I don't know what happened to this place, but I stayed here last year as well, and unfortunately, the cleanliness has gotten noticeably worse. I remember using the pool during my previous stay, but this time it was far too dirty to even get in. When I arrived in my room, I found male hair in the sink, which made it look like the bathroom had barely been cleaned. The floor was also extremely dirty and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. Several facilities were also broken, including the bathroom bin and the light switch. I couldn't even turn off the bathroom light because of the broken switch. Overall, the place felt very dirty, especially the bathroom. The bedsheets and towels also had visible stains, which was disappointing. The bathroom was probably the biggest issue. There is no shower hose, only a rain shower, and the water ends up covering almost the entire bathroom floor, including around the toilet. This means that even if you just want to use the toilet later, you have to deal with water all over the floor. It's a shame because I had a much better experience here last year. The cleanliness and maintenance really need significant improvement.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war mega. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und wir hatten einen kleinen Pool zum abkühlen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.

Es gab keine Duschkabine, deshalb stand das ganze Bad nach dem duschen unter Wasser. Außerdem hatten wir kein Handtuch zum Hände abtrocknen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice. Location was good easy to get grab to center. Pool was lovely.

Cleaning should be improved. On arrival, floor was not mopped, ants running around the bed and floor. Staff done their best to get rid of them but issue persisted. House keeping come in very quickly in the morning change toilet tissue and towels but not clean anywhere. Staff only change sheets when you ask. Most loungers by the pool are broken.

Ho soggiornato nell’hotel per 2 notti. L’hotel è in una buona zona, fuori dal centro che è molto caotico, ma abbastanza vicino - circa 10 minuti in motorino. L’hotel è carino, la colazione buona e il personale gentile e sempre disponibile.

Dejlige stille omgivelser. Morgenmaden var god, gode værelser samt skønt med mulighed for dyp i poolen. Vi tjekkede ud midt om natten da vi skulle til Mount Batur, nemt og uden problemer

衛生面です。 タオルは毎日交換してくれてましたが、バスタオルのみで、フロアマットは滞在期間ずっと交換されてませんでした。 あと、蟻の死骸がたくさん部屋にありました。

La chambre était humide avec les murs qui dégoulinaient d'eau, j'ai dû insister pour changer de chambre. La salle de bain n'est pas pratique car lorsqu'on prend sa douche c'est toute la salle de bain qui est trempée. Les transats extérieurs sont très abîmés voir cassés. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas fait avec des aliments frais.

Unfassbar schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft! Das Frühstück war super lecker! Alles in allem absolute Empfehlung - Preis- Leistung mehr als Top! Bisschen außerhalb von Ubud, aber mit nem ca. 30 minütlichen Spaziergang trotzdem super erreichbar! Das Personal ist unfassbar lieb und hilfsbereit! Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Wie auf den Bildern abgebildet

Neben dem Hotel finden momentan Baumaßnahmen statt, daher morgens ab ca. 8 Uhr Baulärm! Hat uns nicht weiter gestört, allerdings bisschen blöd! Daher nur 9 von 10 Punkten!

시내와의 접근성도 꽤 좋고 주변에 괜찮은 식당과 카페도 많아요.룸과 수영장 모두 깨끗하게 관리되고 아침도 정말 맛있어요!! 직원분들도 모두 친절하셔서 즐거운 시간 보냈어요. 무엇보다 조용하고 차분한 공간이라 편하게 쉬기에 좋아요.

员工友善，酒店很漂亮，房间设施也还不错，洗手盆水龙头是可以活动的，好评！酒店对面就是一家本地人推荐的日料店，味道还行（按当地物价来说也是真的贵…）

入住弄错了订单，订的双床，给成大床了，不过小哥马上把床铺换好了，不影响。还有就是泳池虽然好看，但是感觉有一点点脏。酒店位置离皇宫稍远。

Property was very clean, and cleaners and staff very attentive. Pool is lovely and nice and quiet area.

Walls paper thin so could hear everything from the room next door. The beds by the pool need replaced. Most of them are broken

L’emplacement au calme juste génial, service en chambre et une gentillesse, par contre le prenez pas le massage car le service déplorable, ce n’est pas l’hôtel mais un service extérieur qu’ils viennent le faire sur votre lit sachant que eux viennent d’extérieur et se mettent sur votre lit et le massage pas top en plus elle été sur son téléphone sinon le restaurant trop bon et le personnel de l’hôtel très gentil

Il y a de la construction juste à côté donc pas mal de bruit jusqu’au moins 21h et ça sentait beaucoup le cramer en fin de journée ça prenez beaucoup dans la chambre insupportable

It’s a perfect place to relax—quiet and refreshing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the facilities overall met our expectations.

