Location is very good, also the view.

Almost everything. The apartment needs a refreshment. No facilities to cook or eat. We were 5 and only 4 bed linen and towels. The sofa was broken. In one room water fallen from the roof. If we switch on the light in the toilet it switches on also in the room. The person that manage the apartment for the owner is not qualified.

Le personnel était gentil et respectueux... Réactif, professionnel... Notre séjour s est très bien déroulé. Si nous devions revenir à Kuala Lumpur, il est certain que ce sera notre premier choix. Encore une fois félicitations à toute l équipe !!!!

Decent and comfortable, issue is the tv remote control was difficult to use & tv was difficult to switch on. And no parking provided? Parking should be inclusive

Parking was hard and chargeable

Large apartment plenty of space. Air con was great, washing machine was great. The location was very central and lots to do around. Host who met us with the keys was punctual and did his job very well.

The apartment could have been cleaned to a better standard we found things like chocolate sweets and other things left under the table in the bedroom from previous.

Everything was wonderful. The response of the staff named Hridoy was also good.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights with my parents and kids. All of us are very happy staying here. Location is very good. Room was spacious enough. Specially Mr. Rana. He was very cooperative. We would like to stay here again if we travel to Malaysia.

Everything, really good accomodation and very near in train station and everything . Also, can walk from the accomodation into bukit bintang, pavilion for 14mins. Twin tower as welle very closed.

Very good location - max 10-15 min by foot to main tourist attractions. Amazing skyline view from 36 floor where we had our apartment. Good air conditioning. We had two bedroom and two bathrooms and living room and kitchen which was very convenient.

The TV wasn't working, but I guess it was just the battery in the remote. We used the hairdryer, which melted the plug...

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Penthouse with a magnificent terrace and Jacuzzi located at the very top of the building. From this terrace, we had a magnificent view of the Petronas Towers. It was exceptional. Otherwise, the apartment itself was very nice: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Its location was perfect for walking to see the Twin Towers. Very good value for money.

Unfortunately, you have to pay 20 MYR per day to access the pool. This is clearly stated in the booking details but I hadn't noticed. It's a shame that it's not included, though.

Location and view from Dining room

They convert store room to make it a 3rd bedroom. It's not a proper room with no AC system installed. They provide a cooler system for the 3rd room, which doesn't make any sense. The kitchen sink is very often clogged and very smelly.. Each time we have to call the staff to unclogged same. It's definitely a headache for us staying there. Problem with washing machine and dryer. Each of them is connected to a broken socket, which can be a risk to get electrocuted while removing the fuse of washing machine and inserting the dryer every time. Also while washing clothes, soap leaks from washing machine. The man was informed but has any clue where the leakage was coming from. To note both dryer and washing machine are old ones. When raining there, water enters the dining room, and it leaks. See more pics to view same. Old sofa in the dining room, the beds, and the pillows are not comfy at all. Very old mattresses are provided on the bed. Only 1 day they came to change bed sheets and this also we had to phone to request for same. No cleaning service of the apartment was provided. Smelly toilet and bathrooms. Problem with inbuilt microwave. The plate is heated but not food. Called them several times but despite they came to visit, the problem remain 1 whole one never got sorted out. We have big problem while checkout. Despite messaging them on the eve and telling them our checkout time which was supposed to be 8 20 am in the morning, they were not on time. We had to phone and messaged them several time but no response. After 45 minutes, they called back and reason given" they didn't know about our checkout time". Very bad timing and planning on their side.

Very clean! All the stuff works well. The view is amazing specially for sunrise! I personally love it soo much. The service from AbduRahman was great. Thank you!

Everything was perfect!

Excellent location with easy access to KLCC. There’s a café and a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs. Access cards were provided without any issues

Parking was quite expensive (around RM 28 per day if you leave the car parked). Beds and sheets were dusty and not properly cleaned. The master bedroom had a noticeable smell of smoke. The ironing board was broken — even the replacement didn’t work well. The master bedroom door doesn’t close properly, so it can’t be locked. Curtains and sofa were dusty and seemed unclean. The air conditioner in the second room was leaking. The third room was extremely small — just enough for a bed. Also, access to the pool and gym requires an additional RM 20 per person, which feels quite high for families.

Goede locatie in het centrum. Ruim genoeg met 3 slaapkamers. Wasmachine aanwezig en droogkast.

Fitness en zwembad zijn nog bij te betalen. Dat kan je uit de advertentie niet afleiden.

TV not working

Locatie is perfect, alles is makkelijk en snel geregeld. Max 10min wachten op de sleutel en uitchecken. Kamers waren ruim 2 badkamers, wasmachine en droger, drinkwater, was echt perfect.

L'établissement est très bien situé! Belle vue de l'appartement! l'hôte répond rapidement au demande.

Le ménage n'est fait qu'une fois par semaine. La piscine est payante c'est dommage! la troisième chambre petite sans fenêtre et la porte ne se ferme pas correctement...

Just maybe you can do some pest control regularly. But overall it’s still 10/10.

Verhuurder, hield zich niet aan de afspraken mbt langskomen voor eindcontrole. Tot middernacht moeten wachten, dat was niet prettig. Ook werd er door het personeel van het zwembad geklaagd over het feit dat verhuurders niet duidelijk waren over bijbetalen voor het zwembad (deed deze verhuurder wel, wij vonden het niet onze zaak hoe eea onderling is afgesproken, maar werden er dus wel op aangesproken). De algemene ruimtes waren erg smerig.

The appartment was big and modern, everything was clean and you had a nice view.

The appartment was not well isolated so we could hear everything outside despite being at 35th floor. And you had the constant noises of the lifts going up and down.

De locatie is fantastisch. Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is ook geweldig. De douche en badkamer zijn prima.

De bedden zijn erg klein,vooral als je langer dan 180cm bent. Er waren geen 3 slaapkamers maar slechts 2. Wij hadden gezien onze gezinssamenstelling juist 3 kamers gekozen. Daar werd uiteindelijk een soort oplossing voor gevonden maar niet ideaal. Het zwembad kost nog extra, iets wat ik niet gezien had.

The location and the view from the apartment was amazing! The convenience of having a supermarket at the lobby was great! It was more like a hotel than an apartment. Very nice and cozy!

We booked 3 apartments; one was very old (3bedroom) with very outdated furniture.. Other one didn't have a drier and no clothing rack either..

Piscina carísima, no está incluida en el precio. 4 € por persona, los niños también pagan 4 €. En mi caso éramos 5 personas por lo que cada día de piscina 20 €!!! Muchos otros alojamientos incluyen piscina gratis.

The apartment was not clear, everywhere water blocked, the staff was not helpful, the bed was dirty, there is blood on the bed. We had very bad experience with this hotel.
