Great value, clean, safe, AC worked, amazing location within BGC

Hallways and elevator were hot (no AC) but room was fine. Washing machine worked but dryer didn’t (air drying was ok)

Very spacious and has a lot of amenities, kitchen, laundry.

No AC in the elevators and the corridor. Can smell other rooms cooking food.

Good location close to many food places and easy to move around with a Grab. The place is spacious and the AC is great, which helps with the heat of Manila. The host is friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was good.

My biggest disappointment was the bathroom. The faucet is attached to the sink by silicone glue and is flimsy, which made me feel like i was going to break it. The shower's curtain get in the way all the time when you are trying to shower, which was very annoying. The building's lobby has a musty smell but the unit doesn't smell musty. If you're expecting to use the gym, you will be highly disappointed. The maintenance in the unit is really poor and it shows. More love and care with this apartment and it would look amazing.

Poor bathroom facilities with poor water pressure/shower head. Maintenance in bedroom very poor as gaps in wall where a board had been added on wall. Poor silicone job around tap in bathroom No extra items eg toilet paper. Purchased our own.

The location is awesome! Especially In November and December. Forbestown Road is so picturesque during the Christmas season. Not to mention a grocery, convenience store, coffee shop, and pharmacy is right there. The building is very nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly. The condo is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Everything worked as anticipated and the bathroom is modern and functional. The property owner communicates well and is timely.

Hairdryer was spoilt and owner came in 10min to replace. Overall clean, quiet, comfortable.

The location was great right at the heart of BGC. Walking distance to everywhere. People are very warm and friendly. Never felt unsafe holding my boyfriend's hand everywhere for a gay couple. We never got some hateful look like we get in America!

Great location. Easy walk to malls and attractions. Array of restaurants and cafés outside the front entrance. Friendly staff and occupants.

Close to everything that you need, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, walking distance to High Street and had a convenient 7/11 downstairs...

Bathroom could need some fixing with the shower head, Hard to get it working...

I picked this place for its convenient location near the office. It was great that they provided water and toiletries, and the host was very responsive. The space was well-equipped with complete utensils, cookware, and a laundry area, making the stay comfortable.

The room was noticeably dusty, with a visible accumulation of dust beneath the work desk. The desk itself also had a layer of dust. It would be greatly appreciated if a hand towel could be provided in both the kitchen and bathroom for convenience

Breakfast is great, location is right at the heart of uptown BGC, you can walk to St.Luke's maybe a 15 minute walk, but there's Grab Car everywhere, so we just take that and get around faster than it should. Traffic is less at BGC compared to the rest of Manila

What I didn't like is we didn't know there was a ramp for the luggage at Tower 1, but the cab dropped us in the front of Tower 2, where we are staying, so we have to carry our luggage in 2 flight of stairs. Later we found out we can walk to Tower 1 and use their ramp

The condo was very clean (which is so important) and well-equipped. Also, everything worked properly. The location is excellent—it is near grocery and convenience stores as well as restaurants. This condo is at the top of my list for staying in Manila.

Great location for my wife to take here English Test at the British Council, which was walking distance. Lovely apartment and well equipped. Some interesting paintings on the walls A quality area with many eating options.

We stayed from 22nd to 28th December and I have to say that we are very happy about It.The location is great. The staff of the building were nice and the view from the unit is spectacular! Our host, Sir Edsel was very nice and accomodating! We are surely to come back! Thanks to the staff of Forbeswood Parklane and to Sir Edsel!

We really liked the place but perhaps a little renovation is needed. Otherwise, the place is great!

The unit is spacious compared to other condo unit. It is also very clean. I love that it is not suffocating. All basic things already provided by the owner including water dispenser. I loved the spearmint tea. Highly recommended.

I stayed only for the night so nothing to mention.

Host provided clear and good instructions on the checkin and was prompt in responding to queries.

Place is dated and need sprucing and cleaning up.

The property is well maintained and complete. From kitchenware, utility items, living room and entertainment, bed and bathroom.

Some parts of the unit is a little outdated. But have seen the improvements done in the unit which is pretty good.

The unit is a little old already and can use some refreshing… the wall in the bathroom and certain part in the bedroom is peeling.

The AC barely worked. The other one did not work at all. It was wamer than i would like. Also, there what look liked 2 small blood spot stains on sheet.
