Our original hotel was suddenly cancelled by the different host the night before our arrival, and we had to find near accommodation so this flat at Times Square Apartment as an alternative. We expected a professional serviced apartment, but it turned out to be a highly dodgy, unregulated Airbnb-style operation run by individual hosts. •Check-in & Staff Chaos: The ground floor lobby was constantly overflowing with guests waiting around. This is because there is no front desk, and you have to wait for the host to come down. The accommodation was managed by 3 to 4 Middle Eastern men who rotated shifts. They handled everything—including the cleaning—rather than a professional service, which made us feel extremely unsafe. •Appalling Hygiene: The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, and we even found COCKROACHES in the room. The bed linens and pillowcases smelled like previous guests' body odour. It was highly doubtful they were even washed or changed. •Broken Amenities & Poor Communication: The TV was completely broken. There was no hairdryer provided, and even though we messaged them on WhatsApp, they kept delaying with "I will come later." It took constant chasing to get any response, leaving us without a hairdryer for 2 out of our 4-day stay. Communication via WhatsApp was slow and unprofessional. If you want a smooth check-in, safety, and a comfortable stay, please AVOID most flats at Times Square Apartment. Choose a proper, registered hotel with a 24-hour front desk instead.

We were really looking forward to our last night in Kuala Lumpur and decided to treat ourselves to something special, so we booked a Superior Suite at this hotel. The room looked very appealing in the photos, which made the reality even more shocking. As soon as we entered the room, we were honestly speechless. Every single wall was marked or dirty. The carpet was old, heavily stained and looked extremely worn. The seating furniture was badly damaged, even the bed showed obvious signs of wear and heavy use. What was particularly disgusting were the extensive make-up stains around the dressing table and mirror. They were not just in the immediate area of the mirror — there were make-up marks spread across several surrounding walls. We also found hair belonging to previous guests and personal belongings that appeared to have been left behind, including a hair clip. After complaining about the condition of the room, we were given another room. Unfortunately, the second room was at least as bad as the first one. It showed massive signs of wear and damage. There was mould on the walls, broken door handles and various other damaged fixtures and surfaces. Once again, the room was in a condition that we simply would not expect from a hotel, let alone from a Superior Suite. What was particularly disappointing was that at no point did anyone apologise for the inconvenience or for the condition of the rooms. After having to complain and move rooms because of these issues, we would have expected at least a sincere apology or some acknowledgement of the situation. If we had arrived earlier in the day, we would have seriously considered leaving immediately and finding another hotel. Unfortunately, it was already evening and this was our final night in Kuala Lumpur, so we had very little practical choice. For us, this was absolutely not worth the money, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Apartment was filthy , shower was leaking , no maintenance or care for the room. I’m in construction, I give it two years before they will have to rip up floors . Not worth the price

dirty, dusty, old and creepy, the toilet stinks, the towels were all dirty, the bedsheets and the pillowcases were stinks, dirty and got lots of stains as if they were never was before. the furnitures all old, broken and unacceptable! the curtains were so bad. the carpet at the aisle were all kepammm

-Wohnung komplett veraltet und dreckig -im Bad alles verkalkt, die Hälfte funktioniert nicht -Schimmel Flecken verteilt in der gesamten Wohnung -Küche unbenutzbar , dreckig, klebrig, nix vorhanden -Teppichboden wurde vermutlich selten gesaugt oder überhaupt gepflegt -sehr übler und strenger Geruch in der gesamten Unterkunft (modrig, alter Urin..) -es gibt KEINE Rezeption, man trifft sich mit irgendjemand am Eingang -Klima funktioniert, aber kommt Schimmelgeruch raus & sehr laut -von außen ein super schönes Gebäude, schade dass man so eine Wohnung dann so verkommen lässt & sie dann auch noch in so einem Zustand vermietet..Frechheit

The location is very strategic. Easy to find food and can go anywhere with MRT or LRT. There is a personnel to hand over the key rather than collect the key from lock box which is quite convenient.

Facility - the tiles have been loose which my parents have knocked off the tiles and nearly fall down Cleanliness - little cockroaches was seen in the toilet and dinning table Bed - My dad was staying in the single bed at the living room. His back was itch and red.

I loved how they kept the place vintage. I feel like it took me back in time. I could only imagine the place opening for the first time. The guest of the past surrounding the area. I loved everything about it from the rooms to the hallway and the facilities. The bathroom was 🥰 equipped with bathtub separate shower , washing machine and it was very spacious. It really felt luxurious. The whole room was super clean too. And not to mention. Everything was within walking distance. The staff and security was very nice and friendly . Mr.Tuhin was a great help,guided us from checkin to checkout. I will definitely come back.

3 days 2 night trip 1st room was very dirty and smelly. It's feel like you book RM 50 low budget hotel. The wall dirty, the sofa dirty, basically everything is dirty and there were baby cockroach. We Manage to change the room on the 2nd day. 2nd room toilet very smelly, sofa was dirty. Floor was sticky and so on. No free parking, 1day parking fee RM 24 Please avoid this accomodations. Not recommend

Location was good. Public transport (monorail) was easily accessible. Lotsa food choices from the mall.

The room was a bit old, but it was okay. The gym was open only for 18 yrs & above which is questionable. The pool was closed by 6pm which was way too early.
