التكييف كان سيء للغاية كانت البرودة منخفضة جدا اضافة لاننا انتظرنا قبل الدخول لوقت طويل لم تحضر المسؤولة ولم تتجاوب الا بعد دفع التأمين لم نستطع على تحويله لبنك محلي وبعد تعهدنا بتسليمه كاش حضرت لاستلامه

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025loved having a pool- especially after backpacking the hot cities up the peninsular. it was quiet when we went so it felt like we had the villa to ourselves. overall, having a smart TV with Netflix and good kitchen space for cheap felt like a nice break from our usual hosteling.
the location was a bit difficult and quite far away from anything. Even going to a nearby street corner shop meant crossing the busy road out front. grabs were super cheap though so it wasn't a deal breaker. deposit had to been done by bank instead of cash, but we got our money back fine

Reviewed May 30, 2025I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa. The villa itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you could ask for. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private pool. It’s not a large pool but has peaceful surroundings.The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking only. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are super comfortable.The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Good location ! We’re already planning our next visit!

Pool water is clear and requires regular cleaning due to the fall leaves from outside trees. The location was really strategic and near the town. Need a small request to the owner to prepare a hanger stand to hang clothes. Highly recommended for a stay!

But not used at all due to sharing basis many families are roaming the place and it's not a hotel environment to be shared if not spacious and little privacy is given. 2. The place has some indoor games to be used with family members, we had no choice because outdoor mosquitoes are attacking in the evening and mornings. 3. Automated and has its own remote to operate anytime we wanna move around. But it has limited parking at the porch and limits only 2 cars max the other visitors or if your late gotta park under the tree and close to road blocking half the road risking the car to damages
1. The pool water is not circulating properly, my daughter had diarrhoea and vomiting the next day returning due to its water cleanliness and floating with insects. 2. There are hidden charges, a whooping RM200 for damage deposit required, even a 5 star hotel charges only RM100. Still not refunded due to there's a remote spoiled in the room we stayed, not sure if it was working earlier except the main switch is the only thing required to switch on and off. Dated equipment and tidiness mainly due to small space and Sharing usage with other tenants 3. Very noisy banging of doors and movement of people in and out of their rooms, sound of car movement and vehicles as the room is facing the main road . Please be sure not to have other tenants drinking and making jokes at night or evenings not going to be pleasant 4. Mosquito filled environment, evenings are not full of the visitors uninvited and next day can be found in the pool water floating with us, which shortened our swimming enjoyment to very short and water tasted so bitter, never in my life had swam such waters [ really horrible ]
