Well presented ,clean and tidy. Very well located for what we wanted, Wembley Stadium.

Although it was a short stay we didn’t stay much in the apartment. As we went to a concert. It was a beautiful apartment.

Że śmieci trzeba samemu wynosić jak nie ma pojęcia się o segregacji w obcym kraju, może nie samo wynoszenie ale powinna być informacja wydrukowana jak jest system segregacji.

Loistava majoituspaikka, jos on mukana tapahtumassa Wembley Stadiumilla. Sijainti 10/10. Rauhallinen.

Allt bra, perfekt läget om man ska gå på konsert. Allt förutom att vår lägenhet (515) fanns på baksida av byggnaden rakt ovanpå tågstationen (Wembley station), Detta innebär VANSINNIGT hög ljud från alla gamla dieseltåg var tionde minut. Det gick ibland inte att prata .... (som tur åker dom inte på nätterna ..). Booking.com borde ha informerat om det på deras hemsida.

The location was perfect. Also, the apartment was very good, very well decorated and it had a very well equipped kitchen. I really loved the place, and it was a shame I couldn’t stay more.

There was a bit of a smell of cigarette, but we opened the windows for a while and it quickly went away.

Ideally set, next door to stadium and was very clean and modern. It was also quiet on a night.

Curtains broken in main bedroom and dont fit the window well in the second bedroom so very light in the bedrooms at sunrise.

Very hot even with windows open, why no air con? 30' and very sunny outside! Difficult to have windows open and blinds down at same time. Bin bag would have useful for our rubbish

Location was excellent as we were attending a concert at Wembley. Great views from the balcony also really quiet at night.

No welcome pack (ie milk, bread etc) but not a major hassle as there are plenty of convenience stores. The apartment was very warm - 26 degrees and even with balcony door open remained warm. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay during the recent heatwaves

Wasn’t cleaned properly stuff from previous occupants on balcony shower in main bedroom had mould around drain and base of tray . 4 occupants booked only 2 mugs on contact nobody could provide any for our stay so weren’t helpful at all

Tolle Lage für Konzert und Shoppen, zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern und gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Blick

Zum Glück war noch jemand an der Rezeption und hat uns den Weg zu unserem Zimmer gezeigt. Dieser Weg entsprach nicht den zuvor über booking erhaltenen Bildern wo wir nach Empfang des Schlüssels hätten hingehen sollen. Da wären wir sonst sehr lange herumgeirrt.

Beautiful Clean & Modern appartment with amazing views of the area / Wembley Stadium. Eveything you need for a great stay. Communication and instructions were exceptional. The man on reception was so kind & helpful. A lot nicer than nearby hotels and right next to Wembley Stadium. I look forward to staying again.

Only little minor issue was that there was no plug for the bath so had a shower instead.

I loved the style and aesthetics of how the place looked, it was lovely and warm and felt like home, we where on the 16th floor and the view was outstanding of London, also loved the fact you had all the essentials like microwave oven etc.....

I honestly can't falter the place it was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to stay in

It was very close to wembley stadium, easy to find and nice inside

We came during a hot spell and there was NO AIR at all in the apartment, even having balcony doors open it was roasting hot. The property had been cleaned except for the floors not hoovered or mopped & they tried to come in after we checked in but we said don’t worry now. It wasn’t extremely dirty so we didn’t mind too much.

No Aircon so we had to keep windows open throughout the night and with the apartment next to the rail our sleep suffered 😒

L'appartamento è proprio bellissimo! Ampio, ordinato, pulito, in una zona residenziale molto bella. Nel palazzo c'è la palestra, un backyard molto carino, una sala lettura molto ampia e comoda (con anche il caminetto e le prese di ricarica) e all'ultimo piano una terrazza grande come tutto il palazzo. A 50 m c'è la stazione del treno, utile per alcuni tragitti come Kensington. A 150 m c'è la fermata del bus che porta alla metropolitana da cui si può andare dove si vuole. Consigliatissimo

Unico neo: il WIFI. Nella sala comune prende benissimo, ma nell'appartamento va e viene... peccato. L'appartamento meritava un 10

Lovely apartment right in the heart of Wembley. Was perfect for what we needed. Apartment was clean, roomy and beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when we next visit London.

