The view is just breathless. We arrived late, had problems making the payment, but Mr Rana took care of it. He took care of us and he was there this morning to help us with the checkout.

There was next to no hot water

There were several areas for improvement. The kitchen lacked sufficient utensils. Only a limited amount of soap was provided, and there were no extra plastic bags. The dustbins were too small, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and unreliable. I hope they considers addressing these issues to improve the guest experience.

Robinson welcomed us for check in at 2am. We appreciate if very much. He answered all our questions promptly. Family Room is clean N comfortable.

It was a good experience, near many attractions, i was given a room with KLCC view, the view was marvelous at night.

Upon access card collection, you're required to pay cash, so better to be prepared with Cash.

Central location adjacent Imbi monorail. Large spacious serviced apartment. Comfortable bed. NOTE: The apartments in Times Square have no front desk. Instead they are offered like Airbnb; but there is no self check in. Instead, an agent meets you to provide keys AND COLLECT CASH (there is no credit card option). There is a RMB 100 deposit collected, returned on departure and keys exchanged. Communication for Non Malaysian phone holders is by Whatsapp. Best you contact the designated Whatsapp telephone number to advise approximate arrival. Overall, when compared to hotel rooms, the apartment was very good value.

The apartment provided faced a major road intersection, so late night hoons gunning loud motorbikes could be heard - even on 28th floor! The entry was confusing.

The flooring was damaged. The bedsheets were not clean. The room needs a full renovation. Simple renovation works will make the room better. Furniture also needs better placement in the room.

I have stayed on this apartment for the third time it’s the best for me

There's no proper reception desk

My suite was in the West Tower, Floor 27. I found it very well maintained, clean and quiet during my stay. The hot water was working (which, I found with some of my prior reservations in the area, was not always the case!). Good communication with the owner who was easily reachable by phone/whatsapp. The payment is only by cash Very good wi-fi, plus all other amenities as described on the website. Not too many channels on TV, maybe 20 in total (a couple in English), not a big deal for me though! There are many places to eat inside the connecting mall. The building is also close to the monorail station, which provides easy access to other parts of the city. Security in the building is good. With the access card you are provided, you can access only the floor of your suite. All in all I had a very comfortable stay.

The location of the property and everything is within reach. I don't have to travel far to get what I need.

The fridge takes a long time to cool and rather small for me to store my food and drink.

I have been to the property before and I like the location. Metro is just at the main road next to the hotel, the swimming pool is very big, breakfast is nice, gym and the location is very near to everything

The apartment is big and cosy. It was well lit and equipped with air conditioner. The best apartment for family.

Could be cleaner. The apartment has smoky smell but it was not concerning. The toilet could be scrubbed better but it was still in good condition.

Not as good as it looks like. Little things broken everywhere, old fashioned furnishings and bathrooms. Within 2 nights water was cold for 50% of the time. No towels. Host was 15min late for arranged check out, pushed me into stress. Service guy stressed at the door and opens the room while I was in bathroom.

Room is a bit dated but great value for the stay. Mr. Rana took great care of me while there. It is the opposite building of the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, for a much better price. No breakfast included but theres plenty of great restaurants in the mall to eat. Room was big with a living area and a small extra bed. I was there for a conference at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel which was directly accessible through the pool floor instead of walking through the mall. Lots of attractions and nightmarket nearby in walking distance.

Improving the interior and furniture would be great. They came to clean at 7 pm once with 4-5 people.

Aircond in the living room isn't working so well, it's hot. Already called for maintenance 2 times but still cannot solve the issue. Also a problem with the toilet flush. Not working properly. Hoping for a better service next time. room 2016
