Great room, nicely decorated and comfortable. It was about a 15 mins walk to the main squares on a quiet street. I'd definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It was extremely difficult to find this hotel. The entrance is so narrow that it’s a struggle to get a suitcase through, and the staircase is equally narrow—only one person can pass at a time, making luggage transport very inconvenient. The room is tiny and looks nothing like what was shown on Booking.com. The layout is very odd: the adjacent room’s bathroom takes up a large space, and I could clearly hear every sound from the next room. There were many small black specks on the quilt; I had no idea what they were, so I didn’t dare use it. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, another towel was left on my bed. I assumed it was clean, but after taking a shower, I smelled a sour stench—and realized it was coming from that towel!

This room is everything you need when traveling! I feel bad I don’t get to stay longer

La atención, pese año ser presencial, fue amable y atenta. Siempre disponible. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación también. Es para viajes cortos y con mochila ya que es pequeñita pero acogedora. La zona es genial, cerca de la estación y a 20 minutos de la ciudad. Cerca del Río por lo que tienes una vistas súper bonitas mientras te acercas al centro de la cuidad. El baño es cómodo salvo el lavamanos. Hay aire acondicionado y calefacción. Tiene una ventana grande y con vistas al patio interno.

El lavamanos en el baño, es demasiado pequeño y no puedes asearte sin mojar todo el baño y a ti mismo.

The room I was allocated was very small, and the pictures on the website do not reflect that accurately. I only had 1 room rate available when booking so couldn't have forseen the small room or was able to upgrad if I was aware. The very small size of some of the rooms should be clearer when booking. The staff communication however was great, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear.

Camera molto moderna, pulita, posizione comoda a tutto, sia al centro che alla stazione, ubicata in una via abbastanza centrale, ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa. Letto molto comodo.

Ubicación excelente, a 2 minutos de estación buses y a 10 del Tranvía al aeropuerto y del centro andando. Nos guardaron las maletas sin coste. El personal muy amable.

Por decir algo, las almohadas delgadas, pero esto depende de cada uno.

Walk 25-30 minutes from station with embossed stone in the street so I have to pull my luggages harder than usual. BTW

Clean modern room with a comfortable bed. Tea, coffee making facilities available. Not too far a walk into town and nice family run cafe next door.

Room didn't have private access to an outdoor space or balcony but perfect where you are not spending time in the room.

Location was excellent. Not too many people staying due to size of property. Therefore not too much noise of people slamming doors etc. Free coffee and tea. There is a lift to help you with suitcases. Staff helpful. Great air conditioning and showers.

The coffee machine did not appear to be maintained daily and you need to know how to fill it up and buy milk (if you want cafe latte). Rooms were on the smaller side although we were out much of the time so didn’t bother us. The place could do with a few pieces of cutlery, sharp knives and plates. Nothing there if planning on preparing a snack in the evening.

Our room was very small but we were only staying one night so it wasn’t a big issue. The shower was extremely small and difficult to maneuver. The check in was done all online with no personal at sight.

Lokalizacja na plus, blisko dworca. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Możliwość zostawienia walizki przed zameldowaniem. Część wspólną z kuchnią i patio.

Właściwie większość rzeczy się zgadzała. Jedyne co można podać na minus to niezbyt grube ściany i słychać dużo ze wspólnego korytarza. Natomiast w przypadku kiedy wyjeżdżamy typowo pod zwiedzanie nie jest to duże utrudnienie.

Very friendly and helpful staff, let us store the bags both before check in and after and helpful with all questions. A short walk to the city centre. Very easy to take tram from the train station. Just one station and stops right outside the hotel! ☺️

Property was really close to the city center, but not so close that I had to deal with the noise of the city. It’s about a 10-15minute walk from the city center. My room was beautifully decorated and spacious. Staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et permettant de se rendre facilement à pied dans les lieux d’intérêt de Florence et à la gare. La chambre était très belle, très bien aménagée et avec goût, le mobilier neuf. Le matelas était très confortable. Les gestionnaires du logement sont très bienveillants et disponibles.

