Very clean, comfortable bed and stylish.
Only the receptionist was friendly. The staff in the bar were not pleased I asked for a cup of tea at 10pm, and showed their displeasure with silence and a huffy look. Made me a tea but were silent on delivery. I would have rather have been told that they did not serve tea at that time if it was an issue. Our room was located right next to the reception desk and was very noisy.
Habia manchas de sangre en las sábanas
Room felt isolated from the rest of the hotel due to intermediate doors; didn't feel safe.
Excellent location. Staff very professional and friendly. Great help with any enquiries. A delightful place to stay

The hotel was beautiful, staff very friendly and a delicious warm cookie as a welcome. The bar area was stunning.
The bar area had a TV on which was too loud and clashing with the music that was playing. The bar area was also a tad too cold.
Clean, comfortable room.
Bathroom is a Wet Room, and the water ran across the whole floor (and nearly out of the room) when having a shower. Tricky then to stand at sink or toilet without slipping!
Room and breakfast
A bit expensive
服務人員都很和善,早餐雖然種類不多,但很好吃❤️
打掃人員忘記幫忙補充潤髮乳🥺
Bar prices are ridiculous. £68 for two g&t's and two guinness and 3 packets of crisps.

Tired on the outside
Nice and spacious for the room - staff were lovely too

It was very dirty , very very small , check for small print no TV !! Staff very unhelpful basically called us liars .
location of hotel was great for exploring Greenwich. Staff very helpful and friendly. Reasonable priced car parking available
Room was quite small not much wardrobe space as iron etc in there
Staff helpful and friendly.
Location wise is perfect
liked everything
Rien ne m’a était confortable
Pas d’eau chaude, les lumières qui s’éteignent pour rien, nous étions littéralement dans le noir et en prime des bruits, comme si ça frappait à notre porte
We usually stay at this hotel whenever we go to London because it’s close to the people we’re visiting. Since we’re familiar with the hotel, we always make requests, but they’re never fulfilled. In fact, it seems like they do it on purpose to do the exact opposite of what we ask for. It’s been getting worse each time, and this last time, even the check-in clerk was aggressive when we realized our request hadn’t been met. This was probably our last time staying there, especially since there are much cheaper alternatives. Very low value for money.
The room was screaming luxury
There wasn't any microwave available for me to you. I have some delicious Nigerian food i wanted to heat, but there was no microwave i could use. Had to throw the food away.
Reception staff very helpful particulary Wasim

Incredible panoramic view of London skyline from our top floor room. Super comfortable, great size, and for London prices very reasonable. Staff were excellent, the service felt really high end on both the front desk and bar
Clean and comfortable room. Good gym. Great service from the hotel staff.
Breakfast was really nice. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the sausage.
The sausage

The room is little bit small but clean and neat. Breakfast is good
Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean and shirt distance to DLR.
Nothing
Had the cooked breakfast, to be honest, only thing that was really hot, was the sausage! The scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, mushrooms were cold! Gluten free bread & oat milk a bonus!
Ate in the bar in the evening but no high tables! Bit awkward eating over small coffee table!
breakfast was great, alot of options
nothing really. the room was small for queen
Het personeel, vooral de manager.
Nice clean and modern
Could of done with a fridge in the property
Great location Room was nice and clean
Staff weren’t helpful and unaccommodating when we requested utensils for food. Wanted to charge us £5 per person which I find very dissatisfying for such a well known brand.
The hotel itself is lovely and very nice looking.
The door looked like it had to be smashed in at one time so there was a gap in the door which then you could hear people in the corridor. There were pink stains next to the bed on the carpet, the chaise lounge in the room had pen marks, crispy food marks and liquid stains, lifted the cushion on it and it was filthy. The vinyl in the entrance of room was lifting and broken. We was woken up by children playing in the room next door sounded like they were in our room. We've paid 60% less for other hotel stays in London and it be better.
Clean and decent room. Good bed. AC integrated in the room. Problemfree check-in and tasty breakfast.Nice vibe in the bar.
No Chromecast or youtube on the TV in the room. No fridge/minibar in my room.
Good location within walking distance of the main attractions. On site secure parking whilst additional charge was useful. Customer service was excellent and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was as good as it could be.
Loved the view that we had. 9th floor view of the city. Unforgettable
Great location in Greenwich

Lovely hotel. Great decor. Great location. Good food and cocktails.
Bed was too hard for me. Room also a little small.

