Loved the vibe and the staff and the location.

Everything. Patient staff helpful with our invoice requests. Cleanlines. A little too fancy furnishings. Washing machine, iron, kitchen equipment ... Location.

We had a great experience staying at ApartHotelMontreal by Les Terrasses Saint Urbain with my wife and son. Our host, Cristina, was extremely helpful and always very responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It had a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, making it very convenient for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped, although it did not have a dishwasher. Having a washing machine and dryer right in the bathroom was also very convenient. The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. It made exploring Montreal very easy and convenient. The building itself is old, so if you are looking for a luxury or modern hotel, this may not be the place for you. However, if you want a place that feels more like a home than a hotel, it is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

The location was perfect for our needs and it's a great location in general (central to a lot of great areas). The apartment was nice as well and I really liked staying there and my friend that was with me said it was the nicest place he's stayed in.

The cost was quite high, $700 total for one night. All sorts of accommodations are highly priced now and it is in a superb location so I get it. But it is a lot. I would live to stay there again but not sure due to the price. If with several people the cost per person would be ok though. I still really liked the place though and will consider staying there again.

The apartment was very nice. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and facecloths. Great shower with lots of hot water! Cristina was very attentive and responsive.

The loud music and shouting/screaming from a neighboring apartment two out of our three night stay. It’s started after 11pm and went till nearly 4am. At one point we even called the police as no one was able to sleep, even with windows closed. They did not respond.

We would have liked to open the windows in the bedroom to get fresh air.

I had fractured my ankle and the host Cristina was very kind , accommodating and changed my apartment so I had an en-suite bathroom in view of my mobility . The apartment was lovely , spacious and absolutely perfect for our visit . The location was central and very convenient . We will definitely come back . Cristina was a big help , thank you x

Tolle Wohnung - mit allem ausgestattet! Sehr nahe am Zentrum von Montréal gelegen. Super Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Es gab sehr gute Tipps.

Alle Parkplätze waren vergeben, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, es gibt Stellplätze vor Ort. Sind dann ins Studentenparkhaus (direkt gegenüber) ausgewichen. Nur 17,- CAN pro Nacht

Super tolle und ruhige Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum. Auch eine Metrostation ist in der Nähe. Das Parken vor dem Haus war für uns ideal. Empfang und Service waren liebenswürdig und sehr hilfreich. Das Appartement war sauber, die Betten und das Schlafsofa gut, die Kücheneinrichtung hatte alles, was man so braucht.

The apartment was nice and perfect for the 3 of us. The Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc and the aircon was great. The building was secure.

From the listing, we thought we were staying in Old Montreal, but it was a 25 minute walk away. There was not much in the immediate area that we want to see. Also, the apartment did not look like the listing, and there was no outdoor area, again suggested we had in the listing.

L'accoglienza di persona di Cristina, che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie e ha risposto a tutti i nostri messaggi. La posizione dell' appartamento è ideale per girare a piedi in centro e è vicinissima ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò che serve ed è molto accogliente, comodo e pulito. Comodissimo l'accesso al bagno anche dalla cabina armadio della camera da letto!

Unica segnalazione che mi sento di fare è che il phon in dotazione è un po' debole, per il resto tutto perfetto!

Location is very good, very close to the metro, bus stops, good restaurants and grocery stores. Old town area and the river walk within walking distance. The apartment we stayed for 14 days was very comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you might need for long stay. Washer/ dryer in the apartment. Cristina, the property manager, was the best! Excellent location not far from downtown, old port, and metro stations.

Emplacement central +++ a 2 pas du métro ou bus. Appartement particulièrement bien équipé avec lave vaisselle machine à lever avec avec les produits nécessaires. On était comme à la maison 😉

Great for families. Kitchen is well supplied for meals and extra towels for the bathrooms. Christina was amazing and met us for check-in and to go over anything you need. Close to bus and Metro and a 20 minute walk to old Montreal. Nicely updated with a rooftop patio as well.

It's on a hill and a bit of a hike coming from old Montreal. Low water pressure for showering and a leaky bathroom tap. Could use a bit more maintenance though I'm sure if you mentioned it they would look after the items.

Parking space is very narrow (better than having nothing)

The place is very nice and spacious. I left the bedroom for my wife's parents. I and my wife slept in the sofa bed which was not great but we were able to sleep. The air conditioning on the living room was great.

