I think the noise travels a bit from the rooms so it doesn't feel completely private. There was a noise curfew in place so I was never bothered by noise but felt like I had to try be always quiet to retain the privacy.

Huge congratulations to Martina for the way she makes you feel—she’s so attentive to your needs. She even helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. Thank you, Martina! ❤️ The place is close to the Vatican—just a 14-minute walk—and 18 minutes to Castel Sant’Angelo! There’s a bus stop right next to the building—just a 1-minute walk away—where you can take buses 89 and 881 to the city center or near the city center. The perfectly functioning air conditioning makes you feel comfortable after a walk through the heat of Rome! The room is large and has a spacious balcony where you can see the beautiful dome of St. Peter’s Basilica! The bathroom is large and fully equipped! I highly recommend it with confidence!

W pobliżu restauracje serwujące włoskie specjały oraz sklepy spożywcze. Apartamenty klimatyczne i czyste. You can sit outside with beautifull view. Near is bus stop.and also train station. You can go straight to Termini and than to airport. We are looking forward for next stay.

Такого, что чего либо не понравилось - не было. Один минус, туалет был не в номере а в коридоре, но он был лично наш и довольно удобный.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Chambres d'hôtes magnifique avec beaucoup de charme. Martina la propriétaire est très accessible très réactive par message. Ce lieu est parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Rome proche 5 minutes à pied de la gare de San Pietro 40 minutes pour venir de l'aéroport en train (8€ plus rapide que le bus est beaucoup moins cher qu'un taxi 60€) Pour visiter tout à fait faisable à pied de la chambre d'hôtes en étant bon marcheur mais cela permet de se balader et de découvrir de très beaux endroits. Possibilité de prendre le bus pour se rendre sur les lieux de visite avec un arrêt juste en bas de la chambre d'hôtes. Petit déjeuner dans une salle commune très agréable cosy. Le petit-déjeuner est composé de mets sucré comme salé et très riche en choix et quantité. La chambre est composée d'un mini frigo ce qui et très intéressant avec les chaleurs de Rome et qui permet d'avoir de l'eau fraîche en permanence. La literie est très agréable avec un lit king size et un matelas très confortable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Rome une ville grandiose et magnifique. Merci Martina vous nous avez permis de découvrir cette belle ville et nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Rent og meget hyggeligt. OG virkelige dejlige senge at sove i. Vi havde booket det lyserøde værelse med terrasse. Smuk udsigt over til Peters Kirken. Dejligt morgenmad med frisk frugt hver morgen. Personalet var meget venlige, og gjorde sit til, at vi havde et dejligt ophold. Da der kun var 4 værelser, var der stille og roligt. Vi nød, at skråt til højre for lejligheden, var der et bus stoppested som på 15 min kørte os ind til midten af Centrum. Bus nr. 916. Skulle vi vende tilbage til Rom en dag igen, ville vi bestemt booke dette sted endnu en gang.

We happened to book the “Pink” room, which included a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the Vatican. The host, Martina, was incredibly attentive to our needs and prepared wonderful breakfasts for us each morning. The location was perfect — we were able to walk to most of the major tourist attractions with ease. I highly recommend Mami's Guest House to anyone visiting Rome, Italy.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Idealna lokalizacja (z okna podziwiać można kopułę Bazyliki św. Piotra, dojście ok. 15 min. piechotą). Właścicielka, Pani Martina jest bardzo miła i pomocna we wszystkim. Apartament czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Śniadania są bardzo dobre oraz zawsze jest coś słodkiego na deser (polecam pancakes z polewą karmelową). Bezpośrednio z jadalni jest wyjście na wspólny balkon z którego widoki są jeszcze lepsze (można tam wypić kawę przy stoliku). W dniu wyjazdu jest możliwość pozostawienia bagaży na przechowanie (co może byc istotne jesli powrót jest wieczorem). Po wyjściu z budynku, idąc w prawo ok. 50 m, znajduje się Pizza Polli, gdzie pizzę sprzedają na wagę w pokrojonych kawałkach (wychodzi b. tanio). Po drugiej stronie ulicy (również idąc w prawo) jest mały Carrefour . Przystanki autobusów w obydwie strony to dwie minuty od budynku idąc w strone Watykanu (wysepka pomiędzy pasami). Jeśli ktoś zamierza jechać pociągiem (np. do stacji Termini) dojscie do stacji Roma s.Pietro to kilkaset metrów, idąc wzdłuż widocznego wiaduktu w prawo. -------------- Rzym - uwagi praktyczne: 1. Komunikacja w Rzymie: mając bilet za 1,5 euro mozesz go skasować tylko w żółtym kasowniku bo zazwyczaj są typu Tap&Go (płatność kartą), dlatego zawsze wsiadaj do tylnych drzwi, bo zdarza się że "normalny" kasownik jest na samym końcu. Jesli Tap&Go nie działa z kartą (częste) - spróbuj w innym. Zmiana na inną kartę raczej nic nie da. 2. Zabytki: bilety wstępu kupuj zawsze online (także na fontannę Fontannę di Trevi). Koloseum i Forum Romanum podziel na dwa dni. Super wejście do Forum: lewa strona Piazza Venezia (patrząc na wprost Ołtarza Ojczyzny). Muzea Kapitolińskie (prawa strona Piazza Venezia): bilety (niedostepne online) kupisz po 20 eur. Oryginał słynnej wilczycy jest obok w muzeum, natomiast w rogu placu (lewa strona) jest jej kopia na kolumnie. Będąc na placu: koniecznie idz brukowaną uliczką po prawej wzdłuż muzeum a zobaczysz .... Kolosa :) (z dziecmi obowiazkowo).

