Exclusive residence next to Zürich main station

Location was great. Facility was lovely.

Apartment door lock was temperamental - difficult to lock especially from the outside.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. The room was well sound proofed despite the proximity to the station. Tonio was very helpful and stored our luggage for us.

It was very hot when we stayed. We couldn’t keep the windows open at night due to the station noise. Stairs could be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

The apartment was a 5 minute walk from Zurich HB. A co- op market shop was across the road, which was extremely handy for picking up milk, fruit, etc. we were aware that the apartment had no lift and we had to go up three flights of stairs so if you are unable to carry yourself or luggage up stairs this apartment is not for you. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was brilliant! Walkable to the main shops, lake and churches, museums. Really enjoyed our stay. Tonio was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this apartment to family and friends. Thank you

Der Stil, die Farben und die Materialien in dem hübschen Einzimmerappartement haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir lieben Altbau! Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch perfekt ausgestattet (kleiner Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, etwas Geschirr etc.). Die Lage ist sehr zentral und in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs gelegen. Der Vermieter war über WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

An dem langen Wochenende war es extrem heiß in Zürich, so dass wir nachts die Fenster öffnen mussten. Ohne Ohrstöpsel hätten wir wegen des permanenten Quietschen der Züge aber nicht schlafen können. Der große Ventilator im Raum hat immerhin für ein wenig Luft gesorgt.

Only got the code to the key box 1/2 hour before arrival time. The key box is through a ground floor gate, and you have to be on the ground to retrieve it. We were watched by people around, so didn’t feel very safe doing this. It seems the owner lives on the premises, so surely could be arranged better

We stayed 7 nights at this Exclusive Residence and were very happy with our choice. The location is one of the biggest strengths — it’s literally 3 minutes walk to Zürich HB main station, 5 minutes to the Sihlquai bus station (perfect for day trips to the Alps), and just across the street from a large COOP supermarket. We also walked to the Swiss National Museum in 5 minutes and reached the Old Town and lake in about 15–20 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, so eating options were always convenient.The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. The room facilities are in good shape, the bed and pillows were very comfortable for a good night’s sleep after long day trips, and the windows have solid soundproofing (we slept well even though we’re close to the station area).Special mention to the host, Tonio, who was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from booking to check-out.We highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a convenient, comfortable base for exploring Zurich and the Swiss Alps. We would definitely stay here again!

The kitchenette was practical, though it would have been even better if it included a microwave.

It was very well located with short distance to shops and restaurants as well as main train station. The room was beautiful and spacious, comfortable bed and shower had a good pressure.

It was quite hot and we had to keep the windows opened to air it. But with windows opened it was quite noisy from the train station. I'd think a fan would be a good solution.

Alles war erwartungsgemäss und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist einwenig gewöhnungsbedürftig...aber sonst war alles zu meiner vollen Zurfriedenheit. Ein tolles bequemes Bett.

Der Einrichtungsstil war nicht meins...aber sowas ist halt Geschmackssache.

Property has Camera inside!! and you are being filmed 24/7, the carpet under the bed stinks moldy, and there are no linen on the bed and Pillow. Rude handling of Problems from the owner.

No privacy. The owner sleeps in the same apartment, the rooms are separated by one door that the owner can open. Personal items of the owner scattered everywhere, as if I was visiting.

Eher Kleinigkeiten, die nicht wirklich ins Gewicht fallen: Offenes Bad/Dusche mit Glaswand in den Raum (für Paare wie uns kein Problem, aber sicher nicht jedermanns Sache); Raum ist nur mit einfacher Tür von der Nachbarwohnung abgetrennt; Keine richtige Küche wie in manch anderen Appartments, auch Ausstattung wie Geschirr entsprechend (sollte man wissen)

If you are ‘light sleeper’ please mind there is train tracks just next to the building and you can hear noise quite strongly. We didn’t mind.

В квартире есть шампунь, туалетная бумага, гель для душа . Ортопедические подушки . Приятные одеяла. Красивая посуда из Zara home Все сделано соответствующем ретро стиле. В квартире красивые потолки Кондиционера нет но есть вентилятор Нам было не холодно и не жарко С кровати видно душевую, там стекло, это хорошо для пар. Мы останавливались всего на одну ночь и нам было очень удобно расположением, мы с мужем успели посмотреть весь Цюрих . Спасибо

What a beautifully presented apartment. Such a great location right near the main train station. All we needed for our 2 night stay was provided. Communication was also very good.

It was nice to be close to the train station and some restaurants. The room was big enough for us to spread out and relax. Nicely decorated, and bright with big windows and lots of lights.

There were no comfortable pillows on the bed, just two small hard cushions. Instead we used our travel pillows. Please supply decent pillows for a better review.

Breakfast was not provided: just a few coffee capsules.

No elevator: we struggled to get our suitcase up and down three flights of stairs. Pillows were as hard as a rock. No television. Only 1 comfortable chair: the other 3 were wobbly and cheap. We were unable to sit up and read. No soap in the shower: used the hand soap from the bathroom sink.

The room is very much as shown in the photos. Everything was spotless. I liked the coffee machine and the kettle, tea and coffee. Everything is in good working order. The apartment is centrally located; most places in the centre are within walking distance. The place is great.

I prefer to sleep with windows open. Given proximity to the train station, one can hear the trains early in the morning. If you keep the windows closed for the night, it is not a problem at all.

Le studio appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. La déco a été faite avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement est parfait nous avons pu marcher vers plusieurs attractions touristiques. Il y a un supermarché juste devant, très pratique. Je recommande!

Troisième étage sans ascenseur avec les valises lourdes c'est difícil mais c'est faisable avec un effort.

Nos gustó mucho habernos hospedado aquí, fue un lugar muy cómodo, súper bien ubicado, fácil de moverte a todas partes tanto caminando como en tren. Muy cómodo el apartamento con todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda y la ducha también, amplio dado que es Zurich y en frente un súper donde puedes encontrar productos de buena calidad y gran variedad. La comunicación muy bien desde un inicio, check in fácil. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar.

It's a good location if you're travelling by train and just staying for the short term.

There's no kitchen despite the advertisement claiming a kitchenette. Washing dishes in a bathroom sink is not appropriate. A coffee machine is of little use if there are no pods for it. There was a kettle. The advertisement mentioned reception staff speaking multiple languages but there were none physically present - just a whatsapp conversation. The advertisement mentions private check-in and check out services but it should really say "back yard treasure hunt in the rain for the keys". It would have been helpful to know that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. It is as though the advertiser has gone to some lengths to misdescribe the property and it's features to obscure the points that I have made above. It's not helpful when advertisers pump up the description of their apartment to gain more visits. In fact it's misleading to describe the apartment in the way that it has been.

Close to the railway station, many restaurants nearby, several supermarkets nearby

No privacy screen between shower and bed, no air-conditioning on hot nights, no lift makes it hard to climb stairs with suitcases

Loved the building and the location. Tastefully decorated room with ample space. Super bed. Great to have the blinds to close. The room was discounted : )

It was incredibly warm in the apartment upon arrival. I had to open the two windows to cool down the room, although it was in the middle of winter.

My wife and I loved this comfortable short term apartment. This place was in a very convenient location! Right next-door to the train station, close to old town and amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment alone was very clean, very quiet and beautifully styled. The host was very responsive. If we come back to Zurich, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Really cute studio apartment that couldn't be more central literally a minute walk from the main station. Really affordable for Zurich too. Very easy check in and check out. Good host.

Really big bed but all the duvets were way too small. Pillows weren't great either. No kitchen sink - so no option for tap water and unable to clean dishes really.
