Claudia molto accogliente e disponibile. Ci ha spiegato le possibili attività a Bacalar e ci ha prenotato l'escursione in barca sulla laguna. Comodo anche il parcheggio di fronte all'appartamento.

C'est une maison très agréable, avec possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur. Très bien placée, propositions d'excursions par l'hôte. Balancelle et table dehors :-) Selon l'heure d'arrivée et de départ vous pouvez croiser votre hôte, sinon une boite à clé est disponible. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous étions 4 et parfaitement installés. Je recommande

Le studio est très confortable, bien équipé, entretenu avec grand soin, et les hôtes sont très agréables et serviables. Merci encore à Claudia, pour son accueil et son aide.

Es un lugar encantador, tranquilo super limpio y ademas tenian aplicacion para ver peliculas, minisplits, y un bello jardin. La anfitriona muy amable y estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. Gracias!

Great location and really helpful staff. Well appointed with lovely sitting area outside. Just a few minutes walk to the public pier to swim in the lake. And very quiet. In retrospect I wish I had stayed another night!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und antwortet sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Zum öffentlichen Badesteg nur 5 Minuten.

Tiene una excelente ubicación y es muy espacioso, nos sentimos muy cómodas y pudimos incluso usar parte del patio para hacer pilates :)

Casa Momo was perfect for our family. Everything we needed to enjoy Bacalar with our young kids.

A casa é bem equipada, com ar condicionado na sala e no quarto, tv com canais de streaming, cozinha com utensílios, geladeira, quarto espaçoso.

A localização fica um pouco afastada do centrinho, num lugar meio ermo. A pressão baixa da água no chuveiro e torneiras foi um ponto muito negativo. Não imagino como hospedar com crianças dessa forma. Travesseiros ruins tbem.

We had a great stay at Casa Momo! Claudia our host was super nice and helpful, she was so quick with getting back to us when we needed something. She booked a boat tour of the lagoon for us which prevented us from having to search for a company amongst the various offerings. Ee loved the boat tour! This is a great one bedroom appartement, very well equipped, drinkable water, A/C, clothes line to dry clothes outside, shaded parking lot, and a little plus Netflix which was nice to have for our daughter :) The appartement is located in a quieter area about 15-20min walk to the center. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Not much to say, we liked it so much we would definitely stay again! Perhaps it is worth noting that the beds might be a little hard for sensitive backs, but other than that we thought everything was just perfect!

We really loved this apartment. Everything was perfect. The host was so friendly and helpful. The way that the property has been set up is fantastic - very comfortable and spacious, with a dining area inside and out, the kitchen was so clean and well equipped. We loved the terrace area, especially the swinging seat! Although there is another apartment next door your outdoor space is your own and is also private. The apartment was in a great location, 2 minutes walk to the lake and close to a bakery and small store. The town centre is less than 15 minutes away. It was a lovely quiet part of the town and we just enjoyed relaxing.

The host was great, kind and willing to support and give tips on bacalar. The position is in the south of the city and not exactly in the city centre, this was for me a plus because it was very close to the public access to the lagoon and very quiet, allowing still to walk to the city centre. The apartment was relatively big and as in the description/fotos.

J’ai adoré séjourner à Casa Momo dans un appartement au calme et en même temps proche du centre de Bacalar. Hôtes charmantes et très dévouées. Tout ce qu’il y a à faire à Bacalar se trouve à moins de 15 minutes en voiture. Je recommande chaudement et je reviendrai avec plaisir 😊

La situation de la location est parfaite, non loin du centre, non loin du lagon et magasins + restaurants à proximité. Le logement est confortable, calme et l'hôte Claudia est très accueillante et sympathique.

Claudia is a great host. Wifi is fast. She also let us check out late (which is very helpful to us as one of us works remotely). Great location close to the shore. Kitchen comes in handy. Free gigantic drinking water helps as well. Great stay. Thanks, Claudia.

Casa Momo is een heerlijk huisje buiten de drukte van Bacalar maar alles is wel op loopafstand. Het huisje is heel leuk ingericht en er is een terrasje. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door onze host. Ze had zelfs een klein cadeautje voor ons voor Kerst. Ze gaf veel uitleg over dingen die we konden doen in Bacalar en restaurant tips

L'appartamento è meraviglioso, meglio che nelle foto. Spazioso, estremamente pulito, si ha tutto il necessario. L'host Claudia fornisce acqua e caffè a volontà, vi è anche un comodo spazio per stendere vestiti. L'host è gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile, fornisce informazioni di vario genere, dai ristoranti alla lavanderia. Ci ha anche aiutato a chiamare un taxi per tornare alla stazione ADO. Assolutamente consigliato!

