Family-Sized Gem Near Beach

L’appartamento è pulitissimo, perfettamente arredato con mobili nuovi, la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie sono moderne e perfettamente funzionanti. È molto spazioso, eravamo in cinque adulti e ci siamo stati comodissimi. Il wi-fi è molto veloce. La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima al lungomare e molto sicura. La Host Natalie è molto gentile, premurosa e ci ha aiutato molto per far coincidere il check-in e il check-out con gli orari dei nostri voli.

Die Lage war super erreichbar. tolle hübsche Wohnung . Mit uber zur V&A nur ca 60 Rand Alles schnell und einfach zu erreichen, meistens haben wir das Auto stehen lassen und sind uber gefahren… war sehr einfach und günstig.

Spacious and tastefully decorated apartment with a big terrace as bonus. Good restaurants within walking distance and the boulevard almost starts on the doorstep.

Понравилось все и расположение, и гостеприимность хозяйки, и продуманность каждой мелочи. Очень чисто и комфортно! Апартаменты расположены около набережной Sea Point, очень близко до ресторанов, магазинов, прогулочных маршрутов.

The property is exceptional, with beautiful decor, great location and has everything you could possibly need. Natalie met us with the keys and give us some great information about the property and the area. We had a really warm welcome.

Alles sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Freundlicher Empfang mit vielen guten Tipps. Sogar für das erste Frühstück war schon gesorgt. Sicherer Abstellplatz für Mietwagen.

Pre information and communication from the host, Natalie, was exceptional. I have never had such user friendly and helpful guides as at this property. We were greeted by our host who showed us where everything was and had also provided us with a welcome package. The location was excellent both for walking and driving. The off road parking was secure. The accomodation was clean, modern, spacious and stylish and had all the amenities you could require. Beds were very comfortable. There were two spacious balconies for us to use. The apartment had suitable security. There are shops within a short walking distance. I cannot recommend this property enough and I will definitely be staying here in the future if it is available.

There was nothing we felt was lacking or could be improved.

Beautiful central space, decorated with taste and all amenities. Clean and all instructions were left in a nice package. Owner met us and explained everything and left a thoughtful goody basket. Highly recommend for a short or long stay

The location of this unit was perfect. It is situated in a safe neighborhood to walk everywhere. Safe parking, host was wonderful and helpful. Unit equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable beds.

Beautifully decorated

A perfect location. Minutes from the sea and similarly the shops and supermarkets. Seapoint is a great area in terms of its proximity to the Waterfront, the centre of the city and to other beautiful beaches like Camps Bay. The property itself is well appointed and offering every amenity. Our hosts , Natalie and Michael were charming and very caring about our requests.

The only drawback were the noisy seagulls who were attracted to the empty hotel building next door.

We loved the location. The layout suited us all. Bathroom En-suite superb. Well equipped though out. Comfortable terrace. If we were going to be picky another sofa in the lounge and terrace would have been perfect. Natalie our was fabulous. Thank you Natalie and family!! Love from the Jersey girls and William xx

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is fantastic, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Natalie was an exceptional host, and we greatly appreciated her understanding in allowing us to check in early due to our circumstances.
