Very loud construction work right across the fence from the hotel. Constant banging and noise from early morning until evening Very poor breakfast. Non of windows at the room opens. We had to keep door open sometimes for fresh air. Aircon doesn’t replace fresh air. Room has 4 windows but non of the windows can actually be opened at all. That’s very strange.

Everything was perfect! 🤩 Fun and friendly staff :) Very nice restaurant and pool area. The hotel has a little gym that guests can use for free 👌 Room was big, comfy and clean (room cleaning every day). Quiet location, next to the shops and cafes, scooter rental just around the corner, 20min walk to the beach. Highly recommended! 💯

The location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach.

This property has changed ownership in the last 2 years and the standards have dropped. The most notable being the cleanliness- both in the room and around the property- empty bottles and glasses lying around the pool area overnight and the bathroom towels poor. The quality of the breakfast is not good and we only had one and then went elsewhere for better quality, variety and price. It’s a shame because it used to be a lot better.

I loved the Premier pool room, the staff are so friendly, the pool was beautiful, the food delicious and it was in a quiet location.

Room was really nice and clean and very very comfortable bed, Service was exceptional and everyone was really lovely. The location is good for cafes and shops and a quick Grab to the beach. Pool was large and enjoyable to sit around. Would definitely recommend was a very good price for such a lovely hotel.

downside was there was no window except the one that went onto the landing so I had my curtains closed the whole time. Also very thin walls could hear everything from the room next door

The staff were absolutely incredible ... couldn't have been more friendly and made us feel welcome at all times. The hotel itself is in a fab location for walking to the beach & into Seminyak. Room service always fab. Massages were top class.

Unfortunately I have a few issues; we found animal (hopefully) waste in the pool day 1 which I believe was simply scooped out and the pool water not treated etc. our 8 year old daughter became ill the next day after playing in the water before we found said waste. The bathroom situation is so weird with the shower being outside and the bathroom having no way to keep insects out; the mozzies were a constant issue. The restaurant and bar setup was odd; we ate first day at the hotel then didn't bother. We had a bad leak in the bathroom at 1.30am; we were moved to another room but it was 2pm until we got back into our room with our clothes etc. We booked as a base for 22 nights but left after 10 days.

It was my second time staying at this hotel, and since the first time was quite good, I booked again. What I liked: - Large, warm pool with sun beds in both: the sun and shade - Location: close to everything but away from the business - Staff is very friendly

The bathroom in the room was very bad: - dirty, hairs on the floor up on check in, dirty toilet - the shower has to be replaced. Firstly the shower head doesn't stay in place, it is broken, rusty. Secondly, the water pressure is so poor, it is difficult to wash your hair. - insects. Once I had a shower and hung the towel, a couple of hours later it was full of tiny insects. There were also everywhere on the sink. Dirty aircon full of mould. The rooms must be deeply cleaned and a lot of things need to be upgraded. The food in the restaurant is not great. Upon checkout (it happened the first time as well), I had to wait for staff go check my room in order to leave. This is just ridiculous- I'm not sure why they do this, whether to see if anything was stolen or something? Well, this is not what you expect at a "4 star" hotel. It is super annoying because usually people already have a cab waiting for them and the staff takes their sweet time with this check, so you just have to sit there in heat and wait until they let you go.

Good area in seminyak and very calm environment. Just take a bike and you can go to anywhere within 30 mins, like canggu and beaches. Good for booking this hotel to wrap up your Bali Trip for chill and enjoy their onsite spa and swimming pool. Good cleanliness overall. Able to sleep well

The only thing to mention was the cleanliness of the towels. Pretty much every towel had old stains on or was ripped. I asked for fresh towels and was told theyre gonna give me the clean ones. Really they should just all be clean.

The breakfast offered could have a bit more options in terms of continental options, but delicious food either way.

Overall, I think this hotel is a very good choice. The bed was really comfortable! I thought about sneaking one of their pillows! The staff did a great job with keeping the room neat and tidy each day. Breakfast was decent. Good value place to stay, very comfortable bed, clean, safe, friendly. Recommendable.