La camera era angusta e striminzita non degna di un hotel 4 stelle Nel bagno c'erano gli odori della cucina in cui venivano preparate le colazioni
Perfect location, close to DLR. Friendly professional staff, clean and very comfortable. Had a great stay.
Nice an clean
The door to the bathroom is a huge glass door, then there is a huge window in the bathroom . so imagine u have been working non stop your going away for relaxing two days… U have the moon lighting up your room all night. It’s like Sleeping with the curtains wide open. Then u have the sun 🌞 absolutely glaring in lighting your room up each day at 7am to the point u can’t sleep like the whole room is lit up.
The property is cozy, clean and quite comfortable.
The kitchen closes quite early in my view

Zero stars. I booked and paid for a 4 night stay as my sister and I were picking up her wedding dress in London. The designer reached out 4 days prior to say the dress wouldn't be ready. I called the hotel everyday for 4 days incurring hundreds of dollars charges to hold, wait and not speak to anyone to get a refund, credit, partial refund. Anything..... as we were now out hotel and airfare funds. I even sent an email and basically received a short, curt response that said it was "too bad, so sad" and they would not refund any amount nor provide us a credit for other stays. It didn't even matter that we were rewards members or going through an emotional rollercoaster with a wedding just weeks ago. They wouldn't do anything and just kept the entire funds for the reservation and likely still rented the room. Totally inflexible and I would not recommend. Not an empathetic person in the place!
Stayed three nights in a Deluxe room on the 8th floor. The room was of an adequate size, comfortable, good shower, excellent air con, a decent large king bed and very quiet Breakfast buffet was varied and both hot and cold selections were of good quality - pleased that on weekends breakfast is served until 11 Lovely staff and efficient housekeeping service were also positives With Deptford Bridge station (DLR line) just a five minute walk, I can heartily recommend this affordable hotel and would definitely stay again
Smart, friendly , secure car park
No fridge in the room in heat of summer . That’s all
Mooi en schoon en goed lokatie
Hotel kamer was aan de prijzige kant en dat je dan ook nog moet betalen voor een ontbijtje is een min punt
Great helpful staff
The first room we got had a tiny window which was up high which didn't look anything like the pictures when booking. The size of the window felt like a prison cell and the room was small. Had to go to reception to ask for another room and the fellow in reception was helpful enough to get us a better room which was close to expectations
⭐☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely Disrespectful Experience I would never stay at DoubleTree by Hilton London - Greenwich again. The way my group and I were treated was completely unacceptable. We were simply eating food outside, and the staff approached us in a rude and disrespectful manner. Instead of speaking to us politely or explaining any hotel policy, they made us feel like we were doing something wrong and treated us like animals. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect. As paying guests, we expected basic hospitality, but instead we felt embarrassed and unwelcome. The experience left a very negative impression on our entire group. A hotel is supposed to make guests feel comfortable and valued. Unfortunately, this hotel did the exact opposite. I cannot recommend staying here based on the way we were treated.
A nice hotel. We had a corner room which we liked. The staff we very heloful and attentive. The area around the hotel was rather run down looking. It was close to the light rail though, which was very useful. Breakfast was good.
The room was smaller than expected - it was difficult to manage 2 full size suitcases.
Lovely staff, breakfast to start your day right, and as one who takes much gusto in walking and history, I loved the fact this hotel was on the fringes of Greenwich.
The wifi was erratic, but I'm nitpicking here.
Location
Small double bed despite upgrade. King size or super king would have been more appropriate

I liked the room and the front desk team even left a surprise for us because I told them before my arrival that I just had finished my M.BA degree.

