The place exceeded my expectations – spacious, clean, in a nice neighborhood, and a real steal in terms of price-to-quality ratio. Well equipped kitchen, wi-fi password placed at a very obvious spot, I had no trouble at all.

The entrance faces the restaurant yard and the door locks without a key, so at first it felt a little bit weird ("What if somebody from the yard would force entry while I'm asleep upstairs?"), but actually this fear was not grounded. A little something to improve: more electricity sockets upstairs, and a couple of lightbulbs could be replaced.

Hezké a čisté ubytování, výborně vybavené, skvělá lokalita pro prohlídku města. Dole pod okny ve dvoře velice příjemná kavárna - restaurace, večer bez zbytečného hluku. Personál ochotný, ubytovali nás bez problému. Určitě se sem někdy vrátíme.

el lugar está bien, el camarero un genio, la comida que sirve en el restaurante muy buena, lo único malo es la falta de aire acondicionado, terrible calor que no se puede descansar, solo un ventilador que hace de cuenta que no tiene nada, de ahí en más solo alquilamos donde hay aire acondicionado

Es muy único su sitio porque está como en la parte de atrás de la terraza de un café, con un callejón privado para entrar y salir de noche. El barrio también es muy bonito y tranquilo. El alojamiento tiene de todo y está muy limpio.

No tiene aire acondicionado pero si un ventilador que hace la función al final

Unkomplizierter Empfang, durfte sogar etwas früher einchecken, weil das Apartment schon fertig war. Kleiner Raum mit eingerichteter Küche, Tisch und zwei Stühlen, Badezimmer mit separater Toilette, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wäscheständer. Kleine Waschmaschine in der Küche. Großes Bett 16 Stufen weiter oben. Wunderbar weicher Topper! Habe sehr gut geschlafen.

Irgendwie ist es blöd, dass man unten im Raum keinen Vorhang hat und die Leute, die abends im Garten des Cafés sitzen, einen anglotzen können. Aber vielleicht habe ich mögliche Scheibenjalousien nicht gesehen. Die Scheiben-Jalousie im Schlafzimmer jedenfalls funktionierte nicht mehr richtig. Am Bett schlechte Ablagemöglichkeit für Buch und Wecker.

Sekaannuksen vuoksi saimme eri asunnon kuin minkä varasimme. Henkilökunta ei hoitanut asiaa kovin ammattimaisesti. Asuntoihin oli vaikeaa löytää.

Локацията на мястото е много добра за посещение на центъра само на няколко спирки с метро или рейс като спирките са много близо до него(на рейса е пред апартамента)Той се намира в един пасаж и около него има кафе и заведение за хранене.Мястото е чисто и оборудвано с всичко от което имахме нужда изглежда както е на снимките и вечер не е шумно.Бихме посетили пак.

The location is great. Also, it is next to a cafe, very practical. The staff were really kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean. It was well-equipped like a house you can live. Really safe place. Definitely stay here again!

The apartment is sorrounded by many coffees and restaurants, metro station is very near, a few minutes walk only.

The bed sheets were a bit crumpled, but they were clean afterall.

Sve je bilo blizu, centar je na 20 minuta hodanja ili 5 stanica gradskim autobusom. U apartmanu ima svega što može da vam zatreba. Dosta prostora svuda, kupatilo, soba… Bilo je čisto i uredno.

Postoji bašta kafića odmah isped ulaznih vrata pa bi nekom možda smetala buka ali nama nije.

The price and quality are very appropriate for this area. The apartment is cozy and has everything needed for cooking. It is also very quiet, which made the stay comfortable. It would be perfect if the pillows could be replaced. They have an unusual shape and seem to be worn out and crumbling a bit.

The stay was wonderful overall, but there was one unpleasant issue. Check-out was at 11:00, and at 10:50 the cleaning staff already knocked on the door, informed us about the check-out, and even brought in a vacuum cleaner. As I was not feeling very well, we left the apartment at 11:04. This was the first time we experienced being rushed like this. Our delay was only four minutes, but the situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Very nice and cozy 2-level apartment located inside a courtyard with Cuadro Caffe restaurant, 3-5 min to metro Pilgrimgasse, bus station across the street. Kitchenette fully equipped and big bathroom on the ground. Bedroom upstairs with a very comfortable bed and dressing. Excellent food and service on Silberwirt restaurant !

Clean, well-organized, good accommodation for a couple or a solo traveler.

It's a little noisy because it's right next to the restaurant area. But that's negligible.

The apartment is well-equipped and spacey. Storing the luggage in the early morning until check-in was not an issue.

There was some mold in the shower. Take into account that the café in front might cause some noise in the mornings and evenings; with closed windows it was hardly audible though.

The apartment has everything for comfortable living for some time: well equipped kitchenette, iron. We felt very good, it is at a good location. We would come back again.

We were not able to connect to wifi, so we used wifi of a cafe, located right near the door, the sygnal was not very good. Also, people were sitting right behind the window of the kitchen. But upstairs, in the bedroom, it was quiet and nice.

Vienna was a very positive surprise. A wonderfully friendly, enjoyable and interesting city with excellent transport systems, culture everywhere (old and new), reasonable prices for excellent service and menus, and.... really good-humoured people. The district around Margeritenstrasse (U = Pilgrimgasse) where we stayed was very special but also in no way touristic. The apartment was unique, as a part of an historical quadrant, and it does need some practical improvements (I don't think that the designer has ever slept there?) but it was still comfortable and interesting in itself.

The apartment presented itself exactly as described: spacious, on two levels with kitchen/bathroom below and bedroom above, clean and practical. The location is super convenient, near a metro station and cocooned inside the Cuadro restaurant. Extremely cosy place, just some noise from the restaurant's clients but nothing too much. The neighbourhood is calm but with some nice vibes! A perfect place to discover Vienna :)

WiFi connection in the apartment was not very stable

- Excellent location, very close to the subway and bus network (<5min walking) as well as to the city center if you prefer to walk. In a small court, very quiet and calm - Spacious and well equipped

- Only shower gel in the bathroom, would have been better to also have shampoo - No clear indication on wifi setting (found ultimately by myself) - Host not very much reactive by message on Booking app, make sure to clarify and/or notify in advance the check-in time to avoid being blocked outside (when the bar beside is closed, there is no one to hand you the keys)

The location was great, close to public transport and a few supermarkets/ bars/ restaurants.

The apartment wasn’t very clean. There were ants in the bathroom and bedroom, as well as a fair amount of cobwebs. Overall quite shabby.

The location was amazing, we walked everywhere in the city centre, and taking public transport was also a breeze. The apartment was small but manageable for two people, and the washing machine was a great extra!

The shower was very small but otherwise the rest of the bathroom was manageable.
