Very good location cos Amberside was right next to Belletime Mall and it was very convenient to get food(there's Syed Ali coffeeshop and many food shops, convenience marts nearby). The bustop to get to JB Sentral was right in front of the block lobby. Easy to get grab and go anywhere from here and we left on a Saturday on 26th Dec but there was no traffic jam so only took 10mins to get to CIQ. The apartment itself has a very nice sea view although there are parts blocked by some blocks. 2 rooms had sea view and the other ensuite had views of the main road. Not exactly a big issue cos the living room had a nice view anyway. Beds and pillows were clean, no musky smell and comfortable to sleep in. So glad they gave 4 pillows which was great for support. And really thankful the checkout time was 12pm! We got our refund back the next day and the checkin instructions were provided a few hours before. No hassle at all.

They really need to change the sofa blanket throw cos it is really itchy. Everytime we sit there, we started itching everywhere. Only when we used disposable covers did we stop itching. It would have been better if a water dispenser was provided cos it was a real hassle as we had to keep buying bottled water. The rooms were really comfortable but if only the beds were king beds but no biggie, we survived and made do and it looks exactly like in the pictures.

The unit is clean with amazing scenery. We stayed at lvl 10 and can see the sea. The tv projector is a value add. The kids enjoy the cinematic moments.

Saw a cockroach at night below the coffee table when we got back at night from our outing. We immediately killed it and threw outside. Handwash detergents not so great smell (smells spoilt after washing hands), could be expired we're not sure as the host said they keep topping it up from elseplace. Prefer TV than projector screen as we want to watch some shows/movies during the day and we have to draw the curtains down which is a bummer not able to enjoy the amazing sea view.

I satisfy the room and the bay view .The room is very big ,tidy and facilities that we get high standard .

Only in 4people room , the toilet tap was not good and this was inconvenience for us .

The sofa is comfortable

The unit is a no fuss and simple one but in terms of cleanliness and function, it will come tops. There is enough power outlets for our needs - the owner even provided 2 pin adapters which is very thoughtful. There are enough hangers to hang our clothes and the toilets had enough towel hangers and there were also additional hooks. The airconditioners, fans and toilets were working well. What I like most is that there is an attached toilet for each of the bedrooms. I would say, what we needed, we got. So, it felt like home... plus a wonderful straits view, a beach and the pool below.

Getting to the letter box area to obtain/return the keys was a little tricky to us - couldn't orientate fast enough during our very short stay.

Nice apartment 3bedroom 3 toilet with bathroom good for my family of 8adult and 1child i like the place clean and nice view at the balcony.

When we arrived coz the guard miss understanding and my teens cannot go to the pool its under maintenance when tues till 12pm we need to check out that every tues they doing it but not inform us but fine coz its helpul the 24 hrs guard at the main entrance.

The location is very good as there are many eatery nearby and a couple of 24hrs convenience shop. The rooms are comfortable and toilets are all very clean.

Great hospitality, host is very attentive

the unit is as described, and the location is so good. very nice view. comfy bed and comforters nice big pool with very functional guard around the pool to ensure safety for the guess have lots of 24-hour minit mart and restaurants within walking distance. host very responsive and accommodating during my stay.

the projector tv is not so sharp, esp during the day, as it's very blurry even after adjusting it,