I think some cleaning details could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. They look a bit worn and stained, and certain areas of the floor and the sink could benefit from deeper cleaning and polishing.

tucked not too far away from everything, the place serves its name, as it is as tranquil as it could be. not mamy people are staying here so it's less noisy. the morning and afternoon light by the pool were gorgeous, and the breakfast was splendid. really enkoyed my stay here.

The breakfast was truly excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was very tasty. The cappuccino was also great — just like in a café. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, and the service and facilities were of a high standard. I also appreciated the bathroom amenities and the refrigerator in the room. Additionally, I made use of the laundry service, which was very convenient.

The biggest issue for me was the bathroom layout. The shower was not separated from the toilet area in any way, so every time I took a shower, water ended up all over the bathroom floor. This meant that, despite staying in a hotel, you had to clean up the floor yourself if you did not want to walk through water when using the toilet. The shower setup was a major downside for me and highly impractical. If you are staying for several days and showering daily, as most people do, this quickly becomes very inconvenient and was one of the biggest negatives of my stay. Another issue was the swimming pool. The water looked genuinely dirty and cloudy. I have stayed in various villas across Bali, many of which had pools, and I have never encountered pool water in this condition. The water was noticeably murky, which was another significant disappointment for me. I also have to agree with what many other guests have mentioned: the property looks very different from the photos. The pictures seem to have been taken when the villa was new. Currently, it is quite obvious that the property has aged and would benefit from renovation in several areas. For example, there were scuffed and worn walls, the sink was showing signs of deterioration, and the bathroom fixtures were in poor condition. Overall, the accommodation no longer reflects the standard shown in the Booking.com photos, and the property would greatly benefit from refurbishment and modernization.

Don’t be fooled by photos and discounts. The facility is worn out, the pool is dirty and overall I would NOT recommend staying here. The 24/7 desk is fake - they failed to charge me at checkout so I needed to spend extra on SWIFT fees because they could not provide me Visa or Master Card.

Voici un ensemble de petits détails qui ne sont pas dramatiques mais qui nous a semblé surprenant de rencontrer dans un hôtel à presque 1000$ la semaine : - Pour le petit déjeuner tous les éléments (boisson et plats) sont à choisir par personne, sauf pour l'assiette de fruit : c'est une seule maximum par chambre (donc si vous êtes seul dans votre chambre vous avez la chance d'avoir une assiette de fruits pour vous mais si vous êtes deux il va falloir partager en deux la même quantité de fruits..) - Le lait végétal est en supplément pour le café (donc techniquement le petit déjeuner n'est pas gratuit si vous êtes intolérant au lactose) - Dans la chambre vous n'avez que 2 serviettes de douche. Même si elles sont remplacées tous les jours c'est un peu curieux de ne pas avoir de serviette pour les mains à côté du lavabo - L'étendoire à serviettes est situé pile au dessus de la cuvette des toilettes - La salle de bain est petite et la douche est complètement ouverte ce qui met de l'eau partout. Mais ce qui complique vraiment la chose c'est que l'évacuation de l'eau semble presque bouchée donc l'eau de la douche s'accumule en une flaque qui finit par inonder tout le sol de la salle de bain - Au sujet de la piscine, les transats sont vieux et la moitié d'entre eux ont le système de réglage du dossier qui est cassé (donc sont utilisables uniquement en position totalement horizontale) - Il n'y a qu'un seul parasol disponible - Les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas fournies dans les chambres, elles sont laissées sur les transats de piscine, elles prennent l'humidité la nuit et sentent le moisie (Idem pour les matelas des transats)

The room - AMAZING! the bed was so so comfy! The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful! Breakfast was incredible. One of the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel and the coffee! Swimming pool, did our laundry such a lovely stay! We extended for 2 more days!

Is on the out skirts of Ubud but you know that before booking so get a bike to get around

Couldn’t complete the stay as there was construction noise right outside the room, and the hotel and rooms do not look anything like the pictures.
