Cleanliness is a concern, a small cockroach appeared on the first day…on the drinking water machine… the issue was reported, management offered to do a spray but I am still staying in the apartment so can’t really do a thorough pest control… so the cockroach appeared again … and that makes me very scared and not feeling comfortable in opening any drawers or use any utensils…couldn’t sleep well. there were lots of hair on the sofa and floor as well. however, to be fair cockroach has its right to go anywhere so I didn’t complaint much. But there is much room in improving hygiene condition.

The parking lot is quite small. Have to be veryyyy careful when taking turn/corner. But this is not the plus point or the host's fault la. Haha. And, there is slight leaking on the ceiling in the room, but didnt disturb us much.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Upon chekcing into my unit, my son discovered a significant amount of shattered glass on the floor in one of the bedrooms, which I was told was from the previous tenants and the owner had no time to arrange for the cleaning yet! I was not informed of this hazard during check-in (frankly, I am more than pissed knowing that they knew about it!). After requesting a unit change, which was eventually granted, I took it upon myself to thoroughly clean and remove all glass from that bedroom to prevent future injury to another tenant. I am concerned about the lack of disclosure and the failure to ensure the unit was safe and clean before tenant's arrival."

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025I like the stay is quite in the middle point of every location I want to go. I travel here mainly to go shopping with my girlfriend and every mall is quite nearby even heavy traffic time also only took around 30minutes. Bedroom quite comfy, living room also very comfy I could lay down there watch whole day TV if I'm tired of going out. Fridge function well good enough to cold my drinks, air condition also well maintained it chill out the whole apartment very fast. Check in quite simple, turn into guard post, show the reservation code, go in mailbox take keys and go park your car very simple steps and you could enjoy your stays.
Water pressure and shower head. Water pressure at toilet sink and kitchen sink where not there problem. The shower is the problem where the water output is very low and the water heater doesn't have enough power to output comfort pressure level. If the water heater replace with pressure pump then the stay is perfect. I do need microwave to reheat my food, the Bosch oven I didn't know how to operate and seem like not working well

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024The apartment only looks good on the pictures, but it is very dirty in real. Our towels and bed sheets literally had blood stains, other stains, and hairs on them. Like it was never washed after the previous guests. The fridge was smelly, there were a bunch of mini spiders on the kitchen table. The kitchen chairs were full of breadcrumbs. It was such a disappointment. The keys collection was relatively fine, however the lock didn't work properly, so it was a struggle. But, the key drop-off system doesn't make sense as the keys are needed for every door at the property, but you are supposed to leave the keys then go out on at least 2 more doors and if you don't have anyone to help you hold the door you are stuck in there.
