The building is safe, and friendly and accomodating guards.

No soap,shampoo the bathroom no water to drink in the fridge ,and it's not 100%clean in that room , but the 2 rooms I occupied before was nice and tidy comportable to stay, a bit disappointed I hope next visit and stay will be cool thanks

Location was convenient, close to ocean views and a decent walk from the tram station.

Mold all throughout the condo kitchen, bathroom and entrance walls. Dishes were not clean. The aircon was very dirty and blows dust in the room from outside.

The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have a Netflix account you can use and there's no extra rags. But overall was good.

I’m disappointed with how the host handled our check-in. I booked a 3-bedroom accommodation, but I forgot to update the number of guests in the reservation. I was expecting a few guests to visit for only a couple of hours, but the host said they would each need to pay an additional 500 pesos, even if they stayed for just one hour. According to the host, the fee applies as soon as they enter the room, which I found unreasonable and disappointing.

The owner did not reply and i wasn’t able to stay in the condo.. i asked for a refund they didn’t give nor i ask if i can use other day they reply so late then days have gone.. so i end up paying for a condo i never stayed at.

Unit not properly kept, with trash from previous renter, and thick dust under the bed. Pillow case smells (with male scent and crumpled) Room smells sour. Looks like, bed linen and pillow case were used by previous renter. Aircon with rattling sound that is so annoying. Booked room with city view, but different from actual assigned room which is at the back (not an issue to me but need to be noted anyways). Owner is not responding to concerns raised on the chat logs. Male attendant nonchalant, don’t communicate well.

Die Adresse muss dringend in Grand Rivera Suites angegeben werden, wir haben lange gesucht. Zur Ausstattung: sämtliche Möbel sind uralt, teilweise fallen sie bei Benutzung auseinander ( Schrank Schlafzimmer, Nachttisch) Es gab keinen Duschvorhang,, dadurch stand das Bad unter Wasser, wurde nachgebessert. Die Nachttischlampe ging nicht, weil das Kabel zu kurz war, auch das wurde nachgebessert. Leider alles immer erst auf Nachfrage, von allein passierte nichts, obwohl offensichtlich. Die Handtücher sind eigentlich nur Lappen, nehmen fast keine Feuchtigkeit auf. Wir haben uns dann neue gekauft. Kein Toaster trotz Nachfrage

My family likes their stay; they are supposed to extend for 5 days, but they had a hard time contacting the management to get an extension.

The play room,because me and my son were sent out by the staff in 8th floor,saying that ONLY homeowners are allowed to use.. which was disappointing because my son was having fun, and it was stated in the email thay we have a free access to the play room .but anyways, i still like our stay in the condo

Poorly equipped apartment (2 glasses, no knifes, no shower curtain, no real bath mate, no kitchen towel, no drying rack,…….). Bedding and matresses not really confortable (sofa, futon matress very hard, matress of the bed so so). Staff not really helpful/reactive. Check-in check out policy constraining.

Really nice apartment with a stunning view over Manila bay. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The location in the heart of Ermita is perfect, walking distance to Luneta park and Robinsons mall. Staff at the entrance/reception was super nice. Everything went easy and relaxed for us. We will most likely come back at our next visit.

The bedroom door knob had a key lock with no key. There were roaches everyday so i left early. When i first arrived the refrigerator was not plugged in and the hot water heater was not turned on. One of the remotes did not have batteries.

Fair location

The host lack of courtesy, we booked for 6 persons but prepared the beddings for 4 persons only. Towels and soap are 5 pcs only. 1 toilet tissue for 2 toilets.

It's not their job to clear roaches. They also didn't have Tables to accommodate for guests. They took my table to replace with another which I didn't mind because I know that Americans and Europeans can be picky. It was a nice black table replaced with a smaller stained white one. My overall experience was a content one because I can humble myself, but foreigners won't have the same attitude as me. If something is not appealing or if they see roaches and also I was not accommodated a face cloth only a body towel. This would repel them and demand for reimbursement.

