Las escaleras de acceso al apartamento son un poco viejas y el suelo no está nivelado, pero no es un problema si no tienes problemas de movilidad

The apartment was absolutely wonderful! It wasn’t just that everything we needed was there, but that every little detail had been thought through so carefully that we immediately felt at home. It was incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean. We especially loved the thoughtful little touches, like the selection of tea bags and the speakers for relaxing music. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

If we really have to mention any downsides… 😄 It’s a little sad that we couldn’t go up to the rooftop, haha. And somehow, despite our best efforts, we never managed to find the iron! 😅

One down side was that the electricity gave out in the bedroom while blow drying my hair since the air conditioner and multiple outlets are on the same breaker. We didn’t have access thé to electricity panel. And if someone needs non noise to sleep, this appartement is not for them. Since it is an in window air conditioner there is a lot of outside noise coming in. Probably in the winter it is ok.

L'appartement n'est pas de première fraicheur, on sent que ce n'est pas un particulier qui gère tout ceci, les instructions sont claires, mais la communication en devient presque agressive (même si efficace in fine).

La centralità dell'appartamento, praticamente sei a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, a pochi passi da un grosso centro commerciale dove trovi tutto quello che può servire, con un 15 minuti di cammino arrivi nei punti di interesse principali e comunque ci sono le fermate dei tram a pochi passi dalla struttura per chi è un poco più pigro. Comodo aver il parcheggio nello stabile dove abbiamo pernottato.

L'appartamento molto panoramico stavamo al 39 piano l'unico e grande inconveniente l'aria condizionate non funzionava, siamo arrivati nell'appartamento che faceva molto caldo visto le ampie pareti vetrate, l'host ha provveduto ad installare dei condizionatori portatili ma erano molto rumorosi pertanto la sera eravamo costretti a spegnerli soffrendo il caldo, l'host è stato corretto e capendo il disagio che ci ha creato ci ha rimborsato parte del soggiorno. L'appartamento è per 4 persone non 5 come indicato in quanto il 5 posto lesto bisogna dormire su un divano standard che si trova nel salone/living

La posizione

Se non siete mai stati studenti fuori sede questa è l’occasione giusta per fare l’esperienza. Casa per studenti affittata per uso turistico. Incredibile! Accesso con scala ripida stretta e lurida. Scarsa pulizia e cartelli ovunque attaccati con nastro adesivo. Casa malamente attrezzata con stoviglie spaiate e raccogliticce. Asciugamani tutti diversi e lenzuola idem. Biancheria di infimo ordine. Gestore che si preoccupa esclusivamente di ricordarti le regole e assolutamente assente. Le donne delle pulizie che suonano alla porta prima dell’orario del check out. Vista su un tetto adiacente pessima con materiale accumulato e disordine ovunque. Il tutto per un prezzo spropositato rispetto a quanto offerto.

Le manque de transparence de l'annonce : l'entrée est glauque, étroite, bancale et difficile d'accès avec des valises. Recevoir un message après paiement en laissant 1h aux clients pour annuler leur location est de mauvais goût.

L’appartement était propre et joli. Les lits étaient confortables. Nous étions bien situés!

De locatie is heel fijn. Direct om de hoek is een supermarkt. Er staat een Bixiestation zodat je binnen een kwartier midden tussen de winkels staat. Heel fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig zijn.

Het is erg gedateerd. Er zijn 2 airco’s die beiden niet optimaal werken. Het is moeilijk schoonhouden in een ouder appartement.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, w samym centrum, 5 min spacerem do uliczki z wieloma dobrymi restauracjami. Sam apartament: już trochę widać ślady użytkowania, ale w takiej lokalizacji i cenie jest godny polecenia. Zameldowanie bezproblemowo. No i parking na samochód w cenie.

Pierwszy raz zlokalizowanie parkingu wymaga trochę wysiłku. Podczas upałów w mieszkaniu może być trochę ciepło, co jest odczuwalne w nocy jak wyłączyć się klimatyzację.

Everything worked exactly as expected. The host was very responsive. We loved being close to the park, metro, and restaurants.

Very helpful and responsive staff! They kept in touch the whole time from booking to check out. Very on top of things. The apartment itself was spacious, with tons of sleeping options if needed (very efficient). Very comfortably fit myself and two others. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and appliances. The place was clean and had all the amenities one would expect.

Nous avons apprécié le nombre de lits et l'emplacement idéal en ville. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle.

Il y avait beaucoup trop d'échanges de communication. Certains par courriel, certains par texto de numéros de téléphone différents. À un moment j'ai pensé à une arnaque. Le bruit de la rue est très présent dans le logement. J'en ferais mention. Du moins apporter des bouchons d'oreilles. L'appartement est situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur et cela n'est pas spécifié avant la réservation. La dernière portion de l'escalier est assez abrupte. L'espace pour manger n'est pas adapté pour le nombre de personnes. Aussi, j'aurais apprécié lire dans le descriptif le coût des frais de ménage de 90$. Lors du paiement, ce n'était pas clair que le montant se rajoutait. Le logement était un peu poussièreux.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. It was well equipped with all the amenities and essentials we needed during our stay. The location was very convenient, with many good restaurants and a supermarket within a 7-minute walk. It is also close to the Berri-UQAM metro station, making it easy to get around the city.

