The location is excellent, the two-room apartment was very comfortable and very serviceable, the entrance to the building and apartment with an app is very convenient.

Organizzazione eccellente. Posizione giusta per raggiungere il centro e le varie attrazioni turistiche a piedi (se ami camminare). Sennò metro, treno e bus a portata di mano. Locali belli nella zona. Quando torneremo a Barcelona, sarà sicuramente il nostor punto di riferimento.

L'acqua calda. Tempo di finire la doccia e stava appena arrivando. Le capsule omaggio del caffè, poche. Per due italiani caffè dipendenti 😉😉

The location is good

Mould on the roof in the bedroom, the staff were not helpful AT ALL. We weren’t left a tea towel and tried on two different occasions to get one and they didn’t give us one. The cleaner let herself in once we’d checked into bring us tea bags and coffee that she must of forgotten to leave, she didn’t even knock just came in. Caught my partner in the middle of getting changed and didn’t even say sorry. The pool is gross, there was a dirty bandaid in there the whole time we stayed so it wasn’t cleaned. There were also no towels left for the pool and when I messaged reception to top them up so guests had more towels at the pool they just didn’t reply. I would not stay here again, it’s outdated, dirty and not enjoyable.

Necesite hacer un check in temprano y me contestaron tarde y tuve priblema con eso incluso pagando dinero. Además pague la limpieza de habitación y recambio de toallas y no se hizo.

La posizione é buona, comoda al centro ma abbastanza rumorosa. La vaschetta del bagno non funzionava bene ma gli interventi di riparazione sono stati effettuati rapidamente.

La colazione era abbastanza scadente con poca scelta e poca varietà. Nella cucina mancano tovaglia e tovaglioli. I coltelli non tagliano. Manca il salino. In piscina ci sono poche sdraie e l'acqua é fredda rispetto alla temperatura esterna.

L appartamento e bello e ha tutti elettrodomestici e la piscina un plus, forse avrei preferito un maggior contatto e in lingua italiana, e la sera era abbastanza rumoroso a causa dei lavori di ristrutturazione in corso a Barcellona

Wir haben uns 8 Tage sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung war für uns perfekt. Da eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist hatten wir schon weniger Gepäck bzw. Kleidung mitgenommen. Die Lage war für unsere Unternehmungen ausgezeichnet. Öffentliche Verkehrmittel, Lebensmittelgeschäfte oder Restaurants waren in der Nähe und somit schnell erreichbar. Und der Pool auf dem Dach wurde von uns auch mehrmals genutzt um nach Ausflügen wieder abzukühlen. Der Zugang zum Quartier mittels Smartphone war sehr praktisch. Man musste nicht noch zusätzlich einen Schlüssel mitnehmen.

Beim Online Checkin gab es etwas Schwierigkeiten, hab es aber dann doch hinbekommen.

Posizione ottima e centralissima. Appartamento pulito e dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, forno, piano cottura, tutto con stoviglie e utilizzabile. Piscina curata e grande, acqua a disposizione di tutti e teli mare(peccato per l odore proveniente dalle cappe di aerazione poste in piscina).

La poca insonorizzazione della stanza e la mancanza di tende oscuranti (per quello vengono dati in dotazione tappi per orecchie e mascherina notte). Viene offerto un servizio pulizia stanza a 25€ intorno al terzo giorno.

La posizione super centrale ..appartamento molto bello e dotato di tutti i comfort(c'è pure il bidet nel bagno ).. la chicca la piscina sul tetto con una bella terrazzina attrezzata

I sanitari nel bagno erano un po' malandati e con piccole perdite ..

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in Barcelona in diesem schönen Apartment verbracht. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Kurzurlaub. Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Es gibt leider keine Dusche am Pool.

For me and my family of 4 kids was brilliant location wise nice clean area lovely bakery across the road for tea, coffee breakfast. Walking distance to la rambla but quiet and peaceful Wer we were.. staff was friendly only thing is we asked for early check in and that wasn't provided for us.. even tho i told them that 4 children walking around for 4 hours is gona be hard enough.. they did let us leave our bags somewhere tho. best of all was the swimming pool on the roof area clean perfect after a long day out with the kids and then straight in pool for cool down. Would defo try to book there again when we in Barcelona again.

Lo mejor la ubicación, pudiendo ir andando a varios puntos de interés. Cabe destacar también, la limpieza y la piscina.

