Worst experience no staff to corporate and they are very incompetent. I booked one reserve one room.

Facilities no fan

Location was good. Near the beach

We had three beds in the room, but there was only one blanket provided. Also, the balcony and the area under the bed were quite dusty and could have been cleaned better.

The hotel is located near good quality restaurants and rooms are good

Parking vehicles is bit complicated

The Resort location is very perfect and near to all the facilities. Perfect to stay with small kids. Markets and Brown beach ⛱️⛱️ is at walking distance. Balcony is one of the positive feature to sit, chit chat, eat and enjoy.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay and proactively helpful host.

Close to the airport and the beach. Perfect for one night stay and recovery from a flight. Very cheap.

I had a one-night stay in Negombo, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The room was comfortable, and I really appreciated the tea and coffee facilities with a perfect kettle provided. The air conditioning worked well, though it could be improved slightly. Despite that, my stay was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this place. A special mention to the lady at reception—she was very welcoming and made sure everything was well prepared for my arrival. Hot water was available and everything was in good condition. Overall, a great stay. I highly recommend it!

Nedostali jsme zarezervovaný pokoj a ani náhradní nabídnutý neodpovídal popisu. Pokoje zatouchaly. Personál nebyl ochotný.

Problemi con acqua calda e wifi debole in camera. Lo staff comunque era sempre pronto ad intervenire.

Hotel ma wspaniałą lokalizację – blisko plaży, a jednocześnie w spokojnym miejscu, gdzie można naprawdę odpocząć. Personel jest niezwykle miły, życzliwy i zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Wszystkie sprawy, o które się ich poprosi, są załatwiane szybko i bez żadnych problemów, co sprawia, że pobyt jest bardzo komfortowy i bezstresowy. W hotelu panuje bardzo przyjazna, niemal rodzinna atmosfera. Człowiek czuje się tu mile widziany i zaopiekowany od pierwszej chwili. To idealne miejsce, żeby zwolnić tempo, nacieszyć się pięknem okolicy i naprawdę odpocząć. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wracać.

Lenzuola bucate, in 2 sere è andata via 2 volte la corrente (non hanno generatore) e per mezz'ora abbiamo tremato all' idea che non tornasse e di dover dormire al caldo 😖

Rent, overraskende godt lydisolert selv om det lå rett ved veien. Velfungerende aircondition. Hyggelige verter.

The room was clean and spacious , the bed was comfortable

Our stay was unfortunately quite different from what we booked. We were given a different room than the one reserved and were charged an extra fee to use the air conditioning, even though it was listed as included in the description. Although the staff promised to move us to our original room the next day, we ended up staying in the same room for all three days. ​The room was located right by the reception and very close to the street, making it quite loud from the early morning. Additionally, while the property is near the beach, a large hotel directly across the street completely blocks the sea view.

La chambre était vraiment bien, propre, confortable et grande. Le personnel est très agréable tout en restant discret. Ls sont tres aidant si besoin. C'est un endroit agréable. Je recommande vivement.

El sitio está bien calidad precio lo único que en 3 noches 2 cucarachas aparecieron. Una en el lavabo y otra en la habitación en mi cama...🥴

Spacious beautiful rooms, and nice balcony🙂 Many good restaurants near by, and some very good in beach area 700 meters away.

Nothing. Only that we travelled with a 3 year old boy, and the area is not easy with so small children. We stayed 5 night so little to long with children on that ages. But great « landing» pllace🙂

We had twin bed big room. I. Side have mini refrigerator, kettle if you want you can have a cup of tea or coffee by your self. Air conditioner is better for me.

They did not want to assist. it was quite basic. the so called restaurant facing the front of hotel was quite costly too.

the junior staff was a good person. We wanted an upgrade to the ac room … at an extra cost but they insisted we cancel on booking,com . i was not comfortable doing that. I really wanted to rest few hours before airport ….and also for payment with card they have extra charges.

Obwohl wir vorgängig abgemacht hatten, dass wir nachts einchecken können, war dann niemand da (bzw nur telefonisch erreichbar und wir hatten keine lokale SIM-Karte zum anrufen) und wir mussten mitten in der Nacht ca 1h warten...

We only stayed the one night but we found it very comfortable. The room was very clean, and all the staff were super accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcomed!

It was close to the beach.

A bit expensive for what you get . It’s a basic room ,it gets very hot (fan helps but still very hot) and the Wi-Fi is not that great (gets turned off at times)

we booked the family room. And when we entered we are awestruck, as it was very huge room. It was very spacious with 2 very big balconies attached with it. the washroom was big as well. On cleanliness of the washroom i will give it a 8.5/10 but still the stay was peaceful. My mom loved the stay here.

There was no breakfast option available included in the stay or to even buy it seperately.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were exactly as described. I felt well taken care of during my entire stay. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Great place to stay for one night. There was a restaurant in front with delicious food. Very close to the beach. Peaceful place. I would recommend this to others.

Close to the airport. It was absolute value for money! If i were to take an overnight stay, Id definitely come back. Altho no breakfast but good location and great service. Also the property is decently pretty and vintage.

The bedsheet needed to be cleaner. Also the AC remote didnt work so I had to spend 1 hr trying to fix the ac temperature which is very important given the hot weather. But these were ignorable for one night. Otherwise great!

A cheap, reasonably clean place to stay.

It's located very near to a road with significant traffic, so there's a lot of noise coming from it, and sound isolation is very poor so we were also disturbed by people talking outside. We had to specifically ask for things like towels and wifi password, when there was anybody at the front desk which was rarely the case. Beds were very firm and squeaked with every move.

Definetly Not safe and very unclean. Not sure why this place has such good ratings. the people running it claimed they clean the room everyday, however there were dead cockroaches and loads of dead bugs in the room. I was on the ground floor and realized that bugs kept coming in. That is when I discovered that the sliding door could not be locked and the window in the bathroom was broken. There was no staff to talk to and when I tried to send them a message and inform them of this they did not respond, this was 3 weeks ago and I still have not gotten a response. By nighttime I had no choice but to leave to another hotel since anyone could have gone in through the window or sliding door. As a solo female traveller on my first night in a foreign country I felt very unsafe and got no help from the staff, and never got a refund.