The apartment was located on the 2nd floor, which made access a bit challenging with large suitcases. In addition, the cleanliness of the sofa in the living room could be improved. We noticed some buildup of dust, and some of us had allergy symptoms after sitting on it.

Good location, free parking

The fact that it was a keypad and not having to worry about finding and keeping a physical key on you is preferred.

Between 5 of us, it took probably close to 25 minutes to get inside. The keypad was saying the code was successful but then the outside door just would not open. When one of us finally got it, I think an extra button had to be hit on the keypad than what was in the instructions for it to work. One room also had no air conditioning, only fans in the room.

The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals together with friends. The cozy living room was perfect for watching Netflix and chatting. These little moments made our whole trip even more special and memorable.

１）トイレットペーパーが全く足りず、いつもヒヤヒヤだった。最後はキッチンペーパーで代用（痛かったけど）。 ２）８連泊で、掃除•ゴミ回収•ベッドメーキング•タオル交換、が一切無し。衛生面で大きな問題が残る滞在だった。 ３）２つのベッドルームのうち、１つに冷房がなく、暑くて大変だった。夏季の滞在は要注意。 ４）上２つを合わせると、暑い部屋で汗をかいて寝たベッドの、シーツ交換が一切なかったのは、衛生面で問題あり。 今後、以上が改善出来れば、素敵な滞在場所になると思う。

Appartement très étroit et non adapté pour famille avec enfants - escaliers très étroits - Très bruyant comme si les fenêtres sont ouvertes - clim très bruyant - Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé une autre famille dans l’appartement, ça nous a pris 1h pour que quelqu’un nous réponde et comme orientation, il fallait que je puisses aller parler avec l’autre famille et demander leur preuve d’enregistrement. Après plusieurs échanges, on nous a demandé de changer d’appartement et de réaménager le lendemain avec bagages sans aide promis.

Bien placé. Logement fonctionnel bien que prévenu attention escalier très raide /compliqué. Logement agréable lorsque vous êtes en famille .

Very difficult to find. 3 black doors pictures didn’t pinpoint exactly which one. Keypad needs to be labeled. Only lights up when touched. Didn’t see it initially. Wasted a good hour trying to find it. Parking was great but again very confusing to find. It’s across the road from the apartment not an issue but assumed apartment was there too. It would be better to mention the cross streets or even the gas station so you know you’re in the right place. Maybe it’s just me. But other than that really nice & thoughtful apartment.

The location is very good. Close to most of the tourist attractions. The couple bedroom is very quiet to sleep.

The air conditioners makes lots of noise when on, even on the light mode. The parking spot is not on the same location, it is in a close building but on dirt area. It rained during my stay so the dirt turned into mud, getting really messy to get in and out of the car.

The management was very prompt to contact me about my stay amd checked that all was good. I appreciated the information. The location was very close to Beri Uqam metro. The kitchen facilities were good and there was also laundry facilities. The water pressure was really good. The main room had a spare monitor to plug my laptop into.

Pay attention with the toilet. Never put too much toilet paper inside. The toilet got clogged and we tried it by ourself. Lucky the host was there and sent someone to fix it. It was okay clean, my friend told me the shower / toilet had still some leftovers from the guests before us (she arrived earlier and cleaned it by herself). It's a noisy area with lots of police sirens. I had ear plugs with me so it was fine :) just that you know.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement, proche du métro, du centre ville et des commerces ainsi que la facilité du check-in. Le personnel était très réactif. L'appartement est simple, agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour.

The location of the place is very nice, close to the Berry UQAM metro station, walking like 8 mins. There is also a direct bus 125 to the center. The place was well organized and very clean when I arrived. The beds are very comfortable, too. The kitchen and bathroom have everything I need and were well prepared.

The wifi is definitely terrible. Most of the time, it was not available in the bedroom or bathroom. The stove burner has only one working properly, but since I didn't cook much, not an issue for me, but could matter a lot for others. There was a slight mould smell, probably it's on the first floor without sunlight.

There were many issues. The main problem was the slanted floor, it made walking inside the unit uncomfortable and could cause vertigo. The beds were not comfortable, it felt like your waist was sinking into a hole. The living room carpet was very dirty and clearly not cleaned. The staircase to the unit is a narrow spiral, making it difficult for elderly people and children to use. If you have luggage heavier than 15 kg, it becomes a serious challenge. Additionally, the unit does not offer any notable or modern amenities or facilities. The parking is not guaranteed, and the path to the parking area was muddy and inconvenient. The building’s main door lock was broken, allowing anyone to enter, which felt unsafe. Although there was a door code for the unit itself, the overall security of the building was concerning. Furthermore, the address of the unit on Booking.com does not match the actual location, which feels suspicious. The host also provided a fake phone number in the Booking.com listing and ignores attempts to reach them directly by phone. I don't recommend this rental at all.
