Swallows Nest - spacious bright double bedroom with ensuite bathroom

The bedroom was as in the photos. Clean and comfy. Access to the building was easy, elevator to 2nd floor was appreciated and staff instructions were perfect. Location is great! Right on the royal canal.

If your 194cm in height like me, the 195 long bed is too short and has a footboard. Also for a couple, the width was on the small side. It was not super clear to me that we’d be sharing the apartment with a long term tenant. It’s probably written somewhere, maybe I just didn’t see it. We never met the tenant which was a bit strange. The stove was shoddy and the kitchen was not really well equipped. Not very clean. All in all I thought it was too pricy for what you get.

Nice and clean room, kitchen was comfortable.

The room was super noisy on a street with a lot of buses and traffic. It was also too bright in the mornings with no sufficient shading was hard getting into the place. The shower has a weak stream and twice was not hot.

Close to city centre, there are a lot of buses just across the street that will take you there.

There is nothing to report.

The apartment was good

An amazing host and lovely room

Everything, especially the bed, pillows and bedsheets. I slept like a child. Amazing responsible owner, who helps with every single step and cares about you more than your own family. Seamless self check-in and check-out. The property is just 20 mins walk from O'Connell street and AirCoach stop, which is incredible given its price.

Gian the host was really great, he ensured I had everything I needed and he made me feel very welcome. The flat is situated in a very good location, quite central and the room with the ensuite bathroom is quite big and has all the necessities I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend it!

I have no complaints whatsoever

Comfortable, easy check in & out. Friendly host.

Excellent host. Straight forward, hospitable and gave good directions. Tried to make stay easier. Can't comment on breakfast as brought my own but he had all stuff available

Creaky bed but this is being changed. Not really anything to complain about

Big room

Bed was old too soft and very squeaky. Next to main road so very noisy.

The modern, clean and spacious room is excellent value for the money in expensive Dublin. The host is very friendly and always available if need be.

Close to city center by walking; All was very clean; Host very gentle.

All good.
