Lokalizacja, blisko Watykan, metro, najważniejsze zabytki. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, codziennie nowe ręczniki, dwa razy w tygodniu wymieniona pościel. Ekspres do kawy, czajnik, klimatyzacja. Serdeczna pani Elizabetha.

The location of this building cannot be beat-a couple of blocks away from Vatican City and the Castel Sant'Angelo. Walking distance to most sites in Rome, though the hop-on-hop-off buses will be more comfortable for most. The building has an initial set of stairs to haul luggage up but has an old-fashioned elevator to take you to the correct floor. The room had AC, and was spacious enough for our son & us, and comfortable beds. There's no breakfast offered, but there are several markets nearby to get breakfast foods and a small refrigerator to store them in. Mrs. Elisabetta is full of information about how to get around the city, restaurants that are recommended, and is available for any questions via messaging.

We arrived ahead of schedule, tired from the early morning train ride from the port to the city and were only able to check in and drop off our luggage because Mrs. Elisabetta and her crew were still cleaning the rooms. However, we found a local restaurant and had some lunch and were refreshed enough to do a little sightseeing before returning to our newly cleaned rooms.

Perfectly located with a mix of a quiet well kept building and within walking diatance from major sightseeing points like Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican, to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, etc. Very clean place, very cozy, excellent services so I can only thank the host and promise to be back.

Nothing. But honestly, if summer heat wasn't as bad, I think we would've enjoyed Rome better. The facility itself is great.

La ubicación perfecta, la zona es muy bonita y hay buenos lugares para comer, hay un mini super mercado al lado. Fuimos en la ola de calor y el aire acondicionado de la habitación nos ayudo muchisimo. Todos los dias limpiaron la habitación y muy amable la señora que nos atendio.

Výborná lokalita v centru Říma.

Čista, uredna soba na odličnoj lokaciji. Domaćica je bila dostupna za sve potrebne informacije.

Дуже комфортні і чисті апартаменти, все працювало відмінно, в тому числі кондиціонер, при температурі +36 не давав збоїв. Наявність мінібару в спеку дуже корисна, особливо якщо там вже стоять по приїзді вода і сік. Навіть капці були в номері. Легке заселення і доступ. Цінні поради Єлізавети по транспорту, кафе і ресторанам. Дуже вдале розташування - по карті мені здавалось, що тільки Ватикан близько, саме туди мені було і потрібно, але виявилось, що дуже близько до центру. В останній день вранці пройшла до фонтану треві, пантеону і звісно у вас буде замок ангелу майже за рогом.

The location was perfect. The host was lovely and went out of their way to give us the best welcome.

The only complaint was the beds weren't very comfortable however after a busy day in Rome it didn't stop us getting a good sleep.

Increíblemente bien, limpio, a/a, mejor ubicado imposible, junto a paradas de autobús, a 5 minutos del metro, todos los días habitaciones limpias, máquina de cápsulas de café, unos dulces y zumos, por lo que puedes madrugar todo incluido en el precio. La señora, super amable.

Habitacion espaciosa y moderna

A very pleasant stay in Rome. Ms Elisabeth was very kind and welcoming, providing all the necessary instructions and helpful tips. The apartment has a great location in a nice and safe neighborhood, close to everything you need. It was clean, well equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Clean and easy to check in. Excellent value for money, I'd stay there again but ask for a slightly larger room.

Minor thing but it was hard to stop the toilet after you flush it, kept pressing the button but sometimes it wouldn't stop which was a waste of water and noisy. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioner was hard to adjust, like full on or full off, noisy when trying to sleep because room is small so you're basically right next to the AC.

Tolle Lage neben Engelsburg, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Prati ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Viertel mit tollen Lokalen. Elisabetta ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin.

Man hört die Straße. Viel Verkehr dort.

The location was fantastic. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping and in a very safe area near the Vatican. The hosts were lovely and met me at the apartment. The room was extremely clean and it was like staying at a hotel. The bathroom had all the amenities, and there was a mini fridge with coffee maker and the supplies. Also gave me a free water and juice. It is a great place for a single traveler. They also let me keep my luggage in the lobby until later in the afternoon.

The mattress was quite hard and it was a little noisy outside, but it would not stop me from staying again. I would suggest getting a mattress topper to make the beds a little more comfy.