Por poner un pero, aunque nos arreglamos bien a la hora de cocinar, para mi gusto ,falta utillaje en la cocina.

Muy cómodo, bien ubicado, biente silencioso, súper completo el equipamiento, funcionaba todo.

Sur 7 jours j ai réussi à en avoir 1 fois, j ai vu un couplé en utiliser 6 pour eux deux...une dame s est baigné en tee shirt (hygiène ?) Et personne ne porte le bracelet d identification, en résumé un membre du personnel devrait aller vérifier ce qu il s y passe de temps en temps.

Tesise bir elektrik süpürgesi koyulabilir o halde mademki temizliği kendimiz yapacağız. çamaşır deterjanı sadece 2 tablet koyulmuştu bu çok yetersiz. mutfak gereçleri artırılabilir 4 kişilik daire diye sadece 4 tabak koyulmamalı bence. Fırını çalıştıramadık mecburen sadece ocakta pişirdik. Banyo 2 tane olsa çok iyi olurdu 4 kişi için yetmiyor. Son olarakta şunu söylemek istiyorum rezervasyon için gönderilen belgeler çok uzun çok karmaşıktı her kes içinden çıkamaz o belgelerin. Belgeler sadeleştirilebilir.

Tüm imkanları çok güzeldi. İnce ayrıntısına kadar oda da kalacak kişinin ihtiyaçları düşünülmüş. 4 kişilik bir aileyiz. Çok rahat ettik.

Location was good.

Took a while to find the front door. Electronic key pad was tricky to work out. The lift stopped working as soon as we got there. We were on the 3rd floor. One of our party was disabled and struggled on the stairs. They moved us to another location miles out of town to a backstreet on a steep hill in the middle of nowhere, appalling! We had to pay for 2 Ubers to get us there. We did not want to be there for one minute let alone 4 nights and asked to go back to the original apartment while our disabled friend had to book another hotel for the night. The lift was fixed in the morning, our friend checked out of her hotel and came back to the apartment. The lift broke again within hours. What a bore...

Très bon emplacement, pratique pour visiter Barcelone. L’appartement est spacieux et agréable, et la piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus, particulièrement appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs.

En revanche, la propreté n’était pas au niveau attendu, surtout compte tenu du prix du séjour (près de 1 000 € pour 3 nuits). À notre arrivée, il y avait une odeur désagréable dans l’appartement, qui ressemblait éventuellement à une odeur de cigarette. La salle de bain mériterait également un vrai nettoyage, notamment les joints de la douche qui étaient noirs. Enfin, une des serviettes destinées à notre fils était déjà sale avant même d’avoir été utilisée. Nous avons également constaté une différence entre le montant de la taxe de séjour indiqué lors de la réservation sur Booking et le montant finalement demandé par l’établissement. Une explication plus claire de ce montant aurait été appréciée.

דרושים מעט תיקונים בדירה- הספה בסלון צריכה החלפה. חלק מדלתות ההזזה למרפסת אינן ננעלות.

What I liked the most is that everything was stocked and ready for us (dish soap, sponges, trash bags ect). We also had cookware and laundry soap- they really thought of everything to make your stay easy. The location is close to everything and the price is affordable.

There is nothing I disliked everything was great.

Ar condicionado não funciona mesmo após falar com funcionários. Ajudam pouco no wapp. Estava muito calor e dormia com ar péssimo. Elevador quebrava todo dia, e tinha que subir vários lances de escada. Na verdade não existe uma academia e eles publicam que existe um Gym.

Great location, lot of fantastic places for dining nearby. Good access to public transport. Overall apartment in good condition, well equipped, staff helpful and supportive. If we go to Barcelona again, we will rerun to Stay Unique!

1. WiFi in apartment but unstable 2. If the official opening hours of rooftop pool are 8-21 as stated in elevator it would be good to make sure that there are clean towels available even in the morning. Minor thing but would be pleasant.

The apartment was good and clean.

There is no place to store the luggage onsite as we had late night flight. We had to use external luggage storage facility after check out before our flight which was a big hassle. AC was not that cool for the summer heat, we felt hot during night sleep also, as most of the day was spent in sight-seeing.

