Die Umgebung hat mir sehr gut gefallen; alles war nah beieinander und gut erreichbar. Die Geschäfte im Erdgeschoss sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen, und die Wohnung selbst ist zwar etwas heruntergekommen, aber in Ordnung – definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Die Tatsache, dass manche Leute dort rauchen müssen, der Aufzug ständig außer Betrieb ist, das Internet miserabel ist, es an Geschirr und Kochutensilien mangelt und man seine Geräte nicht aufladen kann, weil es keine Steckdosen gibt – alles in allem braucht es etwas Eingewöhnungszeit.

Около зеркала нет розетки. Невозможно сделать укладку около зеркала, пришлось делать это, используя телефон вместо зеркала. И в квартире сильно пахнет сигаретами. Когда долго находишься там, перестаёшь чувствовать, но после улицы заходишь и запах сбивает с ног 😅

The unit was large and clean. It is very near The Bukit Nanas and Dang Wangi stations, so moving around KL is no problem.

The flooring needs an update/repair.

The apartment had everything I was looking for, and the host was super friendly. The location is also great, only a 15-minute walk to Petronas' twin towers. There is also a grocery downstairs that opens 24/7

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso e pulito. Vista stupenda. Posizione perfetta. All’interno del palazzo ci sono supermercati e ristoranti.

Great location. Had washing machine. Nice having shops and restaurants in the lobby of the hotel.

Didn’t have full kitchen equipment. The sofa was very used and sagging and the bed was a standard double so quite small. The place could do with a freshen up and lick of paint. Could do with new shower head also.

For the price charged, this hotel was a major disappointment. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly, with visible signs of poor hygiene throughout. Common areas also felt unclean and poorly maintained. On top of that, customer service was extremely poor. The person managing my room was unhelpful and dismissive when issues were raised. (It’s worth noting that this particular room was independently managed, so other rooms in the hotel may be better maintained) A big part of my holidays is spending time inside the hotel and actually enjoying the space, but this place didn’t make me want to stay in the room at all. Overall, it felt overpriced for a very low standard, and I would not recommend staying here.

Struttura nel centro di KL, host gentilissimo ed accogliente. Pulizia ottima. Appartamento moderno e dotato di ogni comfort.

Location was very good.

In need of attention. Had to call owner several times with issues. In fairness he always responded quite quickly. Cleaning and fresh towels only once a week. Needs a deep clean Gym would be very good if they repaired the equipment. Jacuzzi closed not sure why

No wifi...Not provide soap...Bed abit dirty...

TV con toma europea y los enchufes son de toma inglesa! La puerta del baño estaba podrida, el sofá quemado y las mesas estaban rotas! El apartamento dejaba mucho que desear

Die Lage ist echt super, man kann zu Fuß zu den Patrona Towers gehen und zwei Bahn Stationen sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Man sieht das die Möbel nicht mehr die neuesten sind, das tut dem ganzen aber nichts ab. Außerdem gibt es einen Waschtrockner. Wir haben zwar nur die Wäschefunktion genutzt, diese hat wunderbar funktioniert. Der Host war sehr nett. Wir konnten das Gepäck bereits früher abgeben. Zum Check-in einfach auf der Nummer per WhatsApp anrufen/ eine Nachricht schicken.

Wie bereits geschrieben, ist das Gebäude leider sehr hellhörig. Wer einen sehr leichten Schlaf hat, für den ist das Zimmer nichts. Außerdem gibt es leider nur sehr wenige Liegen am Pool. Hier kann es passieren, dass man kenne mehr bekommt.

The location is good, walking distance to twin Petronas,close to the train station etc The wifi was included in the rate and it was good, except this one time maybe for few hours it was not working. But ended up getting sorted out the same day. collecting the keys was easy but felt so rushed and not formal. the unit is in high floor which was good

There is a formal-looking reception area with two individuals who appeared to be guards, though they were mostly just sitting there and not actively assisting. The reception itself seems more decorative, as check-in is handled differently-someone meets you in the lobby to collect the cash deposit and hand over the keys, all done rather informally in the middle of the space. Unfortunately, the entire floor had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. Despite the room being labeled as non-smoking, it also had a strong smoke odor, which may be due to guests opening and closing doors, allowing the smell to spread throughout. As for the amenities, the pool and gym were quite disappointing. The gym had only two or three working machines, and overall didn’t feel inviting or well-maintained. The pool was constantly crowded with children throughout the day, turning it into more of a noisy playground than a relaxing space. The rooms are not soundproof, a little pulling of chairs from the neighbor so loud and passersby the passage are loud when you sleeping. the other guests are not considerate with the banging of the doors

We had a great stay in the apartment. Great location, comfortable bed, AC, clean, great pool downstairs, metro and monorail close by. Good communication by host.Thank you.

