Amazing view. This is my second time here. And then, very close to KLCC

The only positive about this place is its location—it's within short walking distance to KLCC.

My experience here was far below expectations. The check-in process felt sketchy done one of the unit. With notice “no photos allowed” which set a bad tone right from the start. Things didn't get better in the room, pool are small and crowded —the cleanliness was well below basic standards and felt poorly maintained. Until management improves their check-in process and housekeeping standards, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Fabulous location, it was in front of the twin towers, very nice apartment, excellent space. The facilities are really nice. Easy check-in and check- out. The communication with the owner was very easy and fast response.

قدم الاثاث وخروج بعض الصراصير بالمطبخ. عدم جدولة النظافة. التاخير في الدخول يجب ان يكون الساعه 3 م اذا وصلت الصباح مستحيل تسجيل دخولك ياخذون الشنط منك ويقولون اذا تبي تروح وترج او انتظر تحت لحين موعد الدخول.

Location location location. Right opposite the Petronus Twin Towers in the KLCC.Coudnt be more central.The Suria shopping mall is at the side of towers with lots of shopping and food options. The apartment was very spacious on floor 47 with every thing you could need. Reccomended..

Avoid at All Costs – Dirty, Poorly Maintained and Completely Unresponsive Management This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had as a family. Apart from the location and the view of the Petronas Towers, there is very little positive to say about this property. From the moment we entered the apartment, we were hit by a strong smell that was a mix of stale cigarette smoke and sewage. The sewage smell appeared to come from the washing machine area. We specifically chose this apartment because it advertised a washing machine, which is important when travelling with children. Unfortunately, the machine never worked during our entire four-day stay. It repeatedly tripped the electricity and was completely unusable. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. Dust was everywhere: along the skirting boards, in the corners, under furniture and on surfaces. Some areas looked as if they had not been cleaned for months. We found cockroaches in the apartment. The shower glass panels were covered in dirt and water stains, clearly not cleaned properly for a long time. Even getting into the beds felt unpleasant because the overall condition of the apartment was so unhygienic. The check-in process was chaotic and unnecessarily complicated. Guests are left waiting in a crowded lobby area shared by several agencies, with dozens of people standing around waiting for access to their apartments. After a long journey with children, this was the last thing we wanted. The apartment is advertised for eight guests, yet there were only five dining chairs. We were seven people. We requested an extra mattress for one of our children and it arrived with only a sheet on it—no pillow, no blanket and no additional bedding. Towels were also missing upon arrival. What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication from the management agency.

Here’s a more concise and polished version of your feedback: The apartment was not clean. We saw many cockroaches during our stay, especially in the kitchen. The flooring was old, scratched, and not well maintained. The master bathroom door did not close properly, and the wardrobe door was stuck and difficult to open and close. The towels provided were very old, thin, small, and clearly overused. They should be replaced. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from one of the bathrooms. The biggest disappointment was the staff. We arrived after a long flight with children, having been awake for over 24 hours, and politely asked if early check-in was possible. While we understood it might not be available, the staff showed no empathy or consideration for our situation. Their attitude, communication, and overall manner were unprofessional and discourteous throughout our interaction.

The toilet in master bedroom has a lot of cockroaches which we don’t feel comfortable to use the toilet. Even the kitchen and living room have the cockroaches too.

Cancellation on the day of and we are not locals in Malaysia we had to find another accommodation since they did not offer any other options or atleast compensation for the stress they gave us upon arriving at a foreign country without a place to stay. They can’t even communicate properly and took them hours to respond.

Asunnossa kosteusvaurioita ja kylppärin katosta tiputteli vettä. Olimme varanneet majoituksen 5 hengelle ja asunnossa oli 2 parisänkyä ja 1 yhden hengen vuode jossa ei ollut peittoa ollenkaan. Kun kysyimme peittoa meille sanottiin että siitä joutuisi maksamaan lisämaksua.

The Location and Swimming Pool on the 53rd floor was nice

As soon as we enter the property we saw lots of Cockroaches roaming on the kitchen slab. We send the photos to the person who did our check in but there was no response. In the bathroom the paper roll holder was broken. It felt like the bed rolls were days old with some dust on it. ACs were either very cold or was hot.

The location is excellent and the view is beautiful. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, and better attention to cleanliness would improve the experience.

There was a delay during check-in, and they requested a RM 200 cash deposit which was not mentioned before booking. I offered to pay by card, but they refused, and I was asked to leave my passport until I brought the cash, which is unacceptable. The apartment had an unpleasant smell and the furniture was not clean, and I informed them about this. The staff were unprofessional and lacked respect. Before check-out, I was pressured to leave a high rating, which I refused, and this was also unacceptable.

Расположение!!!! это самые ближайшие апартаменты к башням. Потрясающий вид. Бассейн на 53 этаже. Апартаменты прекрасно обустроены, чистые, комфортные, есть все необходимое. При заселении присылают подробную видео инструкцию как включать плиту, воду и др. Залог есть но он возвращается сразу при выезде.

Тараканы. И дело не в конкретном номере. Тараканы во всем здании перемещаются по вентиляции (((

The location was ideal. Right next to the Petronas Twin Towers. The room had a great view with floor to ceiling windows. It had the light switches labeled to make it easy to determine which switch belonged to which room. The room was very spacious with a large kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

The room smelled of smoke. It was not pleasant but we were staying for only one night and we arrived late in the evening and were departing at 5:00am so endured the smell. Check in was quite different as well. We were greeted at the entrance to the building by someone who took us in the elevator to what we thought was our room but was the actual registration area. It was a room with several individuals who checked us in. We received our key and went to the room.

Only good thing about this hotel is its location everything else is a nightmare.

The bedsheet was blood-stained. Power tripped in the middle of the night and water heating functions only after 15 minutes after turning on the central power system. Room card became invalid and I got trapped in the life for over 15 minutes. This hotel is a scam.

cockroaches in the apartment ... so many and we had to spray the cockroaches spray ourselves, no room service, our whole apartment smelt like cockroaches spray and there was no ventilation, so the insecticide spray smell didnt leave the apartment ... horrible stay made us sick

Great fast professional friendly service very helpful kind and took interest in how our stay was going. The view from our apartment was totally amazing will definitely recommend. The price was affordable and had the best location.

I don't mean to complain as such but the bed mattresses were a bit hard, I guess everyone has their preference, we 6 fitted in well to the apartment very impressive apartment again will recommend to my friends and family.