Dommage qu’il y ait eu des travaux extérieurs , indépendant de l’établissement.. on a eu sur le séjour 2 coupures de courant et la clim non fonctionnelle. Cela a été géré assez rapidement suite à nos sms.

Brak ciepłej wody przez cały wyjazd, podobno awaria. Przerwy w dostawie prądu z powodu prac remontowych. Hałas robotników. Fatalne śniadanie, tylko jeden tost z wędliną, filiżanka kawy i mała szklanka soku. Jak na taki koszt to naprawdę najgorszy pobyt z moich dotychczasowych.

Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location easy to access metro, tourist sites and restaurants. Comfortable beds and layout. Pool was nice.

Air conditioning seemed to shut off at night and we couldn’t adjust it back to the temperature we wanted. No towels in kitchen and no clean towels at the pool.

Localização. Apartamento amplo, arejado. Ar condicionado muitp bom. Cozinha e area de limpeza muito bons também. O acesso é ótimo, e a localização também. Mobiliário muito bom. Banheiro muito bom.

Poderiam liberar o check in mais cedo pois os voos muitas vezes chegam no final da manhã e início da tarde. Não foi tão ruim porque tem um restaurante amplo ao lado. Poderia ter dois banheiros mas um atendeu bem a 04 pessoas.

La piscine a une bonne longueur et elle est agréable. The pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy it without bothering other people.

L'appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes : l'étendoir à linge était cassé, le porte-papier toilette était également cassé, la télévision ne s'allumait même pas, la cafetière fonctionnait mal, les lampes de chevet ne marchaient pas correctement et la climatisation n'était réellement efficace que dans la chambre, laissant le salon insuffisamment rafraîchi. Le plus décevant n'est pas seulement l'état de l'appartement, mais surtout l'absence de solution. J'ai signalé plusieurs de ces problèmes, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse efficace. De plus, le service téléphonique a été très médiocre : les interlocuteurs ne comprenaient pas l'espagnol, alors que nous sommes en Espagne, et ils m'ont finalement laissée sans aucune assistance. Face à cette attitude, je n'ai même pas pris la peine de signaler tous les autres dysfonctionnements constatés. Le service est totalement impersonnel et le rapport qualité-prix est déplorable. Il est particulièrement choquant de facturer 29 € non remboursables « au cas où quelque chose serait cassé », alors que plusieurs éléments de l'appartement étaient déjà endommagés avant notre arrivée. Pour le prix payé pour cet hébergement à Barcelone, je m'attendais à un minimum d'entretien et à un service client à la hauteur. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été très décevante et je ne recommande pas cet établissement. The apartment left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, we found several things in poor condition: the clothes drying rack was broken, the toilet paper holder was also broken, the television would not even turn on, the coffee machine did not work properly, the bedside lamps were faulty, and the air conditioning was only effective in the bedroom, leaving the living room uncomfortably warm. The most disappointing part was not only the condition of the apartment but also the complete lack of a solution.

We loved the location. Easy walking access to so much and metro and bussing options right outside the door. The pool was a great place to cool off and take a break in the hot afternoon. We loved the rooftop patio but didn’t use it as much as we did the pool because it was so hot out. We felt it was very secure and I liked the keyless entry into the building and into our room. The A/C was top notch!! It was such a blessing coming in after melting outside for hours. We were there during a heat wave. The kitchen was a good size, but only being there for 5 days we didn’t use it much. The full size refrigerator kept all of our water cold and we bought ice from the market right next door to be certain we always had cold water.

It would have been nice to have pool towels at the pool when we went in the afternoon. But we managed.

Très bon établissement. Tout etait Très propre à notre arrivée. Très bien équipé. Bon emplacement securisé proche des transport et des lieux d intérêt. Je recommande vivement.

Le séjour était excellent. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. L'emplacement est également idéal, très bien situé et pratique pour découvrir les environs. Je recommande fortement cet établissement !

Situation géographique. Logement spacieux : grande entrée et beaucoup de placards de rangement. Propreté . Personnel très bienveillant.