Comme certains commentaires l’indiquent, je pense que l’isolation est effectivement mauvaise, mais mes voisins n’étant pas bruyants cela ne m’a aucunement dérangée. Par ailleurs, il pourrait être intéressant de télécharger Netflix sur la télé, afin que les voyageurs étrangers puissent profiter de la télévision aussi quand ils ne parlent pas italien ! :-) mais c’est un détail !

Parásitos (chinches) en la habitación. Y respuesta engañosa por parte de los propietarios. Después de una primera pernoctación amanecimos con infinidad de picaduras en piernas. Solicitamos cambio de habitación. La propiedad nos dijo que no tenían más habitaciones disponibles, pero que nos reembolsarían el dinero de las dos siguientes noches que teníamos reservadas si decidíamos abandonar la estancia. Aceptamos, pero pasadas 48 horas se desdijeron y ahora se niegan de reembolsarnos el dinero de esas dos últimas noches.

Florence B & B es un hotel automatizado en el corazon de Florencia, es muy tecnológico y las habitaciones tenían todas las comodidades. Si bien no incuia desayuno si tenía una cafetera y la chica que trabajaba ahí muchas veces se ofrecía a servirte, también tenian biscotti de cortesía.

Las instrucciones para entrar el hogar podrían haber sido más claras.

El personal es muy amable y resolutivo, tuvimos problemas con el check-in electrónico y nos dieron solución rápida. Al salir nos ofrecieron dejar las maletas hasta que saliéramos de la ciudad sin coste alguno.

Il bagno purtroppo aveva la struttura della doccia con le porte non coincidenti facendo uscire un po’ d’acqua . L’ingresso è da un portone di un garage . Non si è presentato nessuno di persona per l’accoglienza

AC was too loud for me but you could easily switched off so it wasn’t really problem and the fridge in the room was really poor for my opinion, if i would stayed there for longer period i would be mad about it bcs we couldn’t store the food there

Very clean and organised. The lock configuration was very smart. Pleasing design for the room. The Staff is superb as well, very helpful and informative

Very comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Very well laid out. Coffee and water at all times with some cookies. Close location to the bus and train. Great lighting.

The walls are paper thin. If you like to sleep in than this is not the place for you. Be up and out by 8am or you will hear the door slam and people talking and it will sound like they are in your room. My suggestion to the owner is to put down some rugs or hang some sound proofing art on the walls

It was very easy to communicate with the host and access the house and room. The room was very clean and modern, and the recommended food spots from the host were amazing.

Wished there was Netflix on the TV.

En primer lugar, la ubicación nos pareció ideal: estaba bastante céntrico, especialmente para nosotros que solemos caminar mucho. En segundo lugar, las instalaciones eran modernas, limpias y con un diseño muy bonito. No tuvimos contacto directo con el personal, salvo por los mensajes con las indicaciones, pero todo fue fantástico. Estuvieron muy atentos a enviarnos la información necesaria y a asegurarse de que todo funcionara correctamente. El acceso mediante aplicación es algo muy común hoy en día y no nos resultó complicado en absoluto. Y las camas… ¡una maravilla! Jajaja. Ahora que estoy viendo la mía, me dan ganas de volver a Florencia.

Como punto a mejorar, el aire acondicionado era un poco ruidoso y no enfriaba demasiado, aunque con las noches florentinas se pudo descansar bien igualmente 🙌🏽. En algún momento se oía muy levemente si alguien cerraba una puerta o pasaba ruidosamente por el pasillo, pero nada que afectara realmente el descanso.

Odličan smještaj, sigurno bi se ponovo vratila. Čisto, uredno, udobno, dovoljno blizu svih bitnih znamenitosti i dobro povezano javnim prijevozom. Savršena kava i općenito sve odlično.

The room was very nice and the shower/bathroom comfortable. Everything was clean. If not for the noises and lack of sleep, I would give this place 9 stars.

I could hear everything from the room next to me as if those people were in my room. I ended up not sleeping almost all night due to the noises.