Elizabeth was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. Felt safe in this location with easy access to the Vatican and many must see locations in Rome. The airport shuttle stop is a few meters from the location.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Elizabeth, the Administrative Manager, for her exceptional assistance during our stay at Guest House Della Valle Apartment in Rome. Ms. Elizabeth was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive throughout our visit. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made our experience smooth and enjoyable. My family and I had a truly pleasant stay for 5 days and 4 nights, and we are very grateful for the warm hospitality we received. Ms. Elizabeth's dedication and excellent service contributed greatly to making our trip memorable. Thank you, Ms. Elizabeth for your kindness and support.

One inconvenience was that the apartment has only one bathroom and toilet, which needed to be shared among four adults. This could be challenging, especially during busy morning and evening hours. For this reason, the unit may be more suitable for families rather than groups of friends travelling together.

A beautiful old building with refurbished spacious modern rooms. An amazing tall wooden front entry door. An old time elevator that was smooth as butter and worked like a charm for all of our luggage to the 3rd floor. Complimentary juice,coffee,tea,water, croissants, free wifi, guide to Rome's walkable city sights and the best host ever, Elizabetta! Thanks for a great stay! PS. Try the restaurant Margoo around the corner... Fabuloso!!

Can't think of a thing!

Staff molto disponibile per ogni evenienza, l’unica pecca è che siamo rimaste chiuse fuori dal portone a mezzanotte perché non ci avevano dato il codice per entrare nel palazzo! poi si è tutto risolto il giorno dopo… in tutto ciò la struttura è molto pulita e soprattutto vicina alla metto

Essa hospedagem fica num belíssimo prédio, não tem recepção presencial, o acesso recebi por SMS o código e tudo funcionou perfeitamente..Quarto confortável, bem equipado, frigobar. A localização é muito boa, vizinha ao Vaticano. Uma coisa conveniente foi o Ônibus do aeroporto parou praticamente em frente.

Não tive nenhum contratempo negativo.

The property was really clean & in a brilliant location. The communication from hosts was good.

We were slightly concerned to find an access card to access all rooms was kept in a public place. We needed this card as our individual room card was faulty, but this then meant we carried a card which would also access our neighbours rooms. This felt like it could be quite unsafe in the wrong hands.

We loved the location on Prati, close to many attractions but nice and peaceful. The room was comfortable and the AC kept us cool during the heat wave!

Lokalita byla vynikající pro lidí, kteří chtějí objevovat krásy Říma. Např. Vatikán - 10 minut, Koloseum - 40 minut pěšky. Zastávka autobusu z letiště 2 minuty. Metro - 10 minut. V okolí mnoho restaurací.

Je to pouze drobnost, ale uvítal bych na pokoji 2 talíře včetně příboru.

Kaldığımız yerin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Popüler yerlere daha yakın diye çok daha pahalı konaklamalar tercih etmek yerine burayı gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Havalimanından gelen otobüs neredeyse evin önünde indiriyordu ve birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Otobüs durakları da oldukça yakındı. Ev sahibi çok tatlı ve düşünceliydi. Doğum günümün yaklaşıyor olması nedeniyle hediye olarak şarap vermesi çok ince bir davranıştı, gerçekten çok kibardı. Binamız da oldukça otantik bir yapıya sahipti ve çevredeki insanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Odamız 3 kişi için biraz küçüktü ancak temizdi. Sıcak su gayet iyi çalışıyordu, yeterince tuvalet kağıdı vardı. Her gün düzenli olarak odamıza gelinip çöplerimiz alındı ve yataklarımız toparlandı. Eşyalarımız konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, güvenilir bir yerdi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, εξαιρετική η Ελίζαμπεθ που μιλάει ελληνικά, πολύ καθαρά, καφές κρουασάν χυμός και νερό κάθε πρωί, πολύ καλή περιοχή κοντά στο Βατικανό και στο κάστρο των αγγέλων

Расположение фантастическое. 5 минут ходьбы до Замка Ангела, 10 минут до Собора Святого Петра. Ходили пешком везде. Очень тихо было в номере, поскольку окно выходило во внутренний дворик. Рекомендую.

Struttura accogliente e pulita in posizione ottimale

Sijainti on erinomainen, jos haluat tavoittaa kaupungin esim. kävellen eri ilmansuuntiin. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja huomioon ottavaa. Huoneen siisteydestä majoittumisen aikana pidettiin huolta. Sänky oli erittäin hyvä selkäkipuiselle koska se oli riittävän napakka. Hintaansa nähden erinomainen valinta!

