Nous avons eu de la pluie et il y a une fuite au niveau du plafond. Pas facile d’avoir les codes pour ouvrir la porte il faut avoir obligatoirement un compte Google.

This was like finding a winning lottery ticket. An entire appartement for yourselves for a very reasonable price. And on a good location to boot. The place itself was spacious and contained every amenity you'd need during your stay. It was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and there was air-conditioning present. Contact with the host(s) went smoothly. At every moment they made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Very friendly and accommodating! All in all, you can't go wrong with this one!

This is me nitpicking, but the only thing I missed was a drying rack. There's a dryer on site, but I prefer to hang my clothing to dry. A very minor inconvenience.

Location is hard to beat. Great neighborhood and close to metro. The facilities are of good quality and well-planned.

The electrical cords were messily placed. There was a lot of dust on some of the items around the apartment. Smoke detectors needed batteries but no worries we replaced them.

Appartement extrêmement bien placé dans un quartier sympa de Montréal. Les équipements sont très bien. Les lits confortables. Thé/café à disposition. Belles prestations.

La pression du propriétaire à donner des tips ou encore à savoir à quelle heure on part sachant qu'on peut y rester jusqu'à 11h. Un peu trop de messages du propriétaire sur les 24h seulement ou nous étions dans les lieux.

1) Presence of mouse/mice in the kitchen. This is what was the "STUNNING" part of the stay. 2) Lack of space/table/chairs for breakfast or dinner, inside the apartment. A table with chairs is available outside the apartment, on a patio, and it is shared with another apartment. Space is cramped.

The apartment location is excellent, in a vibrant and chill neighborhood. It was really comfortable, specially the bed. It was very clean and it had all the necessary equipment to cook for yourself if you wanted to. Bathroom with shampoo and gel, and plenty of clean sheets and towels. Philip was very kind and also following-up our arrival, solving our doubts and requests. Easy self check-in with instructions provided by Philip.

Appartamento molto spazioso e accessoriato, ottima posizione per visitare vieux montreal e il caratteristico quartiere di plateau mont royal, pulito e confortevole, self check in facile. Consigliato!

Location is very good, near lots of shops, grocery places, great places to eat. Apartment is spacious and was very easy to access. The owners were pretty responsive over text.

Lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was a problem - far too hot for sleeping. Had to sleep with the door open to take advantage of the aircon in the common areas. Cleanliness of the unit was only average.

L’appartement est très bien situé, le quartier est agréable et il y a des restaurants à proximité. C’était très propre et frais avec la climatisation à notre arrivée (séjour en Juillet, il faisait très chaud !). La déco est cosy, on s’y sent bien ! Des petits jeux lumineux ou détails sont appréciables et créent une ambiance dans l’appartement.

L’annonce de présentation indique un canapé lit mais il n’y a pas de canapé lit… juste un matelas pliable trouvé dans un placard… Il y a eu une erreur de linge: nous étions trois et il n’y avait pas de draps et serviette pour la troisième personne. Pas de chance pour nous … le boîtier d’ouverture et de fermeture de la porte est tombé en panne et …il n’y avait pas de clé dans la boîte à clé ! Heureusement nous avons communiqué facilement avec les hôtes. À savoir aussi, il n’y a pas de table pour manger : seulement une table basse ou une table pliable et deux chaises pliables dans un placard ( mais nous étions trois!). À l’extérieur, dans le patio, il y a une table.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to see in Montreal and especially good for restaurants nearby. It was very clean and comfortable with quality furnishings and amenities.

Communication could be improved. We received multiple messages through different platforms, asking us the same questions before arrival and there were two or three people responding, but they didn’t seem to read our previous answers or else the messages were automatically generated multiple times. Then when we did have questions about the coffee maker and the TV it took a full 24 hours to get the instructions we asked for which still didn’t solve the problems. This didn’t create any significant difficulty, but I would just suggest to the property managers that they streamline their communications more since they have a team of people working together managing multiple properties and they do seem eager to make people comfortable.

The location was good. Easy walking distance to restaurants, stores and sites. Apartment was very clean.

Photos did not quite match the apartment. It was not as well lit and bright. Had to keep the curtains closed to keep the heat out. Air conditioning struggled to keep the apartment cool in the warm weather conditions. They obviously have issues with mice as there were mouse traps in the kitchen. But thankfully there was no evidence of any during our stay.

