Hello, I am contacting you to formally report a serious issue regarding the payment and handling of one of our recent reservations. The accommodation informed us that the payment and deposit had to be made in cash. A member of the accommodation staff came to collect the money, and we paid **290 MYR in cash**, specifically: * 5 × 50 MYR = 250 MYR * 1 × 20 MYR = 20 MYR * 2 × 10 MYR = 20 MYR * **Total paid: 290 MYR** After making the payment, we noticed that the price shown on Booking.com for the reservation was only **168.92 MYR**. I immediately contacted the accommodation via WhatsApp to clarify this discrepancy. They subsequently sent me a photo showing a breakdown of the price and claimed that the actual total was **232.97 MYR**, supposedly including additional taxes and fees. This raises several very serious concerns. First, why was the price displayed on Booking.com **168.92 MYR**, while the accommodation claims that the actual price was **232.97 MYR**? We were not clearly informed in advance that we would have to pay this additional amount in cash, nor was the difference between the Booking.com price and the amount requested properly explained. Second, even accepting their claimed total of **232.97 MYR**, we were asked to pay **290 MYR in cash**. This is a difference of **57.03 MYR**. The accommodation is now claiming that the amount we paid was somehow the exact amount due, but this is impossible based on the banknotes we handed over. We gave the staff member exactly the banknotes listed above. **We did not give any coins or any additional amount that could explain the difference.** Therefore, we have serious concerns about the way this cash payment was handled. We paid 290 MYR directly to a person who came to collect the money on behalf of the accommodation, and there is now a dispute regarding both the actual price of the reservation and the amount of cash received. We consider this situation extremely concerning and potentially fraudulent.

1.Parking exit: narrow, easy to scratch gigantic vehicle 2. Inefficient elevator system, despite having 5 elevators but inequally distributed to serve people in time. 3. Pillow, super soft, not suite to my liking

since its a very popular property lift access especially over the weekends can take awhile. Same with the pool which can get overcrowded.

Principalmente da vista e da localização. Piscina muito boa e um excelente pôr-do-sol. O apartamento era espaçoso.

Sentimos falta de uma torradeira mas além disso tudo bem.

Smelly Toilet, kitchen utensils not usable, beds aren’t comfortable, very used feeling and despite over 200 RM cleaning charge , the unit isnt cleaned properly everyday, ehats shocking is also to pay all in cash. who is still transacting in cash today, so i need to find atm at 11 PM and withdraw and carry around over 1000 RM in cash

The location is 5 minute walk to the Pavillion and heart of KL.

The room is extra small, almost claustrophobic. You can hear next door scraping chairs during the night and hear people walking in the corridor. The smell on the landing smelt like a public toilet. No free parking, very expensive for Malaysia. No towels for the pool. The pool is over crowded as its shared with another joining hotel. Very uncomfortable. The room was expensive compared to other places I've stayed in KL. Won't be returning and sorry wouldn't recommend.

La propreté de l'appartement a revoir, il y avait une odeur. Les draps étaient jaunes, les lits inconfortables. Trop de monde a la piscine Faire la queue pour l'ascenseur

Had all the facilities my family needed

No breakfast was available at the hotel. There was no assistance with carrying luggage from the reception to the room. Guests were required to carry their own bags. Housekeeping was not provided regularly, and we had to call each time room cleaning was needed. The lift was consistently very busy, often taking 15 to 20 minutes to reach our floor. There was no in-room phone service available to request assistance. We were only provided with the contact number of the person who handed over the room. During check-out, no assistance was provided for carrying luggage downstairs. The security staff refused to store our luggage. We were informed that only guests checking in could use the luggage storage service. As a result, we had to leave our luggage unattended at our own risk. When we requested luggage storage, we were asked to pay an additional fee. Overall, the lack of basic guest services and support was disappointing and significantly impacted our stay.

There was little to like about Axon infinity pool- it was below basic. Wouldn't go back or recommend it. P/s The pool was great. 👍

The standard and quality of the property was just poor! No going back in a heartbeat!!!!

Emplacement idéal avec une magnifique vue sur les tours Petronas et Menara. Côté confort, c'est idéal pour ma famille: il y avait deux vrais lits pour mes enfants. Le service de ménage était inclus dans le prix, même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. ​J'avais quelques appréhensions concernant le paiement sur place, mais tout s'est très bien passé. La caution m'a été restituée en totalité sans aucun problème. Un grand merci à M. Nasir pour son grand professionnel et son attention tout au long du séjour !

Il n’y avais pas de filtre d’eau mais on nous a fourni des bouteilles d’eau, pas de gel douche.

Super lieve host! Heeft ons opgewacht en begeleid naar de kamer. Host was goed bereikbaar en wensen naar behoren vervuld. Zwembad is schoon en heeft mooi uitzicht over de stad!

Twee dagen koud gedoucht omdat we niet wisten dat er een schakelaar was voor de boiler van de douche. Na twee dagen ontdekten we dit zelf. Misschien handig als uitleg voor volgende gasten. Wifi werkte niet goed.

Quelques cheveux et petites bêtes/ mouches dans la sdb. Traces d’usure et de saleté sur le mobilier. Piscine et salle de sport pas dispo.

Etablissement qui ne devrait pas être proposé de telle manière sur booking. Immeuble moderne mais chambres petites

Beaucoup trop d'appartements proposés à la location, beaucoup de bagages déposés dans le hall d'accueil, attente énorme aux ascenseurs. N'essayer pas de nager car la piscine est petite proportionnellement à la taille de l'immeuble et qu'il y a des dizaines de touriste. On voit une petite partie des tours petronas mais pas plus que dans les hôtels voisins. Bref, un piège à touriste avec un accueil très business

Hotel este bine pozitionat, aproape de Pavillion Mall, posibilitate de check-in la ore foarte tarzii si check-out foarte usor, infinity-pool este de asemenea frumos. Multumiri lui Ekram care ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie: ne-a asteptat pentru check-in la 2 noaptea, ne-a dat o camera frumoasa cu vedere la turnuri, ne-a ajutat cu depozitarea bagajelor la plecare. O experienta frumoasa, ne-am reintoarce aici.

Il peut être assez long d’attraper un ascenseur et comme l’appartement est au 23 eme étage on ne peut pas le faire à pied !!

La piscina.

Ens van posar en un apartament més petit que el que havíem reservat (menys llits i menys banys), al qual no hi cabiem una família de 5. Al queixar-nos ens van dir que l'altre estava ocupat i que ja ens canviarien per la segona nit. Com que vam arribar de nit, vam haver d'acceptar. Al demanar descompte ens van rebaixar 7€ només dels 140€ totals. La segona nit ens van posar al.que realment teníem reservat (ens vam sentir enganyats). Feia una olor forta, com d'algun producte insecticida.