Air extractor above oven was not working and a couple of power plugs by kitchen bench. Made it a little difficult to use toaster and electric jug. We managed and still had a great stay.

Very good location, in the center, 10-15 minutes by walking to Petronas Tower, but you can see them even closer. Restaurants near and 2 markets. Nice pool, good price The bed a bit small but very comfortable.

When I needed assistance, they went out of their way to help, even at an unconventional hour, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much for the exceptional service!

The apartment was clean, central, close to the centre or the train station. In the ground floor there is a small shop and coffee. The personal was nice and answer fast. It was a good choice to stay in Kuala Lumpur. You have to pay in cash as announced but there are plenty of ATM in the building.

Near to the train station, the host was very friendly and cooperative and helped us for each and everything what we needed .

I liked the location of the unit, the balcony view, the internet speed, the smart TV, and the bed.

I didn't like the sofa, the washing machine wasn't working and the little ants.

The flat was spacious, comfortable clean and tidy. It is well located, at a walking distance to the Petronas Towers and a train/metro station, which is very convenient to go to KL Sentral, especially to connect to the airport. The shower is good and with good temperature (hot water) and pressure, the body wash provided is excellent. The flat has hair drier, a laundry machine and they also provide the soap, which is quite helpful. A couple of bottles of water are provided, which you can refill in floor 11, where the swimming pool is. Air conditioner works well. There are tables to eat and a desk to work. Swimming pool and gym The tourist information office is just 6-10minutes walk from the flat and they provide excellent information and services. There are a couple of shops opened 24hours, which is really excellent. (You can even buy souvenirs!!) Overall good experience, I would stay again in here.

Probably I would suggest to provide a few tea bags and a couple of coffee sachets, which could be a very good plus. However, this didn't bother me at all. At the arrival staff was a bit "dry" and not that friendly. You don't get advice or tips in terms of tourism or things to do. The service is just checking you in and passing the keys. It was fine to me, but a bit of more friendlyness and some city/travel tips would be benefitial. Swimming pool closes at 10pm, A sidebed table would be helpful to put the water A kitchen towel would be good to be able to dry/clean the dishes.

Room was very specious. Had all the amenities. I would totally recommend them. Plus point for Bangladeshi people. Property is managed by Bangladeshi people. They are very friendly and active.

One-bedroom apartments were booked through booking as a novelty at a very good price. Lived in app. B-29-02 one week at the end of April 2024 . Together with taxes, the day cost $25.6. This is a fair price for this particular apartment. +++ 👇 1. Good location. Close to various attractions, near the metro station and monorail station, within walking distance of a large NSK grocery hypermarket with products at low prices. 2. Large footage (60 meters). 3. Separate bedroom. It has a high-quality clean air conditioner. 4. Very fast Internet (more than 200 MB/sec). 5. There is a balcony with very beautiful views of the city. 6. The price includes a swimming pool with jacuzzi and a gym. In this recreation area, you can also get clean drinking water or make yourself coffee/tea. 7. High 29th floor and beautiful views from all windows. 8. The apartment was very clean. Bed linen, towels, tableware, a comfortable pot, there were also hygiene products. 9. It didn't stinch. There is no smell of cigarettes. There are no insects. 10. The apartment is located furthest from the elevators. The quietest place on the floor. 11. It was easy to move in and out. We talked comfortably with the manager.

The stove warms up very weakly and often makes clicks, the microwave inside is rusty, the washing machine must be washed from plaque and powder residues, the lid falls off in the electric kettle, the air conditioner in the living room should be cleaned of mold, the frying pan cannot be used - everything burns, the flooring in the toilet looks strange (but convenient), there are stains and cracks on the walls, floor and countertop in the kitchen. 2. The furniture is not suitable for people with a height above 1.75 meters. The bed is short in length - 1.9 meters. A very small sofa in the living room. Small dining chairs. 3. Noise from the street. Earplugs in the ears helped us sleep. Without them, motorcyclists on both roads can be heard very loudly at night. And at 5:40-6:00 am the first prayer in the mosque begins. You can hear it, too. 4. They give only one key. 5. The access card for entering/exiting the building worked poorly. 6. There was an unusual smell on the floor. But it didn't get to the apartment.
