Nana's at Dorsett Residence Bukit Bintang

I had a wonderful stay at Nana’s Dorsett Residence KL with my family. The location is excellent, and the property is within walking distance of shopping malls, local eateries, the monorail, and other amenities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor, which was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, water purifier, cupboards/drawers, ironing board, microwave, kettle, fridge, small clothes rack all worked very well. There is a swimming pool and gym on the 30th floor of the building. The wait time for the lifts was less than 5 minutes depending on the time of day. The instructions provided before our arrival regarding key collection, Wi-Fi details, garbage disposal and other important information were clear and helpful. Since the time of the booking and during our stay, any queries or requests for towels, cleaning, were answered promptly through WhatsApp. At the time of booking, we had requested for an extra key which was provided. The 24-hour building security is excellent. The security staff were always helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant and very comfortable stay

There is construction going on next to the Dorsett residence building so you can hear some noise in the mornings, which was understandable & bearable. We were more annoyed with people banging doors and dragging furniture late at night from the upper floors. I understand that this is not something the Dorsett Residence management can really control and is more a matter of guests being considerate of others staying in the building.

اذا كنت تبحث عن شقة للعائلة وقريبة من شارع العرب. هذا السكن افضل خيار. يبعد عن شارع العرب 7 دقائق مشي. وقريب من الفندق مطعم ماكدونالدز وسوبر ماركت صغير في اللوبي. الجيك ان سلس وسهل جدا. لو اسافر ماليزيا مرة ثاني بكون خياري الاول

حجم الشقة صغير نوعاً ما ولكنه يفي بالغرض ، ايضاً حجم المطبخ صغير ، لاتوجد اطلالة ، الاطلاله على مباني والبلكونه صغيره ولا تستخدم لشيئ. لاحظت وحود عدد قليل من النمل في الشقة.

Parking problem

Living room was very comfortable for a small group gathering in the house.

Rooms feel a little dated and squeeze with the extra mattress laid out. But it's ok, no big deal for a nighter or 2.

Central location close to all shopping malls. Internet was super fast. Ritz Carlton lounge & Starrhill next door with Coffee shops and pleasant environment.

Omg, this was the worst stay in KL I’ve ever had. And I’m usually not someone who writes negative reviews. First: pictures and description misleading- this is not a a 1-bedroom apartment. Funnily, there are no doors anywhere not even a “real” bathroom. Speaking of it, the toilet was literally a shit show, it stinks like crazy, bacteria and mold… absolute disgrace. Be aware that next to the residence, as of July / August 2026, there is a big construction site and it’s super loud, starting early in the morning. We asked for money back as it was an absolute disgrace, which they did not offer… stayed for 1.5 weeks and had to leave earlier as we couldn’t take it. Money lost!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The apartment was cozy, spacious, clean, and had an awesome view of the city. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including fast wi-fi, a big bed, a bath, a comfy workspace, and a big kitchen with an oven. It was worth the price. Also, I forgot my headphones in the apartment and realized it too late - at the airport. The owner was understanding and helped me arrange delivery to another country. Thank you a lot 🙏 I can definitely recommend Dorsett to everyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

L’emplacement, la propreté de l’appartement et la gentillesse des gardiens.

N’avoir qu’1 seule carte pour un appartement de 4 personnes est un peu embêtant lorsque nous souhaitons nous déplacer dans l’immeuble (pour aller à la piscine ou remonter seule de la supérette en bas de l’immeuble), nous étions obligés de faire des aller-retours.

Location was good, walkable to malls and public transport. Accommodation was in good condition. Convection oven, fridge and water purifying system in the kitchen, dining table, sofa, double bed, iron with ironing board were all helpful.

Convection oven was hard to use, with no manual provided, same with washer dryer which had its own mind, there was no toaster. Due to lack of instructions we had unknowingly used the water purifier wrongly and were in fact drinking straight out of tap. Bedside lamps with two bedside tables would have been good.

مكان مناسب جداً وقريب من الأسواق، من محطة المترو ويوجد سوبرماركت صغير بالأسفل. مناسب للعوائل العربية، يوجد ٤ مصاعد. الحراس موجودين طوال الوقت. الغرفه فيها حمام وشاور منفصلين، يوجد فرن كهربائي وكل الأساسيات. سكنت فيه مرتين خلال رحلتي. الأسعار معقوله نوعاً ما مقارنه بحجم الاستوديو

صوت السيارات ليلاً يصل للغرفه، ولكن مش مزعج بشكل كبير.

Location and flat was spacious

The cleanliness and hygiene standards were unacceptable. The apartment did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bed was made, but the bedsheets appeared to be unchanged, as we found hair from the previous guest on them. We also found cockroaches inside the apartment. I reported the issue immediately, and only after my complaint did they send a cleaning company to properly clean the apartment. A property should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before handing it over to a new guest, not only after the guest complains.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et idéalement situé près du centre, avec une superbe vue sur la pointe des tours Petronas je le recommande à 1000% 🥰

Location close to Pavilion. Kind guards in the lobby. 27th floor, pool and gym at the 30th floor. Two bedrooms with bathroom. View from the bedrooms.

Smell in the kitchen. Probably for desinfection of the water pipes in the kitchen sink. The odor was very strong and unpleasant. Construction work opposite the building. Five new buildings are being constructed at the moment, construction noise from early morning till evening.

The location was good.