Everything… great pool area, gym, pool towels, friendly and very helpful staff, good size room, excellent room service, spa and you get discount. We didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment but looked good.

Not told about building work/site right next door. So very noisy when relaxing at pool. Feedback… gym needs a fan at running machine, air con not cold enough and nowhere near high intensity machines. Also, sweat towels would be good although we did use pool towels.

When I checked out, I discovered all my US dollars had been stolen, but my Indonesian rupiah was still there. They only targeted the US dollars. My room was the only one without a safe; the other guests told me their rooms had safes.

We have stayed at this property many times in the pool suite we love the location as you can walk easily the most great restaurants easy walk to the beach to the beach bars.

Unfortunately the breakfast is not the best it’s very simple but just down the road there is a great little spot the had a great menu and coffee so we went to urban eats eat day instead.

The rooms were modern and well presented. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Location was convenient.

The only downside was I booked a room with no verandah to smoke on. Not the resorts fault of course.

Wir hatten das Solterra spontan und kurzfristig gebucht. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft bereits erwartet. Das gesamte Personal war von Beginn an ausserordentlich höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war bis zum Ende so, was uns sehr gefreut hat! Und das ist uns immer sehr wichtig! Das Handling unserer Anfragen und Probleme war absolut professionell und wirklich vom Willen geprägt zu helfen. Wir waren am Silent Day dort und haben uns wie zuhause und sehr gut verwöhnt gefühlt. Man hat uns mit dem fremden Mietwagen sehr geholfen. Für uns war der Aufenthalt so schön, dass wir zwei Tage nach dem Check-Out zurück kamen. Das Buffet am Silent war richtig gut. Sehr balinesisch. Und auch sonst sind die Köche sehr persönlich auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Gebäude ist sehr toll und erinnert an einen Kolonialbau. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet, groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wunderbar, Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lieben Dank an Wardi, Alvin, Sarjana, Dwi und Ika! An die Security, das Restaurant, das SPA und das Housekeeping

Dit is de 3e dat ik hier ben geweest. De eerste keer in 2018, andere eigenaren, andere naam Maison at C . Het is een mooi hotel, rustig maar dichtbij het strand, winkels en restaurants. Mooie zwembaden, kleine fitness ruimte. Het personeel is geweldig. De prijs is laag voor wat er word geboden. Ik kom zeker terug

Het internet was traag en regelmatig geen bereik. Ik moest dat oplossen met gebruik van mijn Indonesische mobiel als hotspot. Opvallend genoeg, was ik een maand eerder ook in het hotel zonder veel internet problemen. Hopelijk is dit oplosbaar. De fitnessruimte zou kleine handdoeken moeten hebben om de toestellen schoon te maken na gebruik. Maar deze nadelen wegen niet op tegen de voordelen

L'hôtel est un très bel établissement, il jouit d'une bonne position à Seminyak, il est proche de beaucoup d'établissement que l' on peut atteindre aisément à pied, le personnel est chaleureux et courtois. Les chambres sont très belles et bien équipées, la déco, les installations prévu pour les clients sont très bien. La piscine aussi fait son effet.

Notre premier hôtel en arrivant à Bali. Accueil super et chambre très propre. Le personnel est gentil et au petit soin. L'endroit est calme et la piscine est magnifique. Les massages aussi sont très biens. Pour le prix franchement, on ne s'attendait pas à aussi bien ! je recommande totalement. A 10 minutes du centre de Seminyak (en scooter) et 10 minutes à pieds de la mer.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bof, pas beaucoup de choix et les aliments ne sont pas de très bonne qualité (fruits sans goûts, jus de fruit chimiques et écœurants). La musique à la piscine est trop forte et le style est harsadeux. Pas ce qu'il y a de mieux pour se détendre. Mais il s'agit de détails, le rapport qualité prix reste excellent.