Nuestra habitación no tenía frigobar. Las almohadas eran demasiado blandas, colocabas 2 y al apoyarte prácticamente quedabas en el colchón (sin exageración)
I stayed in this hotel for 9 nights while in the area for work. The staff was friendly, though lacking when it came to information. For such a long stay I dont know why I was put on the very top floor. The main elevator only goes to floor 8 and a smaller lift or stairs take you to 9. I wasn’t informed of this which led to a very confusing journey to my room. The room was great, though it has my least favorite thing which is showers that absolutely flood the bathroom floor. I had lots of space and outlets. I opted for the breakfast which was never too crowded if you went early, mostly partaking in the coffee. I ate in the lounge/restaurant a couple times, friendly staff and decent portions. The food was fine.
I am disabled, and I am not at my best first thing in the morning, Having to eat breakfast in the sight of other guests can be embarrasing, so we always look for a hotel that offers room service - breakfast. This hotel does offer breakfast room service, for which I am grateful, and it arrived at the time we ordered.
There is very little else I could say about this hotel which is positive. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The en-suite was very smart. But the shower stall was too shallow for the water pressure, and the stall had no door. As a result I flooded the en-suite on both occasions that I used the shower. I was disappointed and inconvenienced by the random selection of toiletries, which appeared to have been chosen by someone wearing a blindfold. There was enough shampoo to wash the hair of a regiment, but no bodywash or shower gel, which was what I needed. On our first night we ate in what they call a wine bar. The decor is hideous. The dominant theme is purple velvet, I had squid rings as a starter, which were horrible, and a pizza which was surprisingly nice. The following morning, we had the rooom service breakfast. We had been given a list of breadfast foods tot tick, to leave hanging on our door. Unfortunat ley they only gave us one list, because my husband and I eat different things for breakfast. The result was two of everything and a bill of over £35.00. The day was hot. At lunchtime I returned to the hotel, hot and sweaty and wanting a shower. I found that the wet towels had not been changed, and it was clear that no staff had visited the room at all, even though it was past midday and well into the afternoon. I asked for clean towels and repeated that request 4 times over the next two hours (visiting the desk each time, because I was not given the reception phone number). They did eventually arrrive in time for me to have a shower before I went out for the evening. Hilton is a mid-price chain, competing with several similar chains. Choose one of them.
Clean and nice staff Very clean and comfortable and quiet
Nothing
This hotel is grim, it’s like someone took a credit card to a cheap cast off shop and bought every cheap sale item going. It creates such a weird vibe. It’s like being in a cheap showroom in Essex. Rooms are tiny. As a diamond, upgraded to a King, but no room to swing a cat. Bathroom affords no privacy. One towel per person, not fluffy, cheap. Check in so slow. Arrived at 7 and only one person checking guests in. Breakfast chaotic, food slow to be replenished and no welcome, so functional. First time I have booked a Hilton and wish I had booked a Premier Inn. Shocking. Avoid.
Convenient location, friendly staff on reception and bar and restaurant.
Our twin room was very small and cramped, nothing like the photos on your site. Room not cleaned first day, only one set of towels another day. Glass sliding bathroom door light up the room in the night and noisy too. Very tight down the sides of the bed, no gap between beds.
It was central enough for me
We stayed here last month and initially had a good experience. The room was spacious and reasonably priced, but our stay was disrupted by plumbing noise throughout the night, which repeatedly woke us up. Although the room itself was good, the lack of sleep meant it didn't feel like good value for money, and we would be unlikely to stay again.
Lovely hotel, nice touch on arrivel in reception cold water and a cookie
Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful building
Room was slightly too cramped but ok for short stays
Super
Nothing really
Nice staff. Attentive. Water on arrival. Air conditioned room before I arrived on a hot day which was really appreciated. They also checked if I needed anything by text. Bar nice and communal areas.
Room was a bit of a disappointment. Dated and in need of some TLC.
Location was good, parking was great and staff were all friendly and helpful.
Bedroom in a basement with no window, breakfast room also in the basement with no windows, breakfast room was freezing cold, but I think this was to ensure guests didnt linger, as there was too few tables to accomodate the number of guests really. Food was okay, but staff were working hard to keep it topped up due to demand.
The bar, star. Room was nice. A bit dusty
Price of London hotels.
It was in a lovely quiet part of a very busy area! The room was lovely and big with a king size bed and the bathroom was beautiful! I am a particular critic of showers ad I’m six-and-a-half foot tall and this shower was perfect| Breakfast was delicious! The air-con was particularly appreciated during the hottest week of the year so far!
The room had some halogen lights around the edge of the ceiling, but only one of these was working. I didn’t mind because I prefer lamplight to ceiling light anyway, but it showed that maintenance hadn’t been on top of it for a while. They also advertised dinner in the restaurant between 6:00 and 9:30pm, but this wasn’t actually true.
Location to where I was working

It was air conditioned at a time of extreme heat in London. Hotel staff were welcoming and room was clean and spacious.
Unfortunately restaurant was closed so had choice of dinner on our lap in Lounge area or room service. We are in lounge area watched FIFA match.
Lovely hotel in a nice location very close to the DLR. The facilities were good but it was a bit on the pricey side
Small room
The hotel is in a quiet location only ten minutes walk from Greenwich and Deptford stations. Fifteen miinutes will get you to historic Greenwich, Cutty Sark and river trips. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Public rooms were comfortacle and very clean. Our bedroom was spotless when we arrived and cleaned to a high standard daily. The glass bathroom screen was labelled with events in the history of Greenwich. A nice touch. We had the buffet breakfast which included a good range of nicely presented options. Other breakfat options are available. The restaurant staff were polite and hard working and contributed to a very calm and pleasant start to our day, We stayed for four days and feel that this hotel provides excellent value. We will book again.
The rims was nice and clean and modern
the bed it was very uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on an old mattress
Nothing was to much for them

Location, its hygiene and quality
There’s nothing I didn’t like.
Staff were great.
No late bar for residents
I love the spacious room
The linen trolley was in the way when I arrived and it was hard to get past the trolley that was all
Good location, near to the DLR and rail stations. Some nice pubs nearby. Good views from our 9th floor room. Air conditioning was effective.
Some staff were bordering on surly and could be unhelpful. It felt a little tired. The breakfast was just ok. It wasn't great value for money. Bathroom was small in our queen room. The bar shuts at 11pm even for residents.
My room was cleaned on time, hot water available for shower, staff friendly and helpful
Drinking water was served only once in the room
