Not good views, remote from shops and restaurants, if you do not have a car. Sound carries. A couple with a toddler arrived at around 12pm next door. The toddler was crying for ages. It was difficult to sleep.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026It was clean, neat We received a basket of fruit and a large desert for our Anniversary Loved the Buffet Breakfast, a large spread, especially loved the lamb sausages and lamb ribs, we do not eat pork or beef , so we were very pleased.
The lifts were not working It was very inconvenient to walk through the restaurant and use the kitchen lifts, very noisy And also to bring the luggage and down through all the stairs

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The food was well catered for and over the required expectation. Some staff were friendly and aided when needed. The conference room was nice catered and the IT guy made sure to check all was set up correctly. The bar on the 8th floor had amazing coctails.
My room was not cleaned on the last day of my stay and my towels were not cleaned for two days. Some of the staff were not friendly. I saw two guys at the concierge desk and greeted them with a smile and they looked at me with no response. The location was as if I was in Sandton with just buildings around and no access to any shops. There is no actual shuttle to and from the airport unless you pay for a private service.
