Air con was not working, v difficult to stay without air con in KL

The unit i was assigned to was on the 13th Floor. The bed is absolutely atrocious. The bed has totally sunken in the middle. Was not able to sleep properly. The aircon isnt cold either. Maintenance and upkeep is lacking.

It was really clean & tidy. You have everything you need and the pool is amazing! And the view is phenomenal!

the property cancel last minit. and give me another homestay. because of qr cannot use. and the staff did not help me at all. i have to carry my baby to collect the keys.. 1hour waiting the staff asked to cancel or change property. irresponsible

This is a great place, super organized and clean and the staff are very helpful to deal with any situation that comes up or to give you a hand. The rooms are clean and functional, with a small workable kitchen area, nice bathroom, and generally great views. But the facilities, especially the two pools, are fabulous -- really nice pools and good fitness, also two largish saunas (turn them on an hour before use) and multiple racket courts and reading room and useful laundry facilities. Below the complex are convenience stores, some nice cafes and restaurants, and the location is good. I would stay here again for sure. Super value for the money.

Everything was good.

Staff : not applicable, it's a serviced apartment with online check in/check out process. Facilities : spacious apartment with 2 rooms. All appliances and utilities provided. Spring mattresses were ok, not the worst, not the best I've tried. Internet connection was fast. Very nice view, although facing South, so no view of the main buildings from the room (Petronas, KLCC, Merdeka). Cleanliness : spotless, but doesn't include daily cleaning. Comfort : apart from typical condominium noises, very very quiet. Value : great price/quality relationship. Location : could be better, but it's still central and it does have a lot of services, restaurants, convenience stores, etc, in the ground floor.

The lifts can take a while. Security isn't exactly friendly at first, and patrol the rooftop and pool area furiously at closing time at night to ensure their message goes through. What's interesting is that there was a group of teenagers making a total mess in the pool, playing music and singing extremely loud, vaping inside the pool, etc, and they were able to continue doing that for hours even after security "warned" them.

The elevator might take a little longer, but nothing too stressful.

Le confort du lit , le personnel tres accueillant. Tres belle vue. Proche du métro à 8 min à pied, on peut aller partout ds kuala lumpur.

You tube sur la télé qui ne fonctionne pas. Le partage du sase d'entrée en commun avec le voisin, il y avait des odeurs qd il cuisine et surtout le bruit quand il sort. Il manque une lampe de chevet

Poor shitty customer service. dirty freaking couch (caused me hives and itches). Zero empathy and zero hospitality on their end.

Honesty- The staff found my daughter’s watch which she accidentally left it on the table and the property owner notified us we are extremely overwhelmed with this honesty policy they have and greatly appreciated

The location is convenient to travelling around

The bed is too soft. If the management can get it replaced .. that will be perfect stay .

Second repeat booking.. its good recommended

Vi fikk all informasjonen vi trengte på forhånd, var enkelt å sjekke inn. Vi slet litt med å forstå kodelåsen på døren, men fikk det til til slutt. Basseng området er veldig fint og rent.

Selskapet som eier leiligheten foretrekker å holde samtalen på WhatsApp, noe vi ikke hadde og det ble da vanskelig å kommunisere med. I tillegg var sengen veldig hard med veldig høye hodeputer, vi foretrekker mykere senger.

The location is fine

The building had many international residents, which made it feel less local, and the room didn’t meet my expectations.

The room was nice.

I couldn't sleep at night where I was staying. Even though I was on the 14th floor and the windows were closed, there was always noise and it kept me awake all night.

Place was clean. Very affordable. Host was accommodating although sounds like an autobot. I manage to check in early as the room was available. Facilities wise all good. The pool was so cold my kids were crying and couldn't enjoy. But otherwise it's good.

No mirrors in room. The fan was abit slow as middle of the night was warm despite Aircond was on and full. No mineral water bottle or cuckoo so please buy prior coming.

The facilities like pool, kids pool are great. Got zuss cofee downstairs.

The additional parking (basement) - instructions are unclear and security also cannot explain where it is and how it connected to the house.

L'appartamento è piccolo, ma pulito e con tutto il necessario in cucina,nella doccia buona pressione dell'acqua calda. Per arrivare al centro ci vogliono 15 minuti di taxi, con i mezzi pubblici è difficile. Sotto ci sono vari locali per mangiare e il supermercato.

Sulla foto l'appartamento era diverso e molto più grande. Dalla finestra si vede il cantiere e autostrada da dove provengo dei rumori, non è possibile aprire la finestra. Dal bagno viene un odore molto sgradevole. Mancano le prese vicino al letto.

l'absence de sèche linge (et d'étendoir) vaisselle insuffisante équipements inadaptés et fragiles l'éloignement géographique (on est loin de tout, il faut absolument un grab ou véhicule pour se déplacer. si vous avez une poussette, oubliez cette zone !) Donc sacré budget transport. le quartier est réputé "chic" donc que des restaurants et petits commerces plutôt chers. Le fait d'avoir 1 seule clé

Superb location and facilities. There is commercial center at the downstairs with a lot of f&b and grocery stores as well.

The car park, the unit door is very thin and low quality.

The whole complex is a real bubble, you can find everything there, so you are really comfy and do not feel the need to go somewhere else. The gym, swimming pools, shops and restaurants downstairs. Perfect.

The biggest problem was to get second key. You can not enter building w/o the key nor use elevator, it took several hours of texting during which the host was claiming they do not posses any 2nd key. Well after several hours they suddenly DID posses a 2nd key and for a deposit they provided it to us. unnecessary. The smell in the bathroom was super strong, you need to keep the drainage covered. One night the AC broke and we woke up to a 1cm of water on the floor, my laptop was under the AC and got damages - be aware that they do not have any insurance for such cases, they offered 20% discount for the stay which does not cover AT ALL the cost. In summary, not worth it.

Hotel built quality.

Spring Mattresses were old and sunken. Had severe backache because of that.

it’s such a pleasure to get a chance to stay here, i wish i could stay here forever

unfortunately, on this day, it became my worst day ever for this year, i found out my partner cheated on me right in this room, such a waste to stay in a perfect place but can’t enjoy it bc of your own personal problem, i’ll never forget abt this🥲
