Mayci Eco Boutique Hotel Hoi An

Wir waren 7 Nächte in Mayci und wurden rundum umsorgt! Die Anlage ist zwar klein aber wunderschön und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren herzlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmerservice super sauber, Frühstück ok.

The rooms are modern and well equiped. We had a nice view over the river. The pool is so nice and refreshing we enjoyed quite some hours there. Chairs are limited. The breakfast we had there was amazing, honestly. The staff was so friendly they helped us with anything and the free bikes were a major plus to our days in Hoi An. Best hotel we had in Vietnam.

We had the best time at Mayci! It’s such a lovely and beautiful place a bit outside of the old town ! Our room was very clean and spacious right next to the pool ! We took the free bicycles a few times and then it’s only 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the center ! The breakfast was also really good ! the staff was so kind and helped us book our transfer to quy nhon ! Wr also rented a moped for one day for 200 k which war really fun Would love to come back one day !! 😍

La struttura è molto carina, ha una bella piscina, un ottimo staff e offre la possibilità di prendere gratuitamente le bici per raggiungere hoi an. Molto bello anche il bagno che,a differenza di molti altri in Vietnam, può essere definito tale.

Eu adorei essa hospedagem. Além de bonita e charmosa, achei a localização excelente para quem deseja um lugar mais sossegado e silencioso. Me hospedei em diversas regiões em HoiAn (praia, Old Town e agora aqui). Gosto que aqui tem bicicletas disponíveis e posso pedalar até a praia e também pelo arrozal. A piscina é incrível. Os quartos são frescos e arejados. Limpeza em dia. Inclusive dos banheiros! 👏🏻 Lençóis e travesseiros brancos e limpos (esses são os principais pontos pra mim). Café da manhã com pães, frutas frescas e ovos preparados na hora. Toda equipe muito amigável, tanto da recepção quanto da limpeza. Não gravei o nome de todos, mas agradeço principalmente à Thuong e ao Khoa 🙏🏻

Não tenho nada a dizer. Fiquei aqui 3 noites, tive que sair por falta de vagas e depois retornei.

Expliquei em outro avaliação. Fiquei aqui por quase uma semana e recomendo.

A bit far from the City

Hübsches kleines Hotel, schön eingerichtete, komfortable Zimmer. Wir waren drei Nächte dort, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Beim Frühstück könnte es mehr Auswahl geben.

Le.cadre de l'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres familiales sont grandes, salle de bain très sympa.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait vraiment être amélioré, quel dommage ! Notre climatisation de chambre était plutôt bruyante.

What an absolute gem of a find. This hotel was a sanctuary after a lot of personal difficulties. The staff were so kind and attentive. Thuong especially made such an effort to make sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the river or sitting and swimming in the pool. The breakfast is delicious and there is a small restaurant for lunch as well as lots of local places nearby. It is easy to cycle and explore the area or a short drive in Hoi An. Absolutely loved this hotel and so glad I found it. I will definitely return.

This place is a tropical paradise! Surrounded with nature, it's peaceful and beautiful. Rooms and fresh and cosy, there's good breakfast and a pool. The stuff is super friendly and helpful, I have enjoyed my stay so much!

The staff here are brilliant! They were all so friendly and helpful. We had an issue with fixing a broken phone whilst we were staying and the team on reception went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted. The rooms were large, clean, the bed comfortable and had good air-con. The pool area was nice and the outdoor space had a nice view over the river.

The staff were incredible! Location was great. Rooms were lovely and very clean. Easy, quick grab wherever you needed. Bikes for rent was a bonus! Breakfast was a mixture depending on how long it had been sat there. but mostly great!

Balcony wasn’t so much for sitting out on as was a bit narrow and not enough chairs. Not a problem but worth knowing. Local dog kept us up barkingbut we like dogs so didn’t complain!

