The location is incredibly convenient and a very strategic spot for going places. It’s clean, nice, and within comfortable walking distance to major spots around town. Overall, so far so good!

We found some small bugs around the house during our stay, which could be improved with better pest control.

Food for breakfast can be cooked by yourself because kitchen utensils are provided. Maybe the host can add some spoons and forks, cups and glasses for family guests with more than 3 people. If you don't want to cook, you can also eat at the restaurants and cafes below which are very close and are a tourist attraction. You only need to walk to the big market which has a variety of very interesting foods. Many souvenirs can also be found in the nearby area and it is very easy to get public transportation. But we used our own vehicle and parked the car in a comfortable parking lot only need to pay for parking because parking is not provided. But the car is safer to park in the parking lot at the top of the Citadines Hotel building even though it is paid. And also very interesting location, strategic, beautiful view, easy to get various foods because there are many grocery stores, supermarkets, big markets, souvenir shops and so on. The host is also very caring, responsive and Sharia compliant, especially for Muslim guests. There is a prayer mat and a prayer cloth for prayer facilities. Maybe in the future, a pair of telekungs can also be provided for women. The room I stayed in has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and a sofa bed, 2 children can sleep very comfortably. Although the space is not too big, it is possible to pray in berjemaah for parents and 2 children. The view is very interesting because you can see the sea and the city. Highly recommended, especially for families that are not too big. If there are too many people, you can take 2 rooms. Overall, I am satisfied and thank you, host.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only issue we experienced was with the elevator, which took quite a long time when going up and down the building. Other than that, everything was excellent..

The location is superb. If you are cooking, then this is the place for you.

The aircond is not too cold even though i have set the tempt to 16°c. I have to on the ceiling fan. And the utensils is not enough. If you have children more than 2, please bring some utensil from home. If it is lesser then that, it is all alright.

Elevators (there are 4) are ridiculous, very busy building and apartment on 20th floor. Took 15-20mins for elevator, we walked down the stairs. Not the properties fault but inconvenience added to stay. Was a weekend so may have been bad time. Booked for 5 ppl, had 3 beds made up, 3 terrible towels and told that is all that’s available. No linen provided for sofa bed (which is quite worn and uncomfortable). Not good enough when you have to go and purchase your own bedding!

Stay selama 5H4M.. Ni Kali ke-2 menginap di QILALA 1. Staff (Lina) diminta plastik sampah, sampai ke Hari cekout pun muncul2 plastik sampah nya.. Guest dah usaha utk mbuang sampah ke tmpt khusus, cuma perlu sediakan plastik sampah jerr pun di homestay tu.. 2. Owner at least follow up keperluan guest..

Facilities lengkap.. memudahkan sepanjang penginapan..

The staf (Lina) too rigid... Acting like owner @ Bos... Belum cukup jam cekout Dia dh berdiri dimuka pintu.. menghalau secara halus..

Second time book here. Parents suka sebab walkable to nearest local spot. Tak crowded utk tunggu lift sebab bukan public holiday. Building level bawah ada convenience store.

For now tak ada isu.

Apartament is ok. Clean and comfortable.

Swimming pool in building open till early afternoon which was disappointing.

Ubicación frente al mercado. Las vista son espectaculares. Muy amplio, todo en buen estado y limpio. Cocina más que completa. Además con piscina! Reservamos a última hora, por un problema en otro hotel y no hubo ningún problema, en un momento teníamos nuestro apartamento.

The studio is comfortably equipped and if there's something to quibble about, they provided a tiny soap bar only & it's the fact that there's a washing machine but no detergent provided. Then again, the sundry shop is just a walk downstairs & you're loaded with options of which is best for your clothes! Location was perfect. It is literally across the street to where the famous craft markets are, plenty of food around and massage parlors to relieve those tired muscles. True to it's name, it is dual view. A city view on the living room area and partial sea with fishing boats on the bedoom area. Bedroom is a queen + single, with pillows and blankets. The sofa bed could probably sleep 3, but it comes without a blanket, just planned your PJs wear & you're all set! TV comes with Netflix.

Parking is paid but it's RM 1 per hour, you're only given one access card but it's really not the host's fault :)

It's in the middle of the city, the place is considerably well equipped and comfortable. Very nice view from the room.

夕飯どきに大雨となったが市場が通りを渡ってすぐで助かった。向かいにはスーパーが入った建物もあるし好立地。

whatsappがこの国では当たり前のツールになっているがDLしておらずbooking.comで連絡をとったがレスポンス悪く鍵の受け渡しがわかりづらい

Clean and beautiful unit. Complete includes washing machine and internet. Worth to stay

The lift. We hate it especially during check out. We wait for ages and lastly we have to use stairs from level 20 to go to Ground floor. Bad experience.

I liked this place because it’s comfortable for a small family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The price was affordable, the view was amazing, and it has full facilities—even a washing machine, water filter (Cuckoo), rice cooker, and refrigerator, which made our stay really convenient!

The only thing I didn’t like was the slow internet.

The host failed to resolve any of the complaints I made,gross negligence on his part. The only reply I had from the host regarding my many complaints was “ me speak no English” he wouldn’t answer phone and despite me sending many photos of the disgusting apartment he wouldn’t respond. Filthy dirty apartment,thick layers of dust everywhere,disgusting white stains on sofa,air conditioning didn’t work,leak in bathroom which left the bathroom flooded with 3 inches of water,shower was cold and did not work,beer cans left on a very unsafe and disgustingly dirty balcony.I would never recommend this place to anyone.Many hidden charges on the booking.

The view was magnificent, the best! You get to enjoy the mountain view, the ocean view as well as the city view. The location was very strategic as well, you can just walk up your way around the area.

Could be better if there was microwave to reheat our foods. Nonetheless, the apartment provides induction cooker to warm up the foods, which suffice.

Well decorated room, completely furnish & can cook & wash clothes too.

It was a bit dusty, as if it has been abandon for some time. Or perhaps the owner didn’t clean it up before we check in.