Locatie is top, dichtbij veel restaurants en OV. Chinatown en oud Montréal zijn op loopafstand. Heel ruim, veel balkon en terrassen tot de beschikking als je daarvan houdt. 2 badkamers en volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser. Eigen wasmachine met wasmiddel. Niks ontbrak. Parkeren kon bij de accomodatie zelf voor 30 CAD per dag. Cristine de host was supervriendelijk en had een stortvloed aan informatie en tips. Airco's waren afzonderlijk per kamer in te stellen. Kamers hebben veel kastruimte, heel praktisch n ook mooi ingericht.

Waarschijnlijk hadden vorige gasten het draaikiep raam verkeerd gesloten, bij onze aankomst kon ik 's nachts niet slapen omdat het raam dus niet helemaal dicht was en alle geluid van buiten te horen was. Dat hebben we gelukkig zelf in de ochtend kunnen verhelpen. Daarna was het goed stil in de slaapkamer.

Les deux appartements que nous avons loué étaient exceptionnels. Grandes pièces es et chambres avec de la place. Très joliment aménagé. Il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour la cuisine. Les logements étaient d’une propreté incroyable!

Everything exceeded our expectations—from the excellent communication with the host to the apartment itself, the security, and the fantastic location. The nearest metro station, along with plenty of restaurants and cafés, is just a short walk away. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable, convenient, and even more enjoyable.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento splendidamente arredato e ben manutenuto. All'interno era fornito di ogni confort, la cucina era super accessoriata e non ci è mancato nulla durante la vacanza. La host è stata super gentile e disponibile, attenta ad ogni nostra domanda e rapida nel risolvere ogni richiesta. Inoltre, la posizione è comodissima per poter girare la città, ben collegata con i mezzi e con i servizi essenziali a pochi isolati (supermarket e farmacie).

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti la piano terra, questo implicava non poter tenere aperte le finestre lato strada con serenità ma questo non ha reso il nostro soggiorno meno piacevole.

Christina nous a accueilli avec tellement de gentillesse. Les conseils, la bienveillance; le service. On se sent comme à la maison. L'emplacement est top. Un parking pour la voiture, tout le confort que l'on attend car clairement on visite Montréal en flânant dans les rues.

Le prix est cher mais que du positif. S’il fallait trouver un point ça serait la climatisation un peu bruyante.

Great home base for our Montréal stop with the family. The space comfortably fit our family of five. Location was convenient for getting around Montréal, and check-in was smooth.

Zentrale Lage, großzügig und komfortabel. Schön dass das Sofa mittels Extramatraze wirklich Bett-Qualität hatte. Super Austattung der Küche. Nette Kommunikation mit unserer host Cristina.

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage natürlich nicht ganz ruhig, aber kein wirklich störender Straßenlärm. In der Wohnung und vor allem dem Bad roch es sehr nach Essen/Knoblauch, wenn wir heimkamen, wie oberhalb einer Imbissküche. Das war etwas schade und die Ursache unklar.

Cristina is very nice, she showed us the closest grocery stores how to get to McGill University and how to arrange parking, making our stay a pleasure one.

The mattress is too soft for me with back pain problem.

The location of the apartment was great. The apartment itself had everything that we needed & sound proof even on a busy street. Christina was extremely helpful to ensure that our stay was good.

Le logement est extrêmement bien situé. Très confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, Cristina est très serviable, disponible et agréable. Elle a su répondre à toutes nos demandes. Nous reviendrons parce que son accueil a été excellent par dessus la qualité de l’hébergement.

Cristina was extremely kind and guided us patiently through different recommendations. She's an extraordinary host. We had an issue with the TV and she came right away to fix it. I bought some books and she kindly received them for me.

Great location and great space

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, had amazing AC, and super comfy beds. Cristina was a great host and met us when we checked in to show us around. She arranged a crib and high chair for us as well which was very appreciated. The location was perfect for us since we like to walk a lot and could easily walk around Downtown, Mount Royal, etc. We also loved having a private ground floor entrance and 2 outdoor areas to relax in.

The neighbor above us was quite noisy so we heard a lot of stomping around at all hours, but that was not the host’s fault.

Even though the apartment is just off a busy main road, this was not a concern. The location was quiet, building was quiet. The outdoor space was even better than described, each apartment has a private section on rooftop, I regret we did not have the time to use more. Our 3 bedroom apartment was amazing, having huge rooms and living space, large windows, the space was bright and incredibly clean. I reflected that I could happily leave my home and live there! A 5 minute walk to groceries, 20 min walk to McGill (convocation location) and base of Mount Royal about 20 to the downtown old port. The popular shopping streets are close by. The host was very quick to respond to messages.

