Die Unterkunft liegt schön am Rand zu den Reisfeldern aber nah genug an der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielseitig und mein Einzelzimmer war riesig. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und man kann die Fahrräder vom Hotel nutzen.

Tham fue súper amable. Nos ayudó a conseguir tour para My Son y también con la reserva del bus para ir Hue. Las instalaciones y la zona es muy linda, tranquila. Las bicis son gratis y se puede pasear por los arrozales o ir a la playa desde allí

The staff especially the reception and the chef were fantastic. Excellent breakfast, heaps of selection. Free bicycles to ride around rice padi area, pool with views, lovely room. Definitly recommend this place.

L’emplacement au milieu d’une rizière. Le personnel était charmant et très réactif. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner préparé avec enthousiasme était un moment magique.

Les vélos ne sont pas en très bon état mais il y a de jolies balades à faire

Un petit coin de paradis, magnifiquement situé, au calme, dans un cadre verdoyant et apaisant, tout en étant idéalement placé. J'ai eu une chambre superbe, très spacieuse, propre et confortable - on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Mention spéciale au personnel, adorable, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, merci pour tout !

Struttura bella, pulita e curata. Posizione stupenda nelle risaie. Ottima soluzione per rilassarsi qualche giorno. Piscina bella e pulita, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Dista circa 5 min in motorino dal centro antico. Biciclette disponibili in struttura.

Such a beautiful property with super comfy beds!! The staff are so so friendly and accommodating. I was not expecting such an amazing buffet style breakfast too! Complete gem, would highly recommend 😁

Hotel bien situé, au calme, proche du centre ville et au bord des rizières 🌿 Les lits sont confortables. Toujours apprécié d'avoir un petit déjeuner inclus.

Les photos ne représentent pas exactement la réalité, l'hôtel n'est pas aussi bien entretenu et propre. La magie des retouches photos ✨ La salle de bain dans la chambre sentait l'urine, manque d'hygiène, et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude une seule fois en 2 jours. Décevant

The pool with views over the rice fields was beautiful. The location is peaceful but still close to Hoi An, and the people were very friendly.

The lodge is not as new as it appears in the photos.

The property has a good location near the rice fields. The administrator was friendly, and the staff tried to resolve the water leak quickly. They also refunded the unused nights after we decided to leave early.

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival: the slippers and bathroom mat were dirty, and there was a used cotton swab in the room. The room was also very small and had no proper table for eating or working. There was a leak inside the wardrobe. The ceiling was wet, water was dripping onto the furniture and floor, and the room developed a damp smell. Ventilation was very limited. The wardrobe was later removed and the leak stopped, but nobody followed up to check whether the smell or discomfort remained. Communication was difficult. The hotel was also very noisy during the weekend, with loud guests, singing, shouting, children running in the corridor, and noise from a neighbouring building. Bottled water was charged separately, but this was not explained in advance. I travel frequently and usually overlook minor issues, but there were too many problems for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable room but very bright coming from bathroom windows. I didn't like that they tried to put me on the first floor (in front of the pool and the room also had an odd door that led straight to their kitchen) when there were available rooms upstairs. I asked to be moved and they said ok without issues

A bit far from the old town (40min walk), but with the bicycle it was pleasant to ride there. The plus side is that you can escape the noise. The A/C in the room was also not the best.

La gestione

The setting and location of the hotel in the rice paddy's made for a nice stay. Quite evenings with rural serenity. Staff is really friendly and accommodating

The rooms seems to be runned down and old. They can definitely do with a repaint and slight renovation. The breakfast is very limited with no real options to choose from.

Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmern richtig schön gereinigt die waren sehr schnell und fleißig. Wirklich über einem Monat in Vietnam. In diesem Hotel waren diese sehr fleißig die Mitarbeiter.

Könnte ein bisschen modernisiert werden, die Zimmer

Cisza spokój, klimatyczne pokoje i kameralny basen. Darmowe rowery, świetna lokalizacja. Nasz pobyt był zbyt krótki! Chętnie jeszcze wrócimy:)

Śniadania mogłyby być ciekawsze

Nous avons tout simplement TOUT aimé. Thiam, nôtre hôte, était exceptionnelle et très disponible même quand celle ci n'était pas présente (WhatsApp). L'emplacement est idéal : proche de tous les points d'intérêts de la région et piscine très propre donnant sur les rizières. Nous n'avons pas profité des vélos mais ils sont disponibles gratuitement à l'hôtel. Nous avons loué des scooters à un prix très abordable grâce à eux directement livrés à l'hôtel. Gros cœur pour le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé varié et très bon (la confiture d'ananas était exceptionnelle tout comme le jus de pastèque ❤️). Vous avez même du personnel pour faire cuire fraîchement vos œufs et sa gentillesse est aussi à souligner. Tous les matins vos serviettes sont changées et des bouteilles d'eau vous sont remises sur votre terrasse. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les salles de bain aussi et la propreté est au rdv. Nous avons été tristes de quitter cet endroit tellement tout était parfait.

