We truly enjoyed our stay! Nice hotel with an excellent location and a warm, supportive, and friendly team! Everything was wonderful, and I do recommend the hotel when visiting Hanoi.

We had a wonderful stay at Serenata San De Hanoi Hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service was absolutely perfect. The staff were awesome—very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was great, and our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The warm and welcoming service truly made our experience special. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️

Personal muy majo, habitación estupenda calidad precio. Está en el old quarter pegado al french, muy bien situado pegado a casa de cambio y con un desayuno muy bueno. Se puede hacer la colada y en el mismo día tienes la ropa limpia

Все чисто, аккуратно, в номере живые цветочки в вазочках. Пошли на встречу и перенесли на один день проживание. Расположен идеально от все достопримечательностей!!! Рядом с trainstreet. Брали номер с верандой, прекрасная верандочка.

The staff are super attentive, the location was great and the breakfast was very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Everything worked, but a little maintenance in the shower is needed. Pretty minor thing.

Definitely the front desk staff. Julie and Paul, aka Trang and Hoang are lovely young people, very welcoming. I always ask hotel staff for advice on food, shopping etc. These two were always willing to help, with a smile. Room was great, nice terrace too.

Avevo scelto l’hotel per la palestra e mi ritrovo una mini stanza minuscola senza nulla che funziona . Uno schifo raro totale . Il bar alle 11 era chiuso da due ore e il responsabile si è permesso di gridarci dicendo che era ora di dormire . Oh ma tutto bene? Volevamo spendere . Mai più

Die Lage und das Personal war wundervoll! Ich hab ein Flughafentaxi im Hotel bestellt und als ich aus versehen mein Handy im Wagen liegen gelassen hatte, hat der Fahrer mir es sofort zum Flughafen gebracht nachdem ich das Hotelpersonal kontaktiert hatte!

Mein Zimmer war etwas hellhörig.

La habitación era cómoda y bonita, la terraza muy cómoda. El desayuno muy variado, tanto con comida local como desayuno continental, la fruta buenísima. La localización muy céntrica pero permite descansar.

Our stay at Serenata San de Hanoi Hotel was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Hanoi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Charlie. From the moment we checked in, he always greeted us with a warm smile and patiently helped us whenever we needed assistance. What touched us most happened on the day we left Hanoi. Our scheduled airport transfer was delayed, and as our flight time was getting closer, we became increasingly worried. Charlie immediately helped us contact the transfer service and kept following up for us. What moved me the most was seeing Charlie standing at the hotel entrance, constantly watching the street to see if our airport transfer had arrived. He could have simply made a phone call and returned to his work, but instead, he stayed there and continued looking out for the car because he knew how anxious we were about getting to the airport on time. That moment may seem small, but it meant so much to us. Thanks to his help, the problem was finally resolved and we arrived at the airport safely and on time. A memorable hotel stay is not only about a comfortable room, but also about meeting people who genuinely care about their guests. Charlie made us feel that kind of warmth during our final moments in Hanoi. If the highest score is 10, we would definitely give this hotel 10/10! Thank you, Charlie, and thank you to the entire hotel team. We will remember your kindness and would happily stay here again the next time we visit Hanoi.

Mi è piaciuta la colazione, disponibilità dello staff ad aiutare per qualsiasi richiesta, posizione e dimensione della camera.

La doccia non erogava acqua calda, ma tiepida. Stanza rimaneva un po' umida anche con il condizionatore acceso.

The more expensive room had no space at all; I paid for two rooms - one suppose to be much better, as it was also more expensive - but the inexpensive room had much more space. This make no sense

The hotel is very old and needs a real renovation! The rooms smell mold, we changed the room 3 times. They finally gave us a room with an automatic AC that we couldn’t control so it got me sick the last day. The room fourniture is very old as well and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The cleanliness was so so! The breakfast was so boring! You can tell that 80% of the menu is from last day or more!

Værelset var super. Kæmpe lækker seng med en rigtig dyne. Dét som bærer stedet er klart personalet. Så søde og servicemindet. De gjorde alt for at gøre opholdet godt - de kom med forslag til ting at lave og ting at spise. Mr. Linh hjalp os med en rute til Sapa og sørgede for vi kom godt frem på trods af han stadig befandt sig i Hanoi.

Træningslokalet var okay, man kunne lave en simpelt træning, men måske ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Det gør dog ikke så meget.

Tout était vraiment génial ! La petit déjeuné sucré salé il y en a pour tout les goûts! La chambre très propre et spacieuse pareil pour la salle de bain. Le personnel très serviable ils nous ont aidés a organiser notre excursion a Ha Giang pour faire la boucle. C'était génial. L'emplacement est vraiment proche des centres d'intérêts. On est a deux pas de la rue du train et très proche des autres endroits à voir.

The staff at the serenata were an 11/10 . So polite and helpful and absolutely professional to the next level. Tom and his entire team were superb. I have stayed in many hotels from Dubai to Hong Kong and the sedentary staff are the best I have ever encountered . My wife and 3 boys loved this hotel right in the center on Hanoi and close to all the attractions. After a long day it was a welcome home form home. Anything you need was was an easy ask. If I came back to Hanoi I would stay here a 100 💯 Oh by the way take Tom up on his ha long bay tour it was amazing and just the right number of people on a boat with a jacuzzi at the back. So relaxing and food was awesome.