The unit was spacious and the location was so accessible to Manila's tourist sites. Convenience stores, cafes, pharmacy, ATM are around the corners. Easy to get Grab bookings.

The PROS: The unit is a bit old but we'll kept and almost all you need are provided. Water heater in the 2 bathrooms are OK. The CONS: The toilets have no floor drain so the wastewater gets stuck on the floor. The exhaust fan in one of the toilet is not functional. The kitchen sink also clogged. No rugs and waste basket were provided unless you ask for it. Some lights are busted/not functional. One dining chair has broken leg and unsafe.

The location is really good. But the room itself was very untidy. Toiletries was not on hand we had to ask not even a single toilet roll in the toilets . Had to ask pillows as they’re only 4 and we book for 9 people. The cabinet was falling apart so is the sofa bed . My nephew nearly broke and arm when it collapsed on the floor. The worst was there were small cockroaches all over the place. We literally was not able to sleep because we’re all terrified with roaches and I and my son got a bad allergic reactions to roaches bites. The price we paid was ridiculously high for the kind of amenities we had. The only consolation we had is the people in the reception were really nice and helpful. Definitely no extra beddings and we ask for extra pillows and was given two disgustingly dirty pillows with stain and all. It’s just that we’re snookered because of typhoon and my elderly mom was feeling ill and my husband had stomachache that we decided to just pull it off the 2days we book. We re very upset with the place and was all set to file a big complaint and refund for it. The place was totally not fitting to be in the booking. Com list. We’ve never seen so much cockroaches coming out in the night. The place should be removed from booking.com

Love the location as it's close to everything. The rooms is spacious and the stuff are friendly. Good job for having microwave in the room.

When I arrived, I have to wait almost 1 hour before I can get in. The check in is 2pm and check out is 12. They are in a hurry to kick me out in the room but so slow to let me in. First they give me the small room but I didn't complain as I just really wanted to get in already and get some rest, I was finally settled but then I have to pack all my things and move to another room after few hours of resting...The electric kettle is broken. The heater in the shower is also not working. The sofa is broken also.

The place is so convenient, only a 12 minute ride to the port.

Do Not Book, this is a Scam. This is an Apartment complex and Not a hotel so there is no reception, just Security Guards (who where nice but Not able to help because they are Not hotel staff) who Hand you the key. The room we booked did Not have the amenities listed on booking.com. The room had cockroaches everywhere and it was Not clean. The door did Not lock properly and the room looked nothing like the pictures. Cityview was the view to a wall. The staff refused to help and since it was Late at Night we weren‘t able to find another hotel. We left the next Morning.

The location is very accesible to all US embassy, St.Lukes Medical shops but the streets are dirty though.

The room isn't clean enough and don't have tioletries. I was supposed to early check-in because I already message them through online booking website and email, they said early check-in is available on the day of my check in date but when we came in the hotel the frontdesk said that the room still have guest so we cannot check-in early.

I like the kitchen, my family enjoyed cooking their favorite dish. It is close proximity to the US Embassy and close to Luneta Garden and Ocean Park.

The property is not actually inspected by the management before guests can check in, because the AC in the room grounded. Luckily, somebody came to fix it when guests called for assitance,thank you!

The property was posted to have a pool on the rooftop, but that was not the case at all. False advertising and misleading.

It was not even close to what I have reserved for. The unit was completely empty of what I have booked for. First of all, it wasn’t the unit that was reserved for my family which was unit 4903. They were given unit 3003 as they were told that the other unit is still currently occupied by another guest. So my family was given another unit. A unit with nothing in it that works! AC was broken, the unit was so hot! TV was not working, no internet. No kitchen ware. No pots, no rice cooker. No futon beds to accommodate the 6person unit I have reserved. Per the front desk personnel, booking.com had double booked unit 4903 so they have to rush and find us another vacant unit. Which happens to have nothing in it. This building does not have a rooftop pool either as claimed in their posting.