It was gorgeous to start off! So so clean and was just overall such a lovely place to come back to after a longer day. Perfect for those who want to go a little more boujee than a hotel i feel like as it’s your own space.

Everything was as per description,reception and communication was great. Very clean,a bit too hot,no air conditioning(but a fan was available). 36 outside and 27 inside apartment.

A bit noisy as the train passes pretty close to the block(8th floor). Parking expensive (because Wembley Stadium).extra 40£ on parking when events are on.

The bed sheets weren’t the comfiest- found them rough in texture. And no air con so it was very warm and also very loud all night due to being next to the train tracks, just need ear plugs and all good!

Amazing location, stone throw away from Wembley stadium. Many shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Great space with balcony overlooking Wembley. Great space on 20th floor which gives panoramic view of London. Great kitchen and has a washing machine.

It sounds like air gets trapped in the front door which causes a vibration noise.

Staff very helpful leading up to us going. When we arrived we were so happy with the beautiful interior and lay out of the flat. My daughter and I loved it. Very modern and had everything we needed. Very clean apartment also. With great views. Will definitely book again hopefully for longer!

Sheets weren’t clean, toilet was stained and needed bleaching and there were no mugs at all to drink from

Was provided with a 32” tv that we couldnt watch as the remote controller was missing, neither the reception or booking . Com would help me! My son got trapped in the bathroom as the handle was only on the outside! No lightbulbs in the bedroom, i asked for help to get it fixed on the Thursday, nothing was done by the time i left on Saturday ! I spent alot of money on this trip! Half my monthly wage to be exact. I will not be back , spending that much money you would assume you wouldnt have to sit in silence in the dark on an evening. But here we are 👍

Air con complicated to work. No instructions. No terrestrial tv. Not really an issue but for some it might be.

Apartment was nice

Ground floor apartment, right beside the main entrance, we had to open the windows as there was no air conditioning. So very noisy with the door/gate constantly being used. Plus no working WiFi. Will not recommend sadly, due to location of the apartment. If it was higher up it would be better. Tried to ask for a higher apartment but difficult to speak to anyone on site. Regards Ali

The flat was lovely, well placed and easy to get to Wembley and transport into central. It was very clean and nicely decorated.

The staff at the front desk wasn’t 100% sure on the details on check in. When checking out there was no one at the front desk

Maybe did not know how to turn it on , but there was no AC and it was way too hot .. also Tv not connecting to the network at all .. also a plus will be to upgrade the ironing facility

Big and spacious, everything you need and location was fantastic for Wembley stadium and all shops on door step.

There was no signs for bin chutes and only one fan on the whole apartment and when visiting there was a heat wave so it was quite uncomfortable in the heat.

Super easy check-in! The place is lovely and clean and worth the price for the location. Stayed here for one night because we saw Bruno Mars! I would definitely recommend

Apartamento muy espacioso, nuevo y muy funcional.

Sólo dos bolsas de basura para una estancia de 8 días y donde reciclar y separar era obligatorio. Imposible poner en marcha el lavavajillas, a pesar de ponernos en contacto con el arrendatario.Y el horno necesita que el panel de los mandos tengan los grados y posiciones ya que están completamente borrados. Nos dieron un primer piso(en una finca de 20 pisos y por la noche se oían mucho los ruidos de la calle.

Proximity to the city was good

Bathroom were getting clogged with water, took us time to figure out the fridge connection socket. There was no lock for one bathroom which was flagged but nothing done. Less toiletries in bathroom or no additional based on number of guests. Bins were supposed to be dropped rather than being part of the service. Also, there is addl charge for cleaning the room for such a short period .