1. The floor was dusty 2. The toilet smell of sewage 3. The kettle was not working 4. For a 3 nights stay, accommodation gave 3 toilet rolls for 4 pax. I know i can request for it, however the right number should be given from the start to not inconvenience the guests? 5. The fridge was smelly. 6. One of the bathroom has water pooled from the floor water outlet after flushing 7. The flush was faulty in the other toilet 8. Only one set of lift card access & door key provided, it was inconvenient for the guests to have to make arrangements so that activities can be conducted separately without being lock out of the unit.

Everything was very good started from the security staff until the management.. room very cleen and location of the hotel. I will stay again when im going Kuala Lumpur. Hope to be more offer given by theme.

L’espace piscine était un peu décevant, pas adapté a nos petits enfants, pas de serviettes fournies pour la piscine.

السوبر ماركت صغيرة والغرف ضيقه شوي لكن تفي بالغرض، ووحده من الحمامات شوي رائحته مزعجه

There location

There lobby which didn't have air-conditioning. There gym which wasn't properly equipped and maintained. There floor planning . The first day when we got there the floor wasn't clean.

Appartement impeccable, très propre et bien équipé — tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison. Le personnel est disponible et réactif en cas de besoin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L'arrivée comme le départ se sont déroulés sans aucun souci. Autre gros atout : l'emplacement, à deux pas du quartier animé de Bukit Bintang, idéal pour profiter des restaurants, boutiques et de l'ambiance du quartier tout en ayant un cadre calme pour se reposer. Je n'ai vraiment rien à redire sur ce séjour, je reviendrai avec plaisir !

موقع الشقه ممتاز جدا لبافليون مول مشي 3دقايق والدخول والخروج سهل ومافيه زحمه على المصاعد ويوجد امن طول الوقت وفيه فلتر ماء للشرب وكل ما تحتاجه موجود وتقع في الدور الاخير وهذا ما يميزها بصراحه وتحت فيه بقاله في نفس المبنى وهادئه جدا مافيه اصوات ولا شي والمضيف ممتاز ومتجاوب

اول شي اذا انت ما تعرف تنام وفيه لمبه فالغرفه لا تحجزها لان الستائر مافيها بلاك اوت يعني الشمس اول ما تطلع بتصحى من النوم وثاني شي الحمام مقسم قسمين وكلها زجاج بدون قفل يعني اذا انت وزوجتك امورك طيبه اما معاك احد ثاني ما تصلح الحمامات ما تتقفل ويقدر يشوفك اللي بره وثالث شي الصاله مفتوحه ع الغرفه يعني ماهي غرفه وصاله لا استديو كذا مفتوح كله على بعض والنظافه جيده ولكن ليست افضل شي والبلكونه بحاجه لنظافه وكراسي للجلوس فالخارج

Great location and spacious apartment.

Foul smelling (sewage and cigarettes) bathrooms and bedrooms, especially the second bedroom. We asked to switch to another apartment when we check in due to the smell but they aren't available. It kind of ruin of stay in KL.

The location is great! It's right in the middle of Bukit Bintang and just 10 mins walk to the Pavilion shopping center, which has lots of restaurants. It's also just 10 mins from Berjaya shopping center which has an indoor theme park and lots of other indoor games for kids. It's very big and spacious, enough for a family of 4. Plates, utensils, iron and ironing board are provided. There's a microwave and the washing machine also serves as a dryer. The bathrooms were clean and there was a tub as well as a shower. All in all, it felt like home away from home. Instructions were easy to follow. Just pick up roomkey in mailbox

My main issue were the towels and linens provided. They were quite old with visible stains on them and no longer a bright white color. They also only provided 4 towels for 3 people for 5 nights. No hand towels. The bedsheet and duvet cover also looked a bit worn and over-used and needed to be replaced. Lastly, our room was on the side of construction, so we heard a lot of clanging in the morning. But could not hear our neighbors.

Excellent service. Very clean and polished. Beautiful view. The best unit ever. Will come again.

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Check-in was seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions, so everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived. One of my favourite features was the shower—the water pressure was fantastic, making it so refreshing after a long day. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I’d happily come back again.

The location was centrally located in Bukit Bintang, easily walkable to Pavillion mall. There'a a convenience store at the lobby. The unit had all that we needed. Water filter was provided so there's no need to buy water bottles. The host was very responsive so communication was all good.

The living room and dining room were a bit cramped but it was not much a problem for us. The only downside we had was: no place in the shower room to put shampoo bottles so you had to bend down to get them from the floor. Otherwise, excellent.

Walking distance to all the shopping. Well priced

Walking to the property is abit scary if you walk on outside on the road. But we managed to discover a way through the hotel.

The location was excellent and whenever we encountered any issues the support crew were quickly there to fix it.

旅館位置離TRX、柏威年 跟亞羅街夜市都非常近 走路10分鐘左右就能到的距離 加上樓下就有間開到零晨2點的超商 臨時需要買東西都很方便 房內有洗烘衣機、烤箱、 IH爐、淨水器等家電設備 兩房兩衛浴的配置 洗澡熱水溫度很夠 空間也相當寬敞 住在這裡的三晚 真的非常舒適👍

淋浴間會滲水出來 讓浴室地板大面積濕透 如能改善會更加分

Carpark issue

I love Nana’s service team. They are very friendly and they gives us a very good service too. Housekeeping can ask a day ahead. The unit is clean, neat and tidy. The place is only walking distance away from TRX and pavilion Bukit Bintang. I really love to stay here again. I feel like I am living in hotel.