We had a lovely stay at Serenata San De Hanoi Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and very welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional and helped us with every request from the beginning until the end of our stay. They were always kind, attentive, and happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of all the main attractions, while still being on a quieter street. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the air conditioning. On a couple of occasions, it suddenly stopped blowing cold air, and we were unable to adjust the temperature. However, after informing the staff, they assisted us immediately and resolved the issue promptly, so it did not significantly affect our stay.

Good location. Clean and spacious for connecting room. Housekeeping done a great job. Reception, porter, breakfast staff are all very helpful and friendly. Nothing too difficult for them. Good communication in English and able to conduct genuine conversation.

Our interconnecting room with comfortable beds, the location and friendly staff who had excellent English. There was an issue with one of the showers in one of the rooms and when we mentioned this to reception, it was fixed immediately. The TV has netflix if you have an account you can login with.

The gym could.have been a little better as the AC was not working.

The location is great, train street is just 1 minute away. The staff is lovely and very helpful, and the cleanliness was good. Nice breakfast. Good value for money..

We had a wonderful stay at Serenata Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home. The room had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was another highlight, with an amazing array of options to suit all tastes. There was plenty of choice, and everything was fresh and delicious. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Serenata Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Bed could of been a little comfier but it was still good!! Maybe it was the jet lag!

Family connecting room was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walk to train St and not far to Dong Xuan market or beer st either. Airport pickup was great, though they were outside which took a while to find.

The bathrooms are old, the shower especially wasn't great and fairly dirty.

It was excellent

My mom and me stayed here for 4 nights and felt pretty well here. The staff is unbelievable friendly, helpful and supportable - from the very beginning. Tom organized the 3 day 2 night cruise on halong bay for us and much more. It was just perfect. While he did that he always payed attention to the special needs of my mom as she is not able to walk fast and long distances. I like to say thank you again to Tom, but also Aimee, Phoenix and all the others. It felt like being in a hotel run by a family 🤩

L'hôtel est près du vieux quartier et aussi de la rue du fameux train 😊 J'avais choisi la chambre sans fenêtre, car je ne voulais pas entendre le bruit venant de la rue, mais le petit frigo faisait pal mal de bruit.😞 On m'avait annoncé dès mon arrivée qu'il y a eu un upgrade pour ma dernière nuitée, bah là chapeau, la chambre était superbe et on entendait pas le bruit des motos et pour le coup j’ai prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit. Le petit-déjeuner au top beaucoup de choix entre gastronomie internationale ou vietnamienne Je recommande fortement et je reviendrais avec plaisir

Super hôtel situé dans le vieux quartier de Hanoï ! Le personnel est serviable et très gentil. J’avais demandé une petite surprise pour l’anniversaire de mon amie et ils ont décoré la chambre : encore merci pour cette belle attention :) La literie est de qualité, les lits sont confortables et la chambre est spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, bon et copieux.

Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas toujours eu d’eau chaude… Un jour, en rentrant dans la chambre, il y avait énormément d’humidité sur le sol et nous avons dû utiliser des serviettes pour le sécher.

Central location, clean and friendly

Location was great. Our balcony looked over the street, great to watch all the coming and going. Hotel staff were amazing. Our first time in Vietnam, staff were very supportive and helpful, nothing was too much bother. Hotel manager was always available and very approachable. We split our time between two hotels in Hanoi with a trip to Ha Long Bay in-between. We asked if we could leave our main luggage until our return which they happily did for us. Would definitely book again.

Location was great. It was within walking distance to everything. The famous train station/coffee shops was about 3 mins away from the hotel. The free breakfast buffet was also great. I’ll definitely consider this hotel again on my next visit.

Staff were amazing, Julie and Ellie are wonderful and I forgot her name but the little young girl at breakfast. Breakfast was great a choice of different foods. The bed was huge. So close to train street.

Muy buena ubicación, con salida a dos calles diferentes y cerca de la calle del tren. Personal muy amable y desayuno espectacular. Volveríamos felices.

Un poco de olor a humedad en la recepción, pero tenían deshumificadores para solucionarlo. El huésped de al lado era muy ruidoso y se pasaba todo el ruido por la puerta que unía las habitaciones (estaba cerrada obviamente, pero se pasaba el ruido).

Aimee, Ellie, Julie, Phoenix all helped so much - eg. Ellie paid for our visa when card did not work (we paid her back of course), plus ordering stuff to receive before we arrived. They were good, because they came across as natural, interested and not pushy - eg. not saying ‘Oh please remember my name is …’ all the time. Location fantastic, central, proximal. Breakfast VPG, especially coffee and omlettes. Bed mattress very comfortable.

The building seemed a bit worn, in spite of tasteful decor. Airconditioning was a bit noisy at night. Breakfast buffet was various, tasty but same every morning. Fabric upholstered chairs on balcony (for years?) were pretty dirty from itinerant air pollution.