Superbe hôtel avec un très bon accueil. Un peu éloigné de l'agitation du centre ville. Tout le confort y est. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Arrêtez vous par ici si vous êtes de passage.

Le calme

Sunkissed Paddy Hoi An was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, the most peaceful and serene location you could pick in Hoi An. It’s set right in the rice paddies and the views are just stunning, waking up to that scenery every day was such a special experience. The pool overlooking the rice fields is also fantastic and makes the whole place feel even more relaxing. The location is perfect too, far enough from the Old Town to feel calm and quiet but still very easy to reach by bike, walking, or a quick Grab ride, it’s also close to An Bang Beach and the coconut boat area which makes it a great base for exploring. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and thoughtfully designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were great as well, and each room has a lovely balcony or terrace which is perfect for sitting and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was amazing every morning, and the staff made the experience even better, both receptionists we interacted with were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast chef was incredibly kind too. We felt so welcome the whole time. I genuinely couldn’t recommend or compliment this place enough!

J'ai aimé : La vue sur les rizières. La chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée. Le petit déjeuner préparé devant soi par un super chef de cuisine tres sympa. Le personnel tres souriant, attentionné. L'emplacement un peu a l'écart entre ville et mer.

Rien. Vraiment.

Ubicación inmejorable, justo enfrente de los campos de arroz pero a escasos 7 minutos en moto del centro de Hoi An y de la playa. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Piscina con vistas a los arrozales y desayuno completo. Además dispone de servicio de lavandería y te gesitonan el alquiler de moto si lo necesitas. Por último y no menos importante, el personal es un amor: siempre con una sonrisa y buscando la forma de ayudarte.

Nice place in good location if you like to do the rice field coffee, you can just walk to chillax, roving, secret cafe, nhac thran classic and so on Down to mainroat is also only ten minute walk Beds are comfortable, food was good

Toilet is a bit too much audio with the neighbours toilet, you hear everything, but only in the toilet. Feature for some, for some a bug :-D

Ligt prachtig aan de rand van de bewoonde wereld zo met uitzicht op de rijstvelden en je rijdt zo met de fiets of scooter naar de kust. s’Morgens staat er iemand in de buiten keuken waar je een eitje klaar kan laten maken, verder is er ontbijt buffet

It’s nice, clean and close to Hoi A town and the beach. They also have bikes you can borrow (15 minutes to city center or beach) The staff is really nice and helpful.

It’s not very well insulated, so you can hear basically everything (neighbors, the roosters at 1 am).

Das Personal ist super lieb, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Man konnte Fahrräder ausleihen, was wir toll fanden. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Wir würden wieder kommen 😊

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Blick in die Reisfelder war einfach traumhaft. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 15min bis 20min in die Altstadt. Super-Service 👌🏻Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück - sehr lecker! Ich hab mich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ich verstehe jetzt, warum Leute hier länger bleiben:)

Wir wurden morgens früh um 7 Uhr sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sofort mit den Fahrrädern in die Stadt fahren! Toll! Unsere geplanten Touren wurden gebucht und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage in den Reisfeldern, leckeres Frühstück und tollstes Personal 😍 wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hier. Das Personal is super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war super und sie Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Der Blick auf die Reisfelder war traumhaft. Wir waren leider nur drei Tage dort, würden aber sofort wieder kommen.

Third time staying at sunkissed paddy , staff are expectational . Beds are super comfy , clean and comfortable. Very affordable stay .

We didn't stay

There place was small then appeared from the outside and the all the fields were mud when we went. we ended up book a completely different location due to the lack of view and smell from the feild from all the mud and moisture

Really nice and helpful staff. Our room was very clean. The hotel is in a great location. We borrowed free bicycles and went for a nice ride between rice fields and went to the coconut boat ride nearby! We enjoyed our stay!

