Booked this place for second time. Room was nice, very quite place and AC worked well. Check-in was fast and the staff spoke good. It’s a 10-min walk to the main market. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Will definitely book again when we visit again. Highly recommend for families!

They should keep it up with cleanness and upgrades the room

The building in general has potential, it's a shame that it's all dirty and decaying and what is the most absolute neglect.

The photos of the rooms must be at least 15 years old, and they've never been maintained. They gave us a room where when you turned on the tap, the water ran straight onto the floor and flooded it. Everything was dirty, rusty, or unkempt. I took a video to show it to the front desk, but unfortunately I can't attach it (but I attach some screenshot from it). They changed our room, but it was still old and unkempt. We also chose the place for the pool, which wasn't usable, and of course we hadn't been told about it. Even worse, we happened to be there during Nepal's election days, and we weren't told we couldn't do any activities that day. But I still have the message where my specific question was answered: "Don't worry, we'll organize everything once you are here." When we arrived the afternoon before, we discovered we wouldn't be able to do anything the next day, missing the safari by 4 hours and not seeing any rhinos. We had a two-night reservation, but after the first night we left. Avoid this place!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities worth for the price. The hotel's location was perfect for someone who liked calm,peaceful, and greeny vibe. and the breakfast was delicious you can add more items woth extra paid. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is cosy and comfortable combined with good food. Though the location , on the first hand looks a bit inside but it's near to the elephant rides and other activities. If you have a vehicle you can easily roam around sauraha easily. The staff are cooperative and active.

I appreciated my stay at the hotel, nice staff, cleaned rooms, and great garden with swimming pool!

Localisation is not in the center but it's not a problem, you can take easily a tuk tuk for cheap, and the hotel is very calm.

A rhino passed through the hotel grounds, was incredible to see.

We recently spent a wonderful stay with our family and it was absolutely fantastic! The kids loved the outdoor garden and theres a cute white rabbit they play with, while the adults enjoyed making tiktok. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially with our little ones. The family suites were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The resort's atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it perfect for our family vacation. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for families!"

We were little bit bothered by the bugs around the garden. Given the weather, we expected it. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but you have to watch the kids.

Quiet place. Polite people. Room was nice

Staff was not pro-active. Shower was not warm. We were woken up at 7:50 in the morning by the room phone to ask for breakfas while we came home very late at night. No plans, no activities offered by the hotel. It just didn’t feel warm but maybe it isn’t supposed to be. I think its just for big commercial groups

1.Was peaceful location.but distrubed by loud music playing in wedding near by hotel 2.Hot water almost not available for shower.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with small front porches make for a cozy stay and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the manager genuinely helpful in all affairs! I very much enjoyed my stay and will happily return upon my next visit in to Chitwan!

The bathroom needs serious maintenance there was water leaking, and the windows for the bathroom need to be covered
