Property in a good location

Lägenheten är väldigt högt upp i huset vilket var häftigt! Samt bra placerad i Makati.

Det var trångt lägenhet där vi knappt fick plats med våra väskor. Samt var det något dammigt samt fick vi reda på att man måste köpa biljett för att få tillgång till poolen och det gör i lobbyn, och det hade stängt när vi ville bada. Information som hade varit bra att ha från början.

The residence was central to our needs and the staff were helpful. Lots of restaurants in the building with many different choices.

The name of this facility is "Air Residence". The name under booking.com does not come up on google search. Elevators were slow, very slow and there was a power outage (planned maintenance) which shut down the residence for four hours during an afternoon.

Everything was great. Place is nicely taken care of and very comfortable. The hot water works very well. Location is great, view is amazing. Internet works fast.

You will see about 5-10 cockroaches everyday. But that’s more of the apartment buildings fault not the renter.

The view was amazing! Apartament in nice location, on 49th floor, fully equipped with modern pretty new stuff, comfy bed, panoramic city view right after waking up.

The pool usage is per additional payment - not included in room price - you need to buty a ticket at payment office (not mentioned herę at all). Moreover, pool is closed Mondays, which is not mentioned anywhere during reservation also. We have selected this specific apartament because of having swimming pool access, which finally we could not use at all.

Will consider coming back to this place in the future, nize little cozy apartment with great views of the city. Check in was a breeze and security was great and helpful

On arrival i had to wait ages for my apartment to be cleaned and sprayed with pest control which I hate bcos of cockroaches I mean LOTS of them in the bathroom in the sofa in my bed its a big problem here.its also a very small room.

The condo was very clean and smell so nice and fresh , the host was caring and responsive. The location is very central and close to every nice attractions. I loved everything about this condo and i definitely will book again.

There was nothing negative about the place…

Host was very attentive to our needs and we had a good view from our room. Amenities are very convenient with a supermarket laundry and restaurants on the ground floor of the building. The room was also very clean

We occasionally saw some roaches. But to be fair, any apartment you rent in the Philippines will have roaches. What we did was keep all of our food scraps in a bag in the refrigerator and we threw that out daily. If you do this and keep the place clean, you will see minimal roaches.

The moment we came into this room, it was clean and smelled good, that was what we liked, we felt home and the scenery outside was nice. It is also convenient because it is near big malls and embassies.

Here's what we don't like. We extended this room and checked out August 9, and I still want to extend more because it's a hassle that we will move again somewhere, our paperwork isn't finished yet and we have a toddler. 2 and a half days after we checked out, the host named Renalyn Pepe accused us of breaking their lavatory. Most of the time we are outside the unit because we are processing papers. We used booking, Airbnb, trips, and agoda. Every time we leave, we always respect people's stuff, and leave an appreciation directly to the host. They should tell us the night before we left. This is our first time that we encounter this. It never happened to us for a decade checking hotels in Thailand. Here I smell the scam strongly, the place was nice but never again, I won't recommend this. There are lots of rooms with better hosts, who cut dramas and focus on solutions.

It's comfortable, and the host is very responsive, we extend our stay and we still want to extend more but the days are already taken. It feels like home ❤️❤️❤️

The location was great, in the same residence there is a mall with a supermarket and restaurants so it was really convenient. The room was cosy and super clean, with an amazing view from the balcony. Our host was also really helpful and thoughtful, gave us advice about transportation and how to get a SIM card, etc. Highly recommended.

Few of the elevators wasn’t working. Have to wait and stand in line to get to it. Very slow getting to the lobby because it makes frequent floor stops due to the situation. Not been fixed from day of checkin to the day of checkout.

Loved the property. Well cleaned, smells nice. Perfect for family. My son loved it so much.

Everything. The place was comfortable. The bed was excellent, kitchen was well supplied, location easy access to all and the staff, Reynalyn & Rhon were attentive to requests. They were great!!

when i was about to check out, i didnt like the attitude of the guard who had assisted me.. i feel like he doesnt want to work or attend to me i guess..

We are regular travelers and would rate Air Luxury Resort as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed in Manila. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, the view of Makati and Manila Bay at night was amazing! My family especially loved the amenities including the pools. The resort was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. There is a shopping mall and many cafes and restaurants at ground level. In all a quality comfortable safe resort. We will be sure to come back on our next trip.

The lift was a little slow, maintenance!