Que la tv. y la cafetera estaban dañadas . No se podían utilizar. Aunque no fuè algo de importancia para nosotros.

The location was excellent. The beds were cozy but I’m not a fan of microfibre bedsheets (my preference) but I don’t find them as comfortable as hotel bedsheets. There were two bedrooms and three beds to sleep 5. Although, we were only two I would consider this accommodation again for a larger group. When we arrived the A/C was not on and the windows were closed, it smelled stuffy and I didn’t realize I had to control the heat pump for air conditioning with a 29 degree day I felt like that was an oversight by the host. I checked out on a Saturday morning and received a text from the host at 7:00am, I wished they would have waited until after 10:00am out of consideration. Parking was further than expected a 15 minute walk. There were lots of directions and signage with apartment instructions. One rooms windows “do not open” a fresh breeze would have been appreciated. Overall a positive stay but these reasons limited an excellent review.

Bedsheets, smelled stuffy, lots of signs posted everywhere with instructions was confusing, a 7:00am text from the host on the weekend.

Loved the beautifully clean and spacious apartment. Perfect for my husband and I. Location was absolutely awesome as it was close to all attractions and lovely local restaurants. Shopping at the vintage stores was a delight as well. Felt like a real home with all the necessary amenities available.

Parking, but we made it work between street parking and suggestions from the host for parking garages.

The apartment is cozy, well located, extremely clean and staff is responsive and kind.

L'immeuble est vieux, donc assez mal insonorisé. On entendait du bruit assez fort venant de l'appartement au-dessus et des rues passantes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement à Montréal ! L’emplacement est vraiment top : situé dans un quartier vivant avec plein de restaurants, de boulangeries, de bars et de brasseries tout autour. Il y a même des supermarchés à l’angle de la rue, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien. Le métro est à côté, les bus passent juste devant, donc tout est facilement accessible sans voiture. C’est vraiment idéal pour profiter pleinement de la ville. L’appartement en lui-même est grand, spacieux

La literie du lit double est un peu dure à notre goût. Par ailleurs, le ménage pourrait être un peu plus soigné à l’arrivée : ce n’était pas sale, mais pas parfaitement propre non plus, ce qui est un peu dommage. La salle de bain mériterait un chauffage et également une renovatiion

This is by far the cleanest apartment I have ever rented, whether in Montreal or anywhere else. Everything was spotless, beautifully prepared, and smelled wonderful. The apartment was fully equipped, very comfortable, and genuinely lovely. Everything worked perfectly. The welcome was incredibly kind, with a sweet note and thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. It’s rare enough to be worth mentioning — thank you so much for all the care and attention. I will gladly come back. C’est de loin l’appartement le plus propre que j’aie jamais loué, que ce soit à Montréal ou ailleurs. Tout était impeccable, parfaitement préparé et sentait très bon. L’appartement est joli, confortable, très bien équipé, et tout fonctionnait parfaitement. L’accueil était adorable, avec une petite note et de nombreuses attentions qui font vraiment la différence. C’est suffisamment rare pour être souligné : merci infiniment pour tout ce soin. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Cet hébergement est superbe et bien situé. Plusieurs petites attentions sur place et un contact proactif des propriétaires. Tout est bilingue, la télé propose les chaînes connues et il y avait suffisamment de serviettes et couvertures. Doit être superbe en été sur le balcon avec l'église en vue. À 10 minutes de tout et avec épicerie et café à deux pas, c'est un lieu à choisir pour une visite en famille !

Attention pour se stationner c'est fastidieux, voir fâchant. La salle de bain est fraîche, prévoir une robe de chambre voir des pantouffles et il faut monter des escaliers assez étroits pour se rendre, c'est bon à savoir.

When booking this accomodation we had made our decision based on the first few photos shown, not realising there are 3 seperate apartments, so was a little surprised initially at the dated interior. Upon looking back over the photos to work out what photos correlated to our apartment, it appears the photos haven’t been updated, as there was a notable difference in style and items shown compared to what we experienced. Definitely not a negative, but something to be mindful of if you book with design and aesthetics in mind.