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ ωραία περιοχή δίπλα στο κάστρο των Αγγέλων. Κτίριο φανταστικό....δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο που δεν του έλειπε τίποτα. Η Ελίζαμπεθ που είναι η υπεύθυνη του καταλύματος είναι υπέροχη . Μας καλωσόρισε κατά την άφιξή , μας εξήγησε τα πάντα για το δωμάτιο και την περιοχή (λεωφορεια κτλ) και πληροφορίες για το που θα φάμε. Την ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ και το γεγονός ότι μιλάει και Ελληνικά έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο εύκολη.

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect—very close to the Sitbus stop to the airport. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since we arrived on an early morning flight, they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The building is old but has an elevator, which is a huge plus for anyone with luggage. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance.

Lage zwischen Vatikan und Engelsburg ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen. In der Nähe viele empfehlenswerte Restaurants und Bars. Stadtteil Prati insgesamt viel entspannter als die ziemlich überlaufene und hektische Altstadt von Rom. Gastfreundlicher Empfang in der kleinen Pension. Die 6 Zimmer mit Klimaanlage befinden sich im 3. Stock in einem historischen Gebäude mit sehenswertem Holzaufzug in Metallgitterschacht. Hauszugang mit Code - dieser wird vor dem Eintreffen (samt Video-Anleitung für Liftbedienung) auf Handy übermittelt. Tagsüber ist an Wochentagen Haustüre auch offen, gleich hinter dem Hauseingang ist dann auch ein Portier anzutreffen. Für Zimmer und Pensionseingang gibt es beim Einchecken eine Schlüsselkarte. Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Tee-Wasserkocher und verpackte Fertig-Croissants im Zimmer genügen für erstes Frühstück. Später ist in Rom an jeder Ecke mehr als genug Essbares für jeden Geschmack zu finden. Zimmergröße ausreichend. Zimmer Richtung Innenhof sind sicherlich ruhiger. Auf Straßenseite etwas Stadtverkehr zu hören, ist bei einer Städtereise aber normal.

Bei genauer Überlegung gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Über bauliche Kleinigkeiten, die einen charmanten Altbau ausmachen, muss hier nicht geschrieben werden. Es gibt auch genug Neubauten, wo nicht alles perfekt ist.

Väldigt bra läge. Rent och allt fungerade som det skulle. Smidigt med att flygbussen stannar precis utanför.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone! Skromne, ale czyste i ładne pokoje w budynku z zabytkową windą. Obiekt znajduje się na 3 piętrze, widok z okna bajka. Lokalizacja wymarzona, rzut beretem od najważniejszych punktów na mapie Rzymu. Najdalej jest do Koloseum, ale po drodze mijamy tak dużo ciekawych miejsc, że w ogóle nie czuć tej odległości. Cały Rzym zwiedzony pieszo! Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, codziennie uzupełniana lodówka wodą i soczkami, do tego mini bar z ekspresem do kawy i rogaliki na śniadanie w cenie. Po wymeldowaniu jest możliwość zostawić bagaż do dowolnej pory, z czego skorzystałyśmy, dzięki czemu zyskałyśmy jeszcze jeden pełny dzień zwiedzania. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.

W pokoju słychać odgłosy innych gości przechodzących przez wspólny korytarz, ale właściciel obiektu zapewnia stopery do uszu dla tych bardziej wrażliwych na dźwięki ;)

Heel goede locatie in een rustige buurt en toch centraal

Super lokalizacja, miła obsługa, pełne informacje dotyczące dojazdu na miejsce i poruszania się po okolicy, sympatyczna niespodzianka na powitanie, udogodnienia w pokoju . Dzięki Elizabeth, która nas przyjęła z otwartością udzielając wskazówek-nasz pobyt był bardzo udany, bez stresu towarzyszącemu poznawaniu nowego terenu.

Trochę ciemny i mały pokój jak dla 3 osób, choć tak naprawdę wracaliśmy tam tylko spać.

Blízko Vatikánu, krásný čistý dům, jednoduché otevírání vstupních dveří i dveří do bytu ( magnetická karta ). Paní majitelka k dispozici na telefonu celý den ( nepotřebovali jsme )

o O quarto era muito confortável, limpo, arejado, com um banheiro muito bom, chuveiro quente, toalhas limpas, gostamos de tudo, local silencioso e seguro, o atendimento foi ótimo, pessoas educadas, atenciosas, solícitas. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no Guest House della Valle Roma