Claudia, the host was lovely and obviously enjoys talking to people. We really enjoyed hearing about Mexico and getting her advice on what to do around the town. She takes in stray cats so a donation to that is a worthwhile cause (tip jar in kitchen). The place was clean with a relaxing verandah and garden and had everything you need in a self contained apartment including great coffee. It is simple but comfortable.

2 Double beds in the room were a little too cosy for 3 people but ok..

Beautiful, cosy little house in a great location near to the centre. Very clean, excellent facilities and thoughtful touches. It was nice to have a Christmas tree and lights on the front porch! Claudia was really lovely and super helpful too.

Tutto. Uno dei migliori alloggi, in quanto ad accoglienza, in cui abbia mai soggiornato. La casa è bellissima, super fornita e super comoda, con la cura del dettaglio in ogni minimo particolare. Ma il plus è Claudia, la migliore host del mondo. Gentile e cortese ci ha reso tutto più semplice con la sua disponibilità. Il fatto che lei viva attaccato all’alloggio rende tutto più comodo. Spero vivamente di tornare a trovare lei e la sua fantastica casa. Grazie ancora Claudia.

Klasse Vermieterin, super Lage (5 Minuten zum nächsten öffentlichen Zugang zur Lagune), sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet, schöne Terrasse, bequeme Betten - gerne wieder!

Todo estuvo muy bien. La llegada fue muy fácil, la casa era muy cómoda y limpia, la ubicación muy buena (puedes llegar a la laguna andando) y además nos dejaron muchas recomendaciones de sitios que visitar y restaurantes a los que ir. Además fue todo un detalle los dulces mexicanos que nos encantaron. Gracias por todo.

Appartamento molto funzionale non manca nulla all’interno dell’appartamento. Ottima posizione a poca distanza dal centro e dai vari accessi alla laguna.

La casa está hermosa acogedora y es como car en bacalar. La atención de Claudia fue excelente y sus recomendaciones sobre los lugares fueron la diferencia. Nos ayudó muchísimo y desde que llegamos hasta que salimos tuvimos siempre la seguridad, y el acompañamiento de ella. Sin duda nuestra experiencia fue la mejor.

L'appartement est très propre, décoré avec goût, bien équipé. Rien à dire, c'était parfait 😍

Spacious

The apartment was lovely and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook basic breakfast etc. it was nice that cooking oil was also provided. The location is honestly such an easy and safe walk from Centro. We walk back in the dark and although quiet, it felt very safe. Host was so lovely, helped us with recommendations. The bathroom was nice and great hot water with a hairdryer. Air con in bedroom and big fan in living room.

Only thing to note is that the double bed is very small. But the bedroom has two beds so me and my partner just slept in separate beds for the two nights which was fine because he had a cold anyway. Sometimes the lock to the front door didn’t lock properly so just make sure you check it before you leave.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was really well equipped with all we needed. Our host Claudia was also amazing, helping us to book tours and a taxi to the bus station and was lighting fast at responding to messages. Bacalar is a beautiful place perfect to relax and the apartment was well located a short walk into town to make the most of it! We also appreciated the Christmas tree and lights.

The host is friendly and takes good care of the accommodation. She informed us of situations such as power outages and bad weather. There was a time when there was a lack of gas for cooking, and she quickly solved the problem. It's a clean and convenient accommodation. It's a little far from the cent er, but I enjoyed the walk.

A brilliant place. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was so kind and friendly and able to give lots of advice on activities, booking these for us, arranging laundry. Nice water was also provided. Highly recommended

The location of the property was amazing, so close to the centro and the free pier. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful.

What I like most about Casa Momo is the fact that it is a family business. Claudia and her mom, Claudia, were very kind and generous. Communication was great from day 1 and they provided very good tips in Bacalar. The place was nice and clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, and the AC in the room makes a significant difference at night. I would recommend it 100%.

You just need to know that you only have AC in the bedroom. Not in the living room. That means it will get quite hot in there.

Thé property was close to the center. 15 minutes walking distance. Very clean. The owner Claudia welcomed us at the property, explained everything where it is and shared helpful information of best places to visit.