我當初選擇下訂是因為喜歡房間看起來有渡假氛圍，它的確達到了。但是，我入住時，它們給我的房間，內鎖掛鍊不翼而飛，我立即反應，但是服務人員說這是它們房間的風格就是這樣，我變成要為我的住宿安全開始討價還價，我原本開心的心情，掉到谷底。我們還有用網路翻譯，來確保我們的溝通無誤。我給她看另外一間房間有鏈條，我的房間只有鏈條基座，但是鏈子不見，如果東西不見誰負責？而且電子卡片櫃檯也有。我希望他們找人來修理。她打給可能是她正在休假的主管，他們用越南話討論很久，決定帶我去一樓，有雙人床兩個，旁邊一個加床小床，想要讓我住兩晚。我說我原本是2樓有陽台泳池景致，她試著解釋這個房間比較貴，但是對我來說糟糕到不行。後來他們又討論很久，說給我原本房間隔壁的家庭房兩個陽台，有泳池景觀，但是我只能住一晚，另一天要搬去另一個房間，等明天另一個房間的人check out，我聽完覺得又累又煩，我說所以我要搬來搬去？我要浪費時間收拾東西和搬家，就因為他們一開始沒有把房間準備妥當。說到這裡我就更不爽了。我說不然直接退費給我，我進去市區另外找住宿，他們又討論一會，主管才一副勉為其難說允許我住在雙人房連續兩晚。唉 因禍得福 但是我的心情已經被受影響 他們完全不能站在旅客安全與旅行的心情上做著想，一點也不。 衛浴一角上面有漏水的痕跡，斑駁與油漆剝落。裡面的熱水壺有殘餘的水，和雜質，我已經懶得跟櫃台說了...他們應該要檢查好的。 泳池有很濃的漂白水味道

Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage und ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt sehr einfach zu erreichen.

Le quartier est calme et agréable. Les gens du quartier sont accueillants. Nous avons aimé les abords de la rivière et la proximite de quelques rizières. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Il y a quelques petits restaurants tout à fait convenables dans les environs. La piscine est agréable lorsqu'elle n’est pas investie par des enfants qui hurlent sans cesse sans être repris par des adultes responsables.

Le restaurant indiqué à l'entrée de l'hôtel était inexistant. Les draps d’un des deux lits de la chambre, à notre arrivée, n’avait pas était refait. Nous avons dû réclamé pour qu’ils soient changés. Les chambres sont plus petites qu'elles ne le paraissent sur les photos du site. Le sol de la terrasse du petit déjeuner n’est pas nettoyé régulièrement. Les cendriers des terrasses n’ont pas été vidés lors de notre séjour de 3 jours. Toutes les 20 secondes, la pompe se déclenchait, se qui perturbait nos nuits. Le problème a été signalé dès le premier jour sans effet... Il serait aussi bien que des règles de vie commune soient précisées afin de ne pas subir les cris répétés des enfants. La tranquillité est aussi ce que l'on cherche quand justement on choisit de ne pas séjourner au centre de Hoi An.

L hotel est très agréable dans la verdure en bord de rivière. La chambre est bien confortable et moderne. Piscine très sympa.

Nous avons malheureusement été dérangés par des voisins bruyants. L insonorisation n'étant pas au top. La porte vitrée de l'entrée des chambres devraient pouvoir être occultée pour la luminosité.

Everything! The location, the best and kind staff and the pool of course. The room was really clean.

All in all, the hotel is fine. We had a lovely room with direct access to the pool. The room was big enough and even had a balcony. The room service staff are very helpful

What is lacking is proper management. Although we were there for several days and made it clear from the outset that we only wished to pay by credit card and would not send our account number to an unknown recipient for the purpose of a direct debit, they were unable to sort this out until the very end. In the end, we had to withdraw the amount in three instalments from an ATM, which cost us horrendous fees and several hours of effort. Although the hotel is listed on booking.com as having a restaurant, it was closed most of the time. The staff did try to prepare food for us, but we regularly had to go and find them first. What’s more, the front door to our room had a frosted glass panel. Although you couldn’t see in or out of the room, it was often as bright as day at night whenever someone switched on the light in the corridor. A major drawback! Etc. In summary: it’s not worth the money.

+ Great, quiet location outside of the town center + Solid free breakfast (I got noodles everyday which were delicious - they have a different recipe everyday too) + Common area and pools were nice to hangout in + Free bikes that you can use whenever + Extremely kind and helpful staff! Staff on duty is very small so I would have patience with them if you can + Front reception scheduled me transportation to Danang which was so helpful. Made my life easier bc I was originally gonna order a grab

There were some questionable stains on my sheets and pillows when I arrived in my room. I asked the front reception if they can change them and they kindly changed it immediately. The robes they provided also had stains. They smelled like the body wash they provided, and not laundry detergent, so I’m not exactly sure if they change them out often. Unfortunately I think cleanliness does get sacrificed because their team is small.