Reviewed May 18, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal vor allem Martina, war durchgehend äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits um 10:00 Uhr morgens konnten wir unsere Koffer abgeben und sogar schon den Zimmerschlüssel erhalten, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, im charmanten Vintage-Stil eingerichtet und verfügte über einen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Petersdom – das hat uns besonders gefallen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und ideal für einen Städtetrip. Besonders positiv fanden wir außerdem, dass wir unsere Koffer nach dem Check-out noch im Hotel aufbewahren konnten, da unser Rückflug erst am Abend ging. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
Grundsätzlich hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Das Frühstück wurde täglich liebevoll vorbereitet und angerichtet. Die belegten Sandwiches, Croissants usw. waren nett hergerichtet, allerdings hätten wir uns zusätzlich auch einfache, frische Brötchen sowie etwas mehr Auswahl zum selbst Belegen oder Aufstreichen gewünscht. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und soll den insgesamt positiven Eindruck nicht schmälern.

Das Team war durchweg herzlich, aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte. Am meisten genossen haben wir die entspannten Morgenstunden: draußen sitzen, einen leckeren Cappuccino trinken und dabei die besondere Aussicht genießen – genau so stellt man sich einen perfekten Start in den Tag vor. ☕🥐🌞 das Frühstücksbuffet war mit so viel Liebe gemacht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke 🫶 Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, an den wir gerne zurückdenken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen! 🇮🇹

Die Matratze war sehr weich. Leider habe ich vorab nicht gesehen, dass die Unterkunft an einer großen Straße liegt. Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche, da wäre Abwechslung mehr Abwechslung schön gewesen.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Fajne,smaczne śniadania .W pokoju czyściutko,łóżko wygodne, za jacuzzi w pokoju dodatkowy plus. Brakowało mi tylko chociaż jednego kanału w języku polskim.
Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń,bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Szczerze polecam miejsce, bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej,gdzie można łatwo dostać się do metra i dalej na lotnisko.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Martina und das gesamte Team waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Guest House war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum eingerichtet. Die Lage war super ,sodass man Rom von dort zu Fuß erkunden kann. Zudem gibt es gute Restaurants in der Nähe mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wenn Rom, dann gerne wieder im Mami Guest House.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Vatican, with a supermarket and restaurants right close by.. We came by train from the airport and the station is really nearby. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight; it felt fresh and authentic. We also really appreciated the all-day coffee available in the dining area. Finally, a huge thanks to the kind and helpful staff who made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Výborně dostupné místo do centra Říma, autobusová zastávka hned u ubytování. Blízko malý obchod s potravinami i bistro na občerstvení. Snídaně byla velmi pestrá a dostačující, nemůžeme očekávat obrovské množství jídla, jako ve velkém hotelu, ale to vůbec nevadilo.
Nemám co vytkout.

The breakfast was delicious and varied, which made every morning enjoyable. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Overall, we were left with a very positive impression and would gladly stay here again.