Très gros problème pour entrer dans l'immeuble !! La porte d'entrée du building ne fonctionnait pas bien, on a été bloqué à l'extérieur plusieurs fois ! D'ailleurs, un groupe d'une dizaine de clients étaient aussi à l'exterieur de l'immeuble après minuit, sans pouvoir entrer. Pareil pour la porte d'entrée de l'appartement : le lien internet pour ouvrir : l'application buggait ou bien , pas de connexion internet sur le palier ! Le 1er jour, j'ai dû attendre 2h que l'établissement Stay Unique me rappelle pour me donner un code pour pouvoir quitter l'appartement. On ne peut pas joindre le standard facilement. J'ai donc dû rester dans l'appartement pendant 2h30, je n'ai pas pu aller à mon rdv, puisque je n'avais pas de possibilité pour entrer dans l'appartement une fois sortie.

Good location 15 min - 30 min walk to everything. Loved the pool. Loved the size of the apartment (spacious 3 x bedroom with 2 bathrooms).

Furnishings were very cheap and old. Sofa bed was flimsy. Tiles on the floor and edging of walls and under the dryer / washing machine were loose and coming off in some spots. The electric blinds on the small bedroom stopped working on day 1, and wasn’t fixed while we were there, so that room was dark the whole time we were there. The apartment wasn’t very clean. There was dust everywhere, even on day 1. Communication with hosts is only via what’s app and can be slow, particularly overnight. They did try to be helpful though via what’s app. I assumed there was onsite staff which there wasn’t. I left a towel at the pool first day, and took the 3 days and numerous messages to get it back. As there are no staff on site most of the time, I asked a cleaner and they said they couldn’t speak English or Spanish and made no attempt to try to help me.

Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone. W kuchni wszystko trzeba potrzeba. Wygodne łóżka. Super lokalizacja - blisko metra i autobusów. Woda w basenie przyjemna - można się zrelaksować po dniu zwiedzania.

Nasze mieszkanie miało okna na ulicę - niestety słychać wszystko co się dzieje na niej. W nocy dość głośno przez to. Przydało by się kilka leżaków więcej na basenie i WC.

It was miserably hot in there. Couldn't sleep for 4 nights due to how ridiculously hot it was. Breakfast was alright, but insanely expensive for what we got. A small 4 inch sandwich and a tiny orange juice.

Good sized apartment. Family of 6 and everyone had their own room with the sofa bed to spare. Good air-conditioning which is a must in summer. Doors open via app so no physical key required (but make sure more than one person install the due to low batteries) . Kids cooled off in the pool. Location was great

The bedroom wardrobe hinge was broken so was wobbly when opened. Tap in the kitchen was very loose and i have to hold it steady when use it. One of the bathroom hook is also loose so towel keep falling off easily. Check-in was troublesome - we have to fill in online forms beforehand plus pay 300 euro deposit or 35 euro damage waiver deposit non-refundable, and they wont fix any form errors either if you made a mistake. I had to pay 35 euro damage waiver deposit.

民宿設備十分老舊，很多設備都是壞掉的，尤其是冷氣的部分，我們是夏天去他的冷氣竟然是有控制時間的，中午12點一到他就會自動關掉冷氣，到6:30他才會再打開讓你使用，跟服務人員反應也沒有用，他就不回這個問題，非常差勁！

The location. The pool upstairs. The communication.

The price. I expected more for a price that high. We were for people with half liquid soap. Run out of it the same day and doing shower with only water. Towels and shower gel are responsibily of the owner, not us. We receive a message for extra charges if we wanted cleaning for the apt or extra towers.

Bien placé, piscine agréable.

Ne surtout pas prendre le petit déjeuner proposé : ultra basique, menu non modifiable et inadapté aux enfants (café ou rien !) et bien trop cher pour la prestation dans une salle de bar sans charme. Il y a de bons Cafés très proches qui sont bien meilleurs. Autre point négatif : absence totale de personnel sur place. Il faut déverrouiller l'entrée avec une appli mais ça n'a pas fonctionné pendant mon séjour. J'ai du me débrouiller seul, sans réponse à mes messages. Toute la communication doit passer par WhatsApp, mais est restée sans réponse.

We stayed at Stay Unique Appartments in Barcelona last week and had a great experience overall. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom apartment, and we were also able to check in around 1:00 p.m., much earlier than the official check-in time. That extra flexibility was greatly appreciated and made the start of our trip much more enjoyable. The location was another highlight. It was close to a metro station, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit, making it very convenient for exploring Barcelona. The only downside was the TV and internet connection. The Wi-Fi speed wasn't reliable enough to properly use the smart TV or stream content. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

You may improve the internet and wi-fi along with a new smart TV.
