A localização. Embora durante a noite tenha algum barulho de fundo que se destaca, estamos a 3/4min a pé da praia. A proprietária também é muito simpática e sempre disponível!

Não tem ficha para carregar o telemóvel perto da cama.

Was on the 7th floor but was still a bit noisy..if your a light sleeper could be a problem.. but you know the location before you book so tough

fantastic location right in the middle of all the action , staff on reception really helpful, great value for money, safe and clean.

only minor criticism i would have is that the sliding windows don't seal out the street noise as well as some others i have stayed in.

The pool was dissapointing and we never had the sun so used another hotels one. Its a self contained apartment we had to wash our own towels which was fine but only gave us one each. They never dried enough for the next use so we were using damp towels for the few days.

L’unica cosa che trovo un po’ come negativo è che per cambiare la biancheria e i asciugamani non vengono cambiati a gratis te li devi lavare nella lavatrice che hai in bagno oppure bisogna pagare da parte per avere altri puliti.. ☺️

Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

L’appartement ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos présentées sur Booking. Il est situé au 9ᵉ étage et aucune des baies vitrées n’était correctement sécurisée, ce qui est particulièrement inquiétant. Nous avons également trouvé du vomi sur les couvertures à notre arrivée. L’appartement est très ancien, très mal entretenu et dans un état général extrêmement décevant. Nous avions réservé trois nuits, mais nous avons dû quitter l’appartement dès le lendemain de notre arrivée. Par ailleurs, le quartier ne nous semble absolument pas adapté aux familles : il y a énormément de bruit, notamment en raison des nombreux bars, boîtes de nuit et établissements pour adultes situés à proximité. L’environnement est très animé jusque tard dans la nuit et ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que nous recherchions pour un séjour en famille. Une expérience très loin de ce qui était présenté sur Booking.

Me gustó que estaba equipado con los utensilios del día a día y no hacía falta nada, y es como si estuvieras en tu casa habitual.

Lo único es la zona que está al lado de una discoteca y mucho ruido por la noche que hace retumbar los oídos.

La zona donde estaba ubicado. Y una planta 11 que evitaba mucho los ruidos de las discotecas. Cerquita de todo.

Se fumaba y bebía alcohol en las zonas comunes, y había mucha gente del edificio de al lado en la piscina (26 ingleses borrachos, groseros y maleducados) que terminaban por echarme. Pocos días pude disfrutarla la verdad. No había lavadora tal y como ponía el anuncio. Una lástima.

Penthouse suite was amazing, great views and huge balcony. The pool was an added bonus and you can enjoy drinks from the shop across the road at the pool. Would recommend for any stay do, location is the best around.

All I can say is what we paid for this apartment was pennies.so what you get is 5 star treatment from the owner,couldnt help enough. Clean/ perfect location. Noise to be considered as your staying in the strip in Benidorm. We were 4 crazy woman having a ball..did not want to come home.. Thanks to the owner x

Ideal location overlooking the strip. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed and entertained on the balcony by watching the goings on on the strip. Pool nice and quiet. Lady on reception needs more credit as she was amazing.

Not many plug sockets and walls are thin, didn't enjoy listening to Good Morning Britain at 8am.

Location was fantastic, spacious apartment, short walk to beach. Private pool. Owner lovely and happy to assist.

The apartment was right above nightclub, which we were aware of but had no idea it would be quite as loud as it was, the back bedrooms were vibrating and music was very loud until 5am. No toilet at the pool area.

We stayed in three apartments as a hen party of 8, we were on the top floor with great balconies. Rooms were clean with a good little kitchen. Beds were comfy, and air con was good. Main apartment had been decorated for the hen and it was great with bottles of Prosecco. Being on the 11th floor meant using the lift which was very small.single room needs a bedside light and plugs for phone. Unfortunately there was a power and water cut due to a substation fire, no fault of the apartment, which meant no electricity and water for 24 hours, an inconvenience but we did not let it spoil our stay, after all it couldn’t be helped though we did have to climb 11 floors!!! Guests were really being rude to manager, I don’t really know what they expected her to do!!! There is a nightclub underneath which didn’t bother us. Main annoying noise was from the inconsiderate guests being really noisy next door and underneath. Being near the strip meant it was in a great location. Pool was small but lovely with sunbeds and a shower. We would return and really enjoyed our stay.

Some plug sockets didn’t work, we were without electricity and water from 7pm until 6am on our last evening, windows vibrated until 5am from the nightclub down stairs. The keys don’t open the doors they stick, we couldn’t get in for ages on arrival and it was late. the pictures online reflect the hotel honestly, the hen tried to speak to reception regarding the no electric and water situation, as we were unable to use the bathroom before leaving only to be told he just mans the doors. There aren’t staff they are just self catering where you have to communicate with the company through email. We were a party of 15 and everyone has the same issue, we await a response regarding compensation.

The pool wasn't clean, around the pool could be more inviting. Our juilette balcony doors wouldn't lock. We were on second floor so easy for someone to break in ( luckily we didn't get broken into )

We had a wonderful stay in My Pretty Payma Apartments, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful to us during our stay, such a lovely lady! Each apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, stylish and spacious! We loved the balcony’s and views! Location is amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach - with shops, bars and restaurants right on its doorstep! Would highly recommend 10/10!!!

Location was convenient, pretty easy to access.

If you're looking for a family-friendly accommodation, this is not the place. Even though there were rules about quiet times, nobody respected them. We were not able to rest due to people shouting loudly in the middle of the night, dogs barking in the hallway, and music. There are also rules about leaving the place dry and clean, but it is impossible to do this with the way the shower is set up. The water sprays all over the floor in the bathroom; there is no drain and no utensils to be able to clean this up. We had to buy our own cloth to be compliant. Furthermore, we had to get our own sponge to do the dishes, because there was washing up liquid, but nothing to use it with. Even though the place is advertised as offering WiFi, there was no information about the network and password anywhere. Lastly, we had an accident with a coffee spilled in the entrance while we were coming in. We offered to clean it up and apologise for the accident. Staff got really angry and starting cursing, which made us feel really uncomfortable because we were quiet guests and minding our own business. We just stayed in Benidorm because we had an event to attend, but decided to cut our stay shortly after the event took place because we were very uncomfortable there. Wouldn't go back.
