No cleaning services. No laundry services. I did see a few washing machines on the ground floor but the staff never mentioned I could use them. He was mainly interested in the money.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Good communication with staff through messaging. They allowed early and late check in/out which was greatly appreciated. Good location with lots of local places nearby. Some kitchen utensils provided, kitchen sink and big fridge. Very large firm bed. Cleaning not provided which was good for privacy. Found it convenient for a 3 day stay to visit the City.
If the room on the 3rd floor had been cleaner it would have been much nicer (dirty drawers and surfaces and dust and hair behind the bed which you could see easily). It was also a dark room as even if it had a window it opened into a narrow interior space with no natural light. The toilet shower was leaking so the bathroom was always wet. They don't change the towels.

Shower had a modern electric heater with instant hot water and good pressure, excellent! Table, stool and a working fridge were nice additions. Aircon worked well. Indoor parking area for motorbikes. Since the room didn't have any windows the room was completely blacked out even in the morning, which was great for sleeping in. Host were easily contactable through whatsapp, check in was super simple. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back.
The other tourists staying in upper floors were very loud especially when going up the stairs and dragging furniture around, so I guess soundproofing isn't great.

Not having a closed cubical for the shower and kitchen area was very basic.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Self Check-in hat super geklappt. Wir baten um einen zweiten Stuhl und einen Mülleimer fürs Badezimmer und beides wurde uns umgehend gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Gute Lage mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Großer Kühlschrank inkl Eisfach. Nach einem langen Tag war es schön, noch auf dem Balkon sitzen zu können.
Die Bettwäsche könnte mal neu, die war schon wirklich sehr verschlissen und dünn aber wie gesagt, sauber war alles

Room was comfortable and they also provide laundry services. Just be aware that the bathroom has an open shower which is typical of Vietnamese homes. There are no lifts but the host does help with the luggage.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Location was perfect, especially for first timers to the city. It is off a busy road which meant that it was a surprisingly quiet despite all the action close by. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a lovely hot shower. Self check in was easy and the instructions on how to do so were clear. The staff were amazing too, so friendly and eager to help at every possible opportunity.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Good location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, very close to Bui Vien and the other atractions..we did not use the grab at all and everything is at a walkable distance.Self check-in and self check-out..they even let us check out at 13:30 .Very friendly staff, always asking if everything is all right.The videoprojector with Netflix and Youtube was a very big plus.Would definetly stay again.
Despite staying 9 nights no one came to clean the room.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Wir haben zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und insgesamt 960.000 bezahlt. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen auf Booking haben wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden und uns im Vorfeld sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft mit dem Gepäck geholfen und uns beim Check-out ebenfalls unterstützt. Außerdem hat er angeboten, bei Problemen jederzeit kontaktiert werden zu können. Das Zimmer verfügte über ein Bett mit insgesamt vier Kissen sowie eine warme Decke. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich gut einstellen und an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Warmes Wasser war dank Boiler jederzeit verfügbar.
Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht den Bildern aus der Online-Anzeige. Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr feucht, und im Badezimmer war Schimmel an der Decke sichtbar. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Zudem hatten wir an einem Abend zwei Kakerlaken im Zimmer, was für uns ein großer Minuspunkt war.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Bolo to úžasné ubytovanie, krásne, voňavé, čisté, ktoré sa nachádzalo v malej uličke, hneď vedľa ulice, kde trhovníci predávali čerstvé ovocie a zeleninu. Veľmi sa nám tu páčilo. Ak sa do Hočiminovho mesta vrátim, opäť sa tu chcem ubytovať. Prišli sme doobeda, majiteľ nám dovolil nechať si batožinu v ubytovaní, pokiaľ nám nepripravili izbu a my sme mohli ísť zatiaľ spoznávať mesto. Apartmán má veľmi dobrú polohu, aj čo sa týka pešej dostupnosti. Toto ubytovanie určite odporúčam.

El hall es un poco caos, lleno de motos y olor a pies. No existe ascensor por lo que tienes que subir un trozo de escaleras después de un largo día

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025When picking place to stay in HCM we had to rebook few properties as of reviews, so I was really happy when we found this place. We felt like home with all necessities. It’s close to the walking streets and other food and shopping places, but still far enough to have a peaceful sleep. The owner was always there so anything you need is sorted quickly. Room was ok, with spacious wardrobe and comfy bed.
The only thing we would note is the property would benefit from proper drinking glasses, two mugs for tea or coffee (we had one to share) and some cutlery.

Would like to see a better clothes hanger or cupboard by the door to fit clothes in. Maybe a cleaning service for a longer stays. Someone living on the ground floor, smelled bad a little one night. Needs a proper divider not just a curtain.
