The minor issue we encountered is that the elevators get very busy during peak hours.

The apartment is spacious and directly connected to Imago Shopping Mall, so shopping and eating are super easy.

This apartment was perfect for a relaxing yet convenient stay in Kota Kinabalu. Located just above the Imago Mall, it gave us instant access to everything we needed including cafes, groceries and souvenir shops, while still being within a short drive to Jesselton Point and the islands. The unit had a spectacular sea view, a comfy sofa, and a well stocked kitchen. The beds were cozy and clean and the air conditioning worked great in all room.

This unit had one of the best views I’ve experienced in an Airbnb. We could see the sunset over the South China Sea right from the balcony, which became our favorite spot to relax every evening. The apartment was spacious, modern, and came with cold air conditioning in every room, a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that was useful since we were staying for a week. Imago Mall downstairs made dining and shopping so easy, and we loved exploring nearby attractions like the Waterfront, Filipino Market and Gaya Street, all within a short Grab ride.

This was one of the most stylish Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, with beautifully designed interiors, thoughtful lighting and a very clean space that instantly felt like a boutique hotel, and the fact that it’s directly connected to Imago Mall makes it incredibly easy to grab meals or do some shopping without dealing with Grab or taxis. From the rooftop gym to the evening strolls at the nearby waterfront made this one of our best stays in Kota Kinabalu.

We did find the parking system a bit confusing at first since the designated lot wasn’t clearly marked and we had to loop around once before finding the right entrance.

What impressed us was the loft style design, modern furniture, clean décor, big windows, balcony, nice natural light, solid AC and the fact that almost everything we needed such as cafés, cinemas, shops was just downstairs at Imago. Building features like lifts, free parking, keycard security, garden or lounge common areas, plus outdoor pool, are much appreciated. We walked to the Sabah State Mosque, took rides to islands via Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, visited Signal Hill for views etc.

The unit had enough space for us and we loved having access to the outdoor pool in the building or nearby and evenings spent walking around Imago Mall or along the nearby Esplanade were relaxing. The building’s security, lift access, parking, WiFi and included kitchen items all worked well. Close by are food options inside the mall, central attractions like Signal Hill Observatory for viewpoints, the State Mosque and ferry rides from Jesselton Point not far.

The only downside was exiting the parking during peak mall hours. It took longer than expected because of congestion at mall entrances or exits, so allow buffer time when driving in or out.

This place made it really easy to visit many attractions: Jesselton Point for islands, Signal Hill for sunset views, Sunday Market, the waterfront, markets and local food all close, plus amenities in building made daily living comfortable. The apartment was clean and well kept and host responsive.

Minor issue was that the hot water in shower sometimes took a little while especially early morning to become properly hot, so there was some waiting or adjusting needed.

The building has good security, card access or guarded entries, clean common areas, nice pool and garden, convenient parking, lift, and kid friendly dining and shopping just steps away at Imago. The apartment itself was bright, clean, everything in good working order, beds cozy. Nearby attractions include Sabah State Mosque, Jesselton Point, Signal Hill, markets, ferry to islands.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking sunset view from the balcony, overlooking the South China Sea and the Kota Kinabalu skyline. This apartment mainly for its location above Imago Shopping Mall and it didn’t disappoint,having direct access to restaurants, shops, and a supermarket made everything so convenient, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious and cozy.

Despite being right in the heart of KK with IMAGO Mall’s bustle beneath, the unit was surprisingly quiet and spacious with all necessary amenities, perfect for relaxing after a day of island hopping via Jesselton Point nearby.

We appreciated the comfort of the well appointed living space featuring a modern kitchen and entertainment system, plus the access to the rooftop pool and gym was a highlight, and with IMAGO Mall’s shops just downstairs, we had everything at our fingertips

The apartment was clean, spacious and modern, with a comfortable big sized bed and a beautiful view of the South China Sea. We especially loved the open plan kitchen and dining area, it felt like home. The biggest advantage was the direct connection to Imago Shopping Mall, one of KK’s largest malls. We could easily grab dinner downstairs, buy groceries from Jaya Grocer or watch a movie at the cinema. Other attractions like Tanjung Aru Beach, Filipino Market and Jesselton Point Jetty were just a 5–10-minutes drive. We loved the swimming pool and we used the playground and BBQ area one evening.

I like it because it has a comfortable bedroom space, there is a balcony space and a sea view. The staff is also very easy to contact. The easiest and fastest way to check in. Clear instructions.

The gate outside the door may be provided with a padlock. For the toilet door between two rooms, it is recommended to fix the screw, because it is feared that if it is loose, the door will not open.

The apartment was sparkling clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. The check in process was smooth and we had smart TV access, full air conditioning and a washing machine with detergent provided. The building had 24 hour security, a good-sized gym, playground and a clean pool. We walked to KK Times Square for food and also explored the night market at the nearby waterfront.

The carpark entrance was confusing at first, but we figured it out after calling the host.

The best part about staying here was the unbeatable location right above Imago Mall. We had easy access to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store downstairs. The apartment was modern, well furnished, and clean with fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Building facilities were solid. The infinity pool overlooked the city and the gym was compact but useful.

Apartment was generally clean and well equipped with kitchenware and appliances. Loved that Imago was just downstairs and the rooftop garden was perfect for morning coffee. Walkable to restaurants, cafes and a short Grab ride to Signal Hill and Gaya Street Market for culture & views.

Pool rules felt a bit restrictive and security staff were overly cautious at times.

Really enjoyed our stay at Imago. There got KK Skybridge City Centre linking Imago with nearby malls and hotels. It’s Sabah’s longest skybridge and ideal for shopping and sightseeing in comfort. Great location, clean unit, and friendly host. Everything went smoothly.

The place is really great while nearby with Imago Shopping Mall and KK Times Square. The rooms is quite spacious and the living area as well.

My stay at Imago KK Times Square was fantastic! Situated right above Imago Shopping Mall, it's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious, modern, and provide great views of the city. Plus, it's close to the waterfront and popular attractions like Gaya Street and Tanjung Aru Beach. I would love to stay at this property again when I visit next.

The mall can obviously be crowded so i love that but people who dont might have a few reservations.

Very dirty and not clean! A lot of bugs and messy bed! All of the rooms r old and moldy! Btw And u need to go to the office to take the key, and the office was pretending they r just in charge of the key and house keeping only! If u want to complaint or cancel! Nobody gonna help u!