The apartment does not have cable television. Access to a streaming platform only. We experienced no difficulty accessing the news every day, we viewed other channels. Each time we attempted to watch hockey(play-offs), the channel either did not load or shortly after would freeze while playing. The host was quick to respond and confirmed we should have access to the games, perhaps the internet service was lagging then.

The location was amazing. The apartment was very well equipped, modern and super clean. Cristina was a super nice host - very friendly and communicative, she helped with all the questions from parking to facilities. Our apartment came with a small rooftop terrace, which was another great perk.

The hallways had a bit of an older, musty smell. The outside of the building with all the trash cans could have been a bit cleaner. But those were minor inconveniences.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms with everything you need for a longer family stay. Perfect location for going to the Jazz Festival or for exploring Montreal.

Christina was awesome. She met us at the apartment to show us to our room #403 and where to park which was a secure garage for 30$ per day. Remote provided. (she did advise of free parking in in front however, vehical had to be removed certain times of day to avoid fees). She had map and gave her recommendations with directions. We loved the layout of the apartment 1st room has a king side with private bathrm attached and 2 bd with 2 full size bedswith bthroom next to room. We took two 20+ age daughters with us and loved the fact that both rooms and bathrooms where seperated from one end of the apartment to the other. The apartment is fully loaded..everything you need. The balcony was a perk even though it was rainy..spiral stairs up to balcony but theres also another door to with chairs next to living room no stairs needed in case someone has issues with stairs.. also another nice perk.. there is a elevator! The apartment is downtown grocery store is 7 minute walk, old Montreal about 20 min walk..uber is wonderful as alternative. It was super quiet while we were there and completly enjoyed our time and recommed the aparthotel!!

The location was great! There were so many things to do within walking distance and just a few steps away from the metro. Both apartments were exceptionally clean and maintained.

Perfect location

Christina waited for us to get there as we were late. They then went on to produce a map showing where we were, the nearest grocery stores liquor stores, pubs , restaurants and nearby attractions. The apartment was very well equipped right down to blenders, egg beaters, coffee maker, plastic storage containers , ice cubes, creamers and milkers, laundry detergent, lots of tea towels, fully equipped with lots of dishes, baking pans,flatware and sharp knives, peeler, can opener, corkscrew. I pack a lot of these things as other places are not always set up as great as there. The terrace was great unfortunately we didn't use it as weather was a little cool. We spent hours walking all around the area location was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful get away.

Bed comfortably

The porch was not clean and not maintained. Soap container was leaking and it made tub slippery and unsafe.

The place was clean on the inside with everything you need.

We weren't expecting there to be so much trash on the sidewalks in front of the building as we were walking up from the parking garage, it was so nasty! I thought parking was included especially as we paid 638 US$ for 1 night.(Parking was an additional 30?) 15 for the garage which was just a short walk away. It was also a very long walk to the downtown area and you have to walk past some very sketchy areas with so many homeless people begging for money as well as giant rats! Not what I expected at all.

Excellent location, super clean apartment with very comfortable beds. The host, Cristina, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Cristina meet us at the door, walked us up to the apartment, and explained everything to us. She was very accommodating and helpful! The location was great, about a 5 minute walk from the Metro and there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. We plan to stay there again.

The size and the cleanliness of the spacious apartment. The host greeted us and showed us how things worked. She also suggested eateries and attractions. It was very quiet despite being on a busy road.

The area was not great...on a very busy road so if you had a front apartment I would think it would be noisy. The inflexibility of changing dates and the extra hefty cost. This was our most expensive accommodation in Canada.

Très bel appartement, entièrement équipé, propre et spacieux. Le lave‑linge et le sèche‑linge sont un vrai plus. Le garage fermé, accessible avec une télécommande, apporte un vrai sentiment de sécurité. Un supermarché se trouve à seulement cinq minutes, ce qui est très pratique.

Seul tout petit bémol : la salle de bain, un peu petite, mais cela reste vraiment secondaire.

j'aurais apprécié une douche à l'italienne, les deux salles de bains étant aménagées avec une baignoire (on peut prendre une douche mais uniquement dans la baignoire)

L’appartement était très fonctionnel et spacieux , l’accueil chaleureux et bienveillant .l’appartement était très bien équipé et confortable, très bien placé .

Pas de possibilité de faire couler un bain alors que la baignoire était l’un de nos critères de reservation, Les piles de la télécommande étaient fatiguées et donc il était difficile d’avoir accès aux programmes télé .

The host is very kind and helpful ! Provided a full apartment for the full day so we can leave our luggage for the day.
