The host response was fast and patient. The pool was not very clean. The unit itself needs some TLC (light fixture on balcony) toilet wobbly, and weird smell. But again the host was wonderful and I appreciate the stay.

Le logement n'était pas tres propre, de nombreux cafards se baladaient dans le frigo et dans la cuisine. Le pommeau de douche est resté dans ma main à la 1ere utilisation. C'est un appartement déja tres vieux, l'extérieur du batiment a été rénové ce qui donne un aspect moderne à l'immeuble d'où le titre mais l'appartement est tres mal entretenu, rafistolé de partout, la lampe extérieure qui ne tient qu'à un fil, le compresseur de la clim super dangereux. Au 12eme étage la baie vitrée ne se ferme pas. Et il n'y avait pas d'eau mais cela concerne toute l'ile. Comme l'aéroport est proche et que l'appartement n'est pas insonnorisé, le decollage et atterissage des avions jusqu'à tres tard la nuit et très tôt le matin dès 4h font que ce n'est pas le lieu le plus tranquile au monde. En gros pas top.

Todo, un lugar super acogedor, limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. Definitivamente volvería.

Everything was incredible

The host was very responsive with the seamless check-in. Amazing location and we had an amazing time in the pool as well close to all the restaurants. We had plenty of towels and bedsheets and have nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this property.

I didn't like the problems with the water service and electricity most of the time.I understand the water is being fixed but I do not know about the electricity, I blame the city for that.

Necesita una buena limpieza, encontramos algunas cucarachitas, cortina del baño sucia (vieja), restos de cigarrillos en el balcón, la cocina necesita extractor (al cocinar se quedaba todo el olor en el apt). Las puertas (baño y principal) se encajan y esto es un problema de seguridad. Adicional estoy esperando una devolución porque me cobraron la estancia 4 veces adicionales.

There was a coastal flooding that the host new about prior to us booking. This meant water for bathing and using bathroom was only available for 1 hour twice a day. It was 1 bedroom with a full size bed and the living room only had a stackable twin bed. I chair a fridge and a small TV. The bathroom & bathtub had peeling paint. There was only 1 blanket in the unit. I would never admit to my friends that i stayed there much less recommend this place. It was clean. I give it a 1 star due to it being clean. Oh and if you weigh over 175lbs forget about fitting in the bathroom. The name of the condo " St Tropez" was very deceiving. The host was not friendly. I guess we got what we paid for.

We stayed in apt# 12-0. First of all 300 for 1 night here is ridiculous now that I have seen what this place looked like. I was told that the cleaners were in before we checked in, however the “ring” of dirt scum in the bathtub was gross. There was absolutely no hot water. The toilet handle was extremely loose,and there as electrical conduit next to the shower head. At one point I put out our vitamins on the kitchen counter, and the amount of ants that were all over was disgusting. The AC did not work well, remotes for tv/ air conditioners in BR did not turn on/off because batteries were low. Overall I would never stay here again

We had an amazing stay at this Isla Verde apartment! The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The pool was a huge highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the area. The host was extremely responsive and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Isla Verde!

Pool was nice, all private. Big space bed and a extra twin. Ac in both sides.

Bathroom old, electric water heater , shower spread all over, sucks. Very noise, doors dont sealed and is very noisy and the planes. Big mirror in the room but TV was so tiny up in the ceiling. Balcony is the smallest and no much view at all. No space uncomfortable. No soap of shampoo for first dates a big bottle that everyone will use. Baricoques get to the food..(little ants) remote for entry didn't work good that they have security at all times.

The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the beach walking.

The pictures for the apartment is false on Booking.com. The bedroom has a big bed no room to walk around the bathroom and kitchen is Ugly. The apartment is not secure. If you leave there is no way to lock your belongings. Not worth the price at all. I slept there one night and checked out the next day. Got a beautiful Hotel

Apartment did not match the pictures online. Pictures looked way nicer. We were shocked when we walked in and saw how dark, small, unclean, and far from what we expected.

Great Location and Apartment was super clean. Host was very attentive to our needs. The King bed on the master was perfect y and the view from the balcony was great.