The place was marketed above true standard, this is NOT a 4/5 star hotel, more of a backpackers experience which is how we chose to view it. Pictures and descriptions published on booking.com are unfortunately misleading, which leads to disappointment upon arrival. Noisy at night. Breakfast is limited compared to other places we’ve stayed at in Vietnam.

Tham and her team were just so amazingly warm and kind, such great value for money and great location on the outskirts of Hoi an just a quick taxi or cycle. Easily cycle on the free bikes across the paddy fields to see real life agricultural of the locals. Wonderful fresh Cooked food from the chef.. we will recommend to all our friends ..

Nothing not to like

De gastvrijheid!! Idyllische ligging tussen de rijstvelden, het strand en de oude stad. Rustig maar toch dicht bij alles. Het vers gemaakte ontbijt iedere ochtend. Comfortabele en propere kamers. Gastvrouw Thăm is zeer behulpzaam!! Tip: het restaurant er naast is zeker een bezoekje waard!!

There were only four to five people staying at the hotel so breakfast was scaled back from the normal buffet breakfast. Still, it was freshly prepared by the Crazy Chef, Mr Hong, and very tasty. Nice quiet location with a lovely swimming pool and five minutes walk to the nearest small community. There is a small store approx 350m from the hotel and a good restaurant right next to the hotel. 55000VDN (approx £1.51) in a GRAB Taxi Car (a lot cheaper on a GRAB motorbike Taxi) to Hoi An Old Town. Motortbike hire approx 500m from the hotel where for £2.50 - £3.50 you can hire mopeds / Motorbikes for 24hrs. A litre of petrol is approx £0.55 per litre. We must mention Miss Tham, receptionist, great service and fixes any problem for you....Thanks Tham.

Super plek om even uit te rusten van de soms chaotische steden in Vietnam! Zwembad is top om na een dag in Hoi An even te relaxen. De locatie is fijn en met een scooter goed te bereiken. Personeel is zo vriendelijk. Altijd geïnteresseerd in je dagplanning en altijd open voor een praatje. Ontbijt was lekker.

El hotel es espectacular. Tal y como se ve en las imágenes. Tiene bicis gratis que te dejan con las que puedes ir a la playa o hasta el centro de hoi an.

El hotel está algo alejado del centro lo que hace que te tengas que mover en grab o taxi.

Beautiful, nicely located, free bicycles. Most friendly and helpful staff ever. Ms Thắm kindly helped us book the bus tickets for our next destination, kept contact and arranged the pick up with the bus company, and even let us use the facilities (the pool and the shower in particular) after check out. Thank you!

Hotel très bien placé en dehors du bruit de la ville vélo à disposition personnel très agréable

Prachtig kleinschalig rustig gelegen hotel op fietsafstand van stranden (ca. 4,5 km) en Hoi An centrum (2,5 km). Leuk personeel, prachtige kamers, goede badkamer en super schoon. Hotel heeft gratis fietsen beschikbaar. Strand en centrum bereikbaar via fietspaden door de rijstvelden dus heerlijk rustig fietsen.

Ontbijt had voor ons westerlingen iets uitgebreider gekund. Roerei, ommelet of gebakken ei wordt ter plekke voor je gemaakt maar als je daar niet van houdt dan is jam de enige optie.

Hyggeligt lille hotel tæt på Hoi An centrum og stranden. Gode store værelser og en lækker pool. Hoi An centrum kan være meget travl, så det er helt perfekt at komme tilbage til det rolige hotel med udsigt til rismarker. Hotellet havde nogle gamle cykler vi gratis kunne låne, og dem brugte vi en del til at komme rundt. Stor anbefaling fra os.

When you close the door there is still a huge gap beetwen the doors which lets inside all of the mosquitos and also geckos. The room even with A/C is very hot

Lovely pool, peaceful surroundings & clean rooms. The staff was very kind. They noticed on our passports that one of our friends had their birthday during our stay here and they bought her a birthday cake! Thanks again for that :)

The recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Hoi An were too touristy for our liking.

My 3 year old son and I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were so kind to him, especially Tam, who was just so helpful in general. The location was peaceful, and the free bicycles were perfect for exploring. I'd definitely stay here again next time we visit Hoi An.

The stay here was good and very peaceful. This place is near the beach,to the ancient town, to shops, gas stations etc which makes it the best choice. The host is very cheerful and helped us a lot. A 10 stars for the place, the food, the serene sunset view by the paddy fields and to the amazing care taker.
