen toalla de manos,las camas muy incomodas con funda pero muy desgastadas del mismo color pero no se ven uniformes una sola sabana pase frio es temporada de frente frio, no esperes nada solo ofrecen agua de un dispensador y no la offecen pregunte si ofrecian algo agua o café, me salio una cucaracha en el baño y me desperto otra que estaba haciendo ruido en la mesita de noche sugiero que fumiguen de vez en cuando, la alberca necesita mantenimiento mi se antioja meterse de hecho reserve porque se veia otra cosa en las imagenes, me dieron la habitación no. 1 jamas la pidan está cerca casi atras de recepcion y huele feito el drenaje muy alto el precio, preferible quedarse a 2 calles arriba en esa zona tal está mejor por menos $

Leider war das Zimmer sehr heruntergekommen, das Hotel hätte eine Renovierung nötig.
