Stunning apartment. Fully kitted out with everything that you would need for your stay. Clean and fresh linen. Pleasant aromas lingering throughout the foyer, lift lobby and apartment. Close proximity to shops, fuel station, main roads heading in and out of CPT. Safe and secure parking on site. Friendly concierge staff.
There's a hardware store next door from the building. So time to time you'd hear some noise from their operation, but it's bearable. Other than that, there's no faults with the accomodation. Worth the spend.
The property was comfortable and roomy, with nearly everything we could possibly need ... kitchen well equipped, smart TV, many power sources (including usb ports), plenty of storage space, a wonderful balcony accessible from both living area and bedroom. efficient wifi, good secure parking, a 5 min walk from the beachfront promenade, a short walk from grocery stores and coffee shops/restaurants, plenty of buses at nearby stops, 24-hour reception.
The only problem was the cold weather for the first few days. We needed to use the air conditioner for heating to be fully comfortable, but it tripped the breaker switch every time on the mcb withing a minute of starting it up. We did report this 3 times to reception, each time being assured that this would be attended to. This did not happen, and the air conditioner was still faulty when we left after our 9 night stay.
Great position,great car parking
Quite area value for money
Apartments arent serviced daily
Very well located in Sea Point. Parking on site. Lovely modern building on a quiet road. Fantastic fridge, stove and nice appliances. Good air conditioner and huge balcony. Heated towel rail in bathroom. Good tv and internet.
Small queensize bed. Standard length. Only 1 towel each. No serviettes in the flat. Missing cutlery was reported and ignored. Uncomfortable pillows
Very good location, 24/7 reception desk, cozy apartment with all the amendities needed.
Throughout all of our stay (10 nights), the cleaning service was provided only once. Towards the end, we were running out of toilet paper (not a big issue, but would have been nice to be more stocked up on this).
The apartment was absolutely clean. Staff were very accommodating. Quite close to the beach and promenade.
Nothing
Good location, just a short walk to promenade. Friendly staff , very accommodating
Cozy apartment, has everything you need for living
Stayed an extra night and was moved to unit 401, the drain in the shower is blocked.
I love this apartment, clean complex and the staff are friendly 👌
Nothing to say
location was ok just at night the street people were heard
the main room door was a bit thin , you could hear the people in the passages etc.
Cleanliness, peaceful, staff very kind and helpful .
The skipping of days , when it comes to servicing the apartments .
Clean and well-located

Walking distance to the beach. Many shops nearby. The apartment was absolutely neat and great appliances in the kitchen.
Great value! This apartment is located 100 mts from the sea and lots of restaurantes nearby. Safe Big and comfortable Everything you need for your stay in Capetown.
Nothing to dislike
The location of this property was great. Loads of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby (Woolworths, Dischem and Pick n Pay are all super close. The promenade is literally just down the road and it's also close to all the beaches you want access to - Saunders, Clifton etc., as well as the V&A waterfront. I did find the length of the beds rather strange - I've never slept in such a short bed before and if my husband had been with me his feet would have been completely off the edge. The kitchen had everything I needed for my short stay. As a solo travelling ex-South African, I felt really safe as there is a lot of security and someone is at reception 24 hours. I also appreciated the safe parking lot for my rental car. The apartment was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I booked the property knowing there is no washing machine, but I think it would be great for this to be added, as there is space in the kitchen for it I think.
Modern and clean
The homeless in the streets
Location Clean It has everything we need for self service It’s beautiful and spacious
That no visitors are allowed.
We were so close to many of the places we wanted to visit. A short uber trip away. We had lots of coffee shops that were a short walk away, and so was the promenade. It was a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and up to date. The huge balcony was amazing.
The construction noise across the street was hard to get used to. There were homeless people on our street too and they fought and shouted throughout the night. Obviously out of the host’s control. The other little inconvenience was that we booked for close to a week, however we only received 2 rolls of toilet paper and no pods for the coffee machine. The couch is also worn out and old.

Nice sized apartment with all basic amenities
The location is in a busy area, but that is on us as we should have known that about being in Sea Point. But centrally located for someone who needs to get around Cape Town
A modern and well equipped apartment with all the facilities needed. Internet was good and continued to work even when there was load shedding. Well situated, close to the sea as well as restaurants and super markets
We were there for a week and were told that we could not get more body soap and shampoo, even had to argue to get more toilet paper - these utilities should not be an issue, especially for people staying for extended periods.