No hot water. View of ocean on side balcony far away. Had twin bed in tiny lr no chairs. No room hardly to go out on tiny balcony. Big bed in br but couch on one side in the way couldn't walk around. Weird setup hard to get around for small apartment. Pretty old building. Balcony door opened only part way. Not very nice for the money. We were really disappointed. From the add sounded like a 3 star place. Far from it. Small unheated pool. Couldn't get out of gate at pool locked in. Found another way but had to climb up 2 flights of stairs to get to elevator. Overall pretty crappy place.

A house cockroach fell on my husband and landed on the kitchen floor and he kill it. And some places was dirty from the cockroach what they leave behind.

The location was great. Having access to the pool was wonderful.

I didn’t like that the apartment itself was very small and it appeared dirty in some places. The floor did not feel swept, and the closets and corners were dusty. The showerhead is attached to an electric cord that is plugged into the wall very close to the shower. There’s no Ground Fault Circuit interrupter associated with the outlet which really felt like a big safety hazard. I also didn’t like that the check-in instructions did not include the lock box code (I had to message the owner for this) and did not warn that the key was for the inside door and not the gate so we spent a good 5 minutes trying to open the incorrect door. That would’ve been nice to include in the check-in instructions too.

Easy process to check in and the free parking super convenient for rental car. The host was super attentive during whole stay. The location is great next to El San Juan Hotel, next to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, restaurants. The place was super clean with lots of towels and beach towels provided. Cold A/C in the apartment. Have a lot of fun in the pool super big, the building in general is clean. Would recommend

Beach chairs could be provided

It was clean and the cost of the entire stay did not hurt my pocket. However, in view of what I got, what they charged was over priced. You never have contact with the owner(s), only through the property managers ( AA Rentals) who manage only this unit. They seemed young and inexperienced, and did not know much about the apt or the area but always responded quickly via text or call, and answered questions as best they could. The young man they sent over when they couldn't figure out why there was no hot water in the bathroom- he was nice, knew why ( see below) and also helped get the 2 smart tv's working.

The bldg. The unit- apt 12 O. The good reviews are puzzling. The descriptions and photos of this place are very deceptive. The photos were super staged and not what I got. Have my own. Decor was college style, bare and cheap. No bed spreads anywhere, no rugs, bare amenities. This is not a full 1BR, best description is it's a 2 room studio or, in hotel terms, a small1BR suite- you walk into a one wall kitchen and ahead a small LR/DR area ( no door), next to that is a cramped small BR w/a door. Use of the word "Modern" in its title is false. Maybe they meant the bare college decor? Structurally this unit is not modern - the only thing close was the kitchen and the bathroom vanity area, and those were minimally modern, you have to avoid looking at the walls/rest of the areas. The photos were taken to block those out. This unit's structure is in poor condition and dated ( circa 70's ). Memorable: bathtub drain was entirely rusted, you'll need a tetanus shot before touching it; sign nxt to toilet, to not flush toilet paper ??; ONLY hot water in the unit is from the shower head -only because it's connected to some old world electric thing to heat the shower head water. NO hot water in tub, NO hot water in kitchen, NO hot water in bathroom sink; the super tiny & ill kept frightful balcony-never went there; the small BR had a king size mattress on top of a 2 painted plywood boxes, then they squeezed in a futon sofa 11/2 feet from the side of the bed; the LR had no sofa, but a trundle bed; the small 4 foot dorm refrigerator; the weird sloppy slapdash of salvage tiles everywhere; have to use the bldg's coin operated laundry room located in the basement car garage, that's right, You take an elevator down, then to go through a locked gate next to the elevator, walk through the garage to get to the laundry on the other side. Thankfully my reservation was 3 nights only. Never again.

Good location, close to everything we need. Close to nice beach. Big bathroom, kitchen well equipped. Apartment with one badroom (double bed) and leaving room (two single bads) with balcony (sea view). Air condition in each room.

Information about the code to the key box should be provided in advance. Before being able to connect to wifi we needed to contact an owner, so we need to use very expensive data roaming to do so. Water in the shower was hot only last day.

I had a very enjoyable stay, loved the Pool and clean facilities. It’s on the main Isla verde road and very conveniently located next to the beach and lots of restaurants. Thanks for a great stay! Would recommend.