A little smaller and more claustrophobic in the pool area than the pics led me to believe. It was just a jumping off point for me in the end.

Un lieu à la fois à l’écart de l’effervescence de Hoi An et relativement près des commodités de la ville. Le personnel est au petit soin et essaie au moins de répondre positivement à toutes nos requêtes. Je recommande vivement...

Føltes som en dejlig lille oase, der var roligt i området. Lækker lille pool. Der var cykler til fri afbenyttelse og det gjorde det nemt at komme omkring

Det eneste der manglede var lidt flere solsenge, men det virkede ikke til det blev et problem

Staff gentilissimo, struttura tranquilla lontana dal caos di Hoi an con possibilità di noleggio scooter direttamente in loco. Letti comodi e stanza ampia. È possibile il pagamento con carta di credito. Colazione variegata, con opzioni sia dolci sia salate.

La posizione non è centralissima, si necessita di un mezzo di trasporto per spostarsi quindi da tenere in considerazione se lo si prenota. La pace e la tranquillità sono un ottimo compromesso.

Eine kleine Oase in mitten von Hoi An! Die Lage ist perfekt, mit Rad oder Grab ist man super schnell in der Altstadt oder am Beach. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders haben uns die bequemen Betten mit richtigen Bettdecken gefallen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Situationen. Würde hier sofort wieder buchen.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was definitely an eye catcher, but the whole place was very picturesque with the ponds around and the Japanese style reception. Breakfast was simple, possibility to order. The room was little bit too small for our 4 days stay ( that's completely about personal preference) but otherwise very cozy and stylish. Free bicycle service, laundry service. Location about 10-15min by car to the center of Hoi An, about 30 min on bicycle to the beach....Recommended

Lokalizacja pomiędzy HoiAn a morzem. W cenie rowery więc łatwo dojechać gdzie się chce. Świetne zupy/makarony na śniadanie. Pokoje w porządku. Obsługa pomocna i uśmiechnięta

Jeden z pokoi mial nieprzyjemny, silny zapach stęchlizny. Poprosiliśmy o zmiane na inny, co się finalnie udało, ale w międzyczasie przeprowadziliśmy kilka rozmów o konieczności zmiany hotelu lub kolejnej zmiany pokoju, co bylo nieprzyjemne i zostawiło niesmak do końca pobytu. Dodatkowo, rozliczenie przy check out musieliśmy dokladnie sprawdzić gdyż policzono coś co było juz opłacone

Everything. Been lucky to book this place which was calm, clean and pure bliss. The staff were lovely and really took care of us. Special shoutout to Miu Miu who checked in on us and made us feel so comfortable.

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Das Hotel befindet sich etwas abseits vom Trubel und war somit perfekt für uns um die Umgebung zu erkunden und eher abends ins Zentrum zu fahren. Durch die Lage am Wasser muss man leider einmal erwähnen, dass es teilweise etwas feucht gerochen hat. Trotzdem war alles super sauber und die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Familie war unfassbar nett und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Als wir am letzten Tag den Nachtbus genommen haben, durften wir tagsüber noch die Räder ausleihen und am Pool entspannen - dort gibt es sogar eine Dusche.

Super gezellige kamer met uitzicht op palmbomen. Het ontbijt was simpel maar meer hadden wij niet nodig. De ligging was ook super gezellig, totaal niet ver van het centrum. Het personeel was gewoon voortreffelijk. Hielpen ons met tickets voor de show, om taxi's te regelen, hadden zelfs speciaal voor ons het ontbijt vervroegd. Dankzij hen hebben we ook een zalige rondrit met de jeep gehad. Gewoon genoten van begin tot eind.

Er was een probleem met het bakje voor te betalen met Visa. Maar ze hebben dit op een goede manier aangepakt waardoor we toch zonder problemen konden betalen.

Ruhig gelegen, mit dem kostenlosen Fahrrad ist aber alles sehr gut zu erreichen und die Radtouren durch die Gegend sind ein Traum. Man lebt im Grünen, die Anlage ist wunderschön. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Damen an der Rezeption.

This place was amazing! Situated in a tucked away corner amongst the trees and with a pond surrounding it. Very quiet and tranquil neighborhood. The pool is clean and non-slip.
