Check in was very inconvenient. It involved going to another address. Access to the appartment was not properly explained and as nobody answered the phone, we had to walk back to the check in desk.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location was amazing. We had a bus stop right next to the apartment and a metro station 5 minutes away. The trash was taken out every day. The rooms were clean. Staff was easily reacheable by watsapp and answered right away. The kitchenette was well equipped, the washing machine was great. Really liked that we had a TV.
Upon arrival after paying online with a vurtual card I was requested to show it upon check in. I assumed seeing the confirmation with my name the keys to the apartment will be given. I was wrong. I was asked to pay again and that one of the payments will be refunded. It took over a week for their accounting team to refund me even after providing bank information. Granted, the money was refunded in the end. Also the stove broke 2 times, but was fixed. And the room had stairs inside - that was a little uncomfortable after long days of walking. The shower head was attached at the top, which took some time to get used to.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Has everything you need. A washer/dryer and a small kitchen. Close to Victoria and pimlico station so convenient but there’s not a lot in the area. Quiet neighbourhood.
It wasn’t well advertised that the apartments are seperate from the hotel have no elevators. I only found that out upon arrival and I was put on the tenth floor which was awful carrying my luggage up multiple flights of stairs which are incredibly narrow. Purple because of this I wouldn’t stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026L'appartamento è situato al primo piano quindi perfetto perchè la struttura è sprovvista di ascensore. Il bagno molto piccolo ma per pochi giorni ci si adatta bene. Abbiamo scelto questo luogo perchè era dotato di aria condizionata, piccolo angolo cottura e frigorifero perfetto per conservare acqua bibite frutta e cibo. È ubicato in una zona residenziale (Pimlico) molto tranquilla e silenziosa ed è perfetta per gli spostamenti in quanto a circa 5 minuti di distanza c'è la metropolitana, inoltre c'è la fermata capolinea del n. 24 dell'autobus rosso a due piani. Ci sono piccoli supermarket puliti e ben forniti, ristoranti, pub, bar-panetterie, lavanderie ecc.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026One of the cleanest apartments I’ve stayed at. The room was spotless when we arrived, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every single day, keeping everything clean. The location is also very convenient, right in front of the bus stop, and check-in and check-out were both quick. The room is small, so traveling with large luggage can be a bit challenging. Overall a great stay!

It was not comfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. We had to walk 10 minutes up the road to collect toilet roll and clean towels after being told we don’t normally provide them because it’s an apartment. It was not an apartment. It was a very tiny room. We came all the way from Australia with 2 suitcases, 2 bags. There was no room to put our luggage anywhere so we were constantly falling over stuff on the floor. The customer service was not good. Staff were very dismissive. There are better places in London to stay.

Be aware that it is called “Apartments” but I was put in an en suite room only; in a block of apartments. This is totally misleading. Having to trail with luggage to the main hotel in another street 10 minutes away to get the keys is a bit of a pain and should be mentioned prior to booking/paying. You really couldn’t swing a cat in the room, I am 5’9 and my feet were sticking out of the bed. The room being so small meant I struggled with my suitcase when I needed to open it.

There was no elevator and we had a room on the 4th floor. But they helped us immediately with another room. The bed is a little bit small for 2 persons (160x200 i guess). But its what you used to, because i like sleeping alone.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Il contesto, proprio in stile londinese. Il quartiere è residenziale, collegatissimo e vicinissimo al centro. Appartamento grazioso, grande per gli standard, abbastanza pulito e fornito (kit di benvenuto, asciugamani e beni di prima necessità).
L’unica cosa che mi viene da dire è il prezzo, ma purtroppo è lo standard della città. Anzi, era una dei meno cari e di qualità. In generale, i prezzi a Londra sono folli se non si dividono le spese con altra gente.

Lots of small stuff, we had WiFi connection issues, AC was stuck on 18 degrees at the beginning, the sponge we got first was rotten, there was no dish soap and if you leaned on the wall behind the bed, the bed would move because it was on wheels. Thankfully most of the problems were fixed by the hotel service, so it's more informative than actual complaint.

Streetnoise as loud as if windows were open. It does get quiet after midnight until 6. Had to lower fridge temp because it was turning on the whole night. When I called frontdeks though a maintenance person came by as soon as they were on the premise looking at solutions with us.

No recomendable para personas mayores, muchos pisos sin ascensor, es el ultimo dpto. Sector con poco comercio alrededor, se debe pedir comida a domicilio. Aire acondicionado se desregulaba solo.

The room was comfortable and nicely renovated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was absolutely essential as we experienced very hot days during our stay. The location is fantastic, with a метро station just a 5-minute walk away and a bus stop right at the entrance of the property, making it extremely convenient for reaching many areas of the city. The reception staff at the partner Sydney Hotel were incredibly helpful, especially with storing our luggage and providing clear directions and useful information. Highly recommended.
The only downside was that there is no elevator, but this was something we were aware of before booking and it did not significantly affect our stay.

Pulling the luggage up the stairs. Although the guy at reception said if I waited 30 minutes or so, I could have help with my suitcase. But after travelling for more than 4 hours on 32 degrees lovely hot sunny day, and being a mature woman, I really needed my items to change and freshen myself up. Another guest saw me struggling, and kindly helped me.

Only "really" bad thing about this apartment is noise. We lived in ground floor, and the noise from entrance hall, stairs and apartments above us was a lot. Maybe heavy sleepers like my husband are good. But for me it was really uncomfortable

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026VERY CUTE PLACE, NICE AND CLEAN AS WELL AS WELL MAINTAINED OVERALL- THE AREA WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO TOURIST STUFF BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE NOISE AND MESS. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
NO ELEVATORS!!! THIS WAS HORRIBLE - WE CARRIED OUR LUGGAGE UP TO THE TOP FLOOR. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE FINE PRINT WHILE BOOKING. THE STAIRS ARE STEEP AND NARROW

Reviewed May 30, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji oraz do metra i do dworca kolejowego. Pokój jest bardzo kompaktowy, na europejskie standardy mały, ale na angielskie jest ok. Pokój jest czysty i ma sprzęt do gotowania.
Drzwi kabiny prysznicowej nie dało się domknąć, ale też dało się z tym żyć.
