Spacious Oasis only Minutes From the City Center

Good location.

We didn’t have the right number of pax in the booking so I contacted and correctly it and paid extra immediately. But host or their agent I’m not sure, was doubting us from the start cos they “detected” 20 devices in the property - we were just 4 people. The facility in the property was not satisfactory; there was not cleaner but no equipment for us to clean either (we just like to vacuums ourselves to keep the place clean for us). It also detects our noise level and sent us messages from unknown number around 10pm, when we played some bossanova music while working and chatting. The way the flat was managed was very strange to us. We will not stay again.

Really good location, great facilities and good amenities. The host was great and very communicative.

It was very pretty and comfortable. It was also close to the shops

Amazing location right next to the metro station. The apartment itself was nice and spacious.

Inadequate heating, very cold in winter (only one small floor-standing heater supplied for the entire unit). Some lights didn't work (the centrepiece hanging light in front of the TV and the ones climbing up the wall). Host had belongings scattered around the apartment and half eaten food items (open cereal and pasta boxes) in the kitchen cupboards. Poor communication from the host. I asked about the lights, to which I was told to just turn on the light switches (they didn't work). We then received a generic "let me know if there is anything I can assist with" message, to which I again raised the point above about the lights, and asked about the heating. I never received a response, just a message at check out to please rate 10/10 and to raise any negative feedback privately.

Train station was easily accessible and it was a quiet neighbourhood

No dryer available and an alternative was not offered. Host had personal items in drawers/cupboards which impacted on ability to unpack suitcases and made it feel a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small and toiletries were a couple of half used bottles of body wash and shampoo.

It was totally without air. Wasn't ventilation and can't open any window. Electricity didn't work properly.

Logement très bien situé à proximité de la station de train et quartier tranquille. Propre et hôte très attentif et disponible lors de notre séjour. Je recommande très fortement.

Manque un peut de fourniture tel qu’un grille-pain, quelques casseroles en mauvaises état (rouillé). Par contre le principal s’y retrouve, nous nous sommes débrouillés avec ce qu’il avait et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.

Het appartement lag dicht in een woonwijk bij een metrostation, waardoor je met een kwartiertje in het centrum was. De eerste avond hadden we een overstroomde badkamer; dat was aan het einde van de volgende dag opgelost.

In de omschrijving staat dat de bedden extra lang zijn. Dat klopt, maar ze zijn ook extra smal. De 2-persoonsbedden waren slechts 1,40 meter breed. Daarnaast piepte en kraakte het bed in de eerste slaapkamer zo erg, dat je telkens wakker werd. Je durfde niet te bewegen om de ander niet wakker te maken. Daarnaast kon er niet een raam open voor frisse lucht. Voor frisse lucht moest je de voordeur open zetten. De host reageerde telkens vrij laat op vragen. Er miste bijvoorbeeld een droogrek. Hij zou regelen dat er een kwam, maar na 2 dagen was dat er nog niet. In overleg zelf een wasrek gekocht dat terugbetaald zou worden, maar dat is helaas nog niet ontvangen.

Great property in beautiful location. The neighborhood was quiet and seems very safe, I was walking alone after 10 p.m. and had no troubles. The subway station is literally 3 minutes away, and the apartament is about 5 subway stops from the central train station which is about 15 minutes trip in total. There is a beautiful park about 5 minutes away. The supermarket is about 10 minutes walk so also very close. Very clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is also very nice. Spacious living room, modern kitchen. And last but not least the host is very nice, the communication is perfect, you will feel like home.

The only thing I can complain about is lack of cutlery - which I learned about after I cooked dinner :)

The place was clean, beautiful and spacious. Excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back next time we are in Stockholm.

This is about a 30-40 minute walk by foot from Stockholm. Train station is no more than 5-minute walk. It is a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of eating utensils and plates. We prepare simple meals in our rentals and there are limited pans and utensils to accommodate this. Induction stove works well. Creative space saver, no entry shower. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable seating for dining for 4. Very good coffee—a nespresso type machine with fully stocked tower of coffee options. Warm floors due to carpeting. Comfy beds and living room space. (Linens are no extra charge.) Beds easily accommodate two people in each bed. Parking would be a challenge, so it’s best to use public transportation (metro is just a few minutes from the rental) or go by foot. Windows do not open, so no natural cross breeze is possible. There is a type of free standing air conditioner/air mover that cools down the apartment quickly. A grocery store is about a 15-20 minute walk. The decor is very modern and a lot of black, so it darkens the space a bit. No outdoor eating possible (no terrace/chairs and table).

Easy things things that could be improved right away (commonly found in Europe rentals)… provide more pillows (two per person=4 per bed), a dish drying rack for small items, dish towels, provide hand towels along with the one towel provided for showering, a kettle to boil water, clear instructions on if the oven is also a microwave (if not then there is no microwave), bread toaster, broom and dust pan for simple tidying, drying rack for wet laundry, additional floor drying towels for zero-entry shower, toilet brush, recycle bins and instructions on where renters can deposit. Warning. In the front bedroom there is a loft above the bed. At this time, the construction of the stairs do not seem secure.

Electronic door lock fail on last day and one of us had to stay there for hours waiting for owner to come . We’re also challenges with the lock getting in.

We didn't get the correct code when we arrived at the apartment and it took us some time to sort this upon arrival, although Daniel was very helpful. The apartment itself was OK, but would not fit 8 people! We were six, and there was not enough chairs for everyone to sit at the table, only 4 coffee mugs etc etc.. A couple of the towels were dirty so we used our own.. One of the beds were a single air mattress and the second bed in the first bedroom as very small up on the mezzanine and I could not see two people saying there! We didn't feel like the property was prepared for the six of us coming, with only one half of a roll of toilet paper, lack of cutlery and plates etc etc etc.. All in all and OK place that could do with a bit more cleaning and should not be advertised for more that 4 to 5 people.

That it looked exactly like the photos. The property was very clean when we arrived. The host was very accommodating. Kitchen appliances are new.

The upstairs resident noise. I could hear when they walked, ran the water, peed, flushed the toilet, stayed up quite late, very disturbing. Also there is an electrical problem in the unit. Our bedroom lights - my main did not work almost the entire time. I had to use my flashlight. My son’s room had one working lightbulb. Kitchen lights over stove don’t work, bathroom light dons off and on, others as well. I addressed this with Daniel at the start of the trip. He never responded. Then the kitchen only has a junky pot or pan Dishes and cups would be inadequate for more than 2 ppl. Needs some general maintenance with the bedroom door threshold. First bedroom springs squeak when you move, which kept my son up most of the night.

On going support by the host. Promptly responding to our requests. Very amicable and helpful. Perfect location in Stockholm. Highly reccommended!

Well equipped. Clean. Quiet area. Not far from city center using uber. Responsive host helped on resolving the issues that we met in our stay.

Entry code didn’t work on arrival and wifi access instruction was missing. Both issues were solved by the host.