Un po la distanza dal centro e per muoversi anche se la metro è a 15 minuti a piedi e il treno a 5 minuti , si spende tanto spostarsi e a volte obbligati a prendere Uber. Appartamento molto carino non manca nulla, consiglierei solamente far trovare degli adattatori per le prese per chi soggiorna anche lasciando una cauzione ma dovete farli trovare. Materasso da incubo non ho dormito bene per tutte le notti a parte stretto ma ok era duro con molle che spuntavano e storto verso il centro.. comunque mal di schiena assicurato

It was an amazing experience staying at The Ferrum, the room was cleaned well when we checked in. The guest experience team was in touch with me throughout the stay and clearly communicated and answered questions promptly. The area is nice, everything one needs is around the corner. I would absolutely recommend this place. A 10/10 experience.

Good location if you have a concert in Wembley!

I checked out at 10am, I realised an hour later I had left a jacket on the chair in the kitchen area, I contacted the property and was waiting a day for a reply,where I was told they would check with the cleaning staff and would contact me once they had! Three days later and I still hadn't heard anything,so again I had to contact the property to be told the jacket was not found! I then asked if I could get an email or contact number of management as I wanted to investigate this further and was told "you can get that information on the website" I then had to try find a number(which isn't available on the website) after finally getting in contact with someone, I was told "sorry no jacket was found" So the jacket had clearly been taken, I then asked if a member of the management team could call me back,to which I was told they would but not until Monday...it's now Wednesday and i have had no further contact from anyone!! It's extremely frustrating, the customer service is very poor and I didn't find anyone helpful in the slightest! The room itself was not cheap and I was only staying for one night,so this was very disheartening! Good customer services goes a long way in my opinion I would not be staying at this property in the future!

Coincidimos con un día de evento (concierto en el estadio de Wembley, y ese día fue un poco caótico el llegar.

The location was great as we had a concert at Wembley Stadium and we were literally a 2 minute walk. The apartment was large and it had a nice balcony. It was pretty good value for the money if it wasn’t t for the issues we had. The kitchen was large and the apartment can clearly comfortably hold 4 people which was awesome.

It wasn’t the cleanest, the sheets were a bit stained and there were uncleaned corners but overall I would say it was fine. However, the wifi didn’t work for 2 of the days we stayed there and the reception wouldn’t t help us. The staff was all together just unhelpful. Worst of it all, flushing the toilet wasn’t working in one of the rooms so you can imagine how terrible that was, and again no one helped.

When we checked in at 3pm our room was not ready we walked into cleaners still in the apartment and had to wait 40 mins for them to finish. Upon looking at the room the sheets on one of the beds was dirty

Location for event at Wembley was perfect, the area felt nice and safe. The apartment itself looked really nice and modern. Check in was super easy.

The bed was really uncomfortable and a little on the small side, appreciate this is often down to personal preference though. The room was really warm and we didnt seem to be able to access the air conditioning to make the room cool, it appeared to be locked settings. The fan wasnt much help at all. Wifi kept dropping out, ended up having to hot spot from my phone to watch the TV on the last evening. Neighbouring dog barks... a lot!

The apartment was within walking distance of Wembley Stadium. It was clean, had all the amenities you could wish for and the owner was readily available to answer any queries we had.

No air conditioning but that wasn’t listed and was only a miss because we travelled during a heatwave. This is not a fault of the property just a preference.

Interior decor was really stylish, great facilities and the location couldn’t be any better if attending an event at Wembley Stadium

The mattress was too soft and felt like it needs to be replaced

Location was excellent for Wembley. Apartment modern and spacious, nice atmosphere and balcony was good.

The room wasn’t cleaned before arrival, they did rectify quickly though and one of the beds has a loose bolt so it squeaked every time you moved.

Property is in a brilliant location for Wembley. Only downside is its proximity to the tub station. There is no air con in the rooms so we had the window open (July stay) and the tube was so loud it woke us up.

The ned and bedding in the apartment that we had was sub standard. Ie Mattress was Poor, pillows very average for the sort of money you are paying for. Could really do with air-con or at least Fans in the property

So so convenient for Wembley! Life saver as had my Nan with me so couldn’t of done the tube rush after a concert so yeah couldn’t fault the location , also it’s very modern clean and well equipped, wished we was staying longer!
