Villas met or exceeded expectations based on photos and descriptions.

Functional and comfortable rooms with great views.

Rooms are dated and bathrooms felt old, but overall satisfactory.

Mixed: rooms often described as spacious with terraces and balconies, but issues include noisy mini-fridges/AC, awkward bathroom layouts and some smaller replacement rooms, so quality is decent but not excellent.

Daily cleaning was requested and appreciated; overall cleanliness was well-maintained.

Impeccable cleanliness with regular towel changes mentioned.

Daily cleaning and change of linens, but some guests noted slight issues.

Mixed reports: several guests praised generally clean rooms, but there are notable negative incidents (hair left in bathroom, a very dirty bathtub on arrival, inconsistent housekeeping), so cleanliness is below average.

Great beach access and beautiful views highlighted in multiple reviews.

Fantastic views and close proximity to the beach and local attractions.

Perfect location close to the beach and stunning views.

Welcome gift included drinks, but limited options nearby.

Food quality could be improved; more breakfast options needed.

Generally good breakfast and buffet selection praised, with some quality issues (e.g., poor-tasting jam) and occasional buffet replenishment problems in the evenings, giving an overall good but not perfect score.

Well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities like daily breakfast and wine.

Amenities are good, though some noted a lack of kitchen supplies.

Great pool areas and lots of space for leisure activities.

Strong: multiple large pools, beach nearby, pool towels provided, free parking and all-inclusive options were praised — amenities are a clear strength.

High quality of service and facilities for the price paid.

Excellent value considering the location and facilities.

Good quality-price ratio in half board.

Positive: several guests highlighted great value (inexpensive sunbed/parasols, good price-quality balance), though a paid safe was criticized; overall value is high.
