Breakfast is good but nothing spectacular. The room is decent size and the ambience is great. However, the wifi is extremely unstable and tops at about 1mbps. The wifi was clearly below expectations for the price paid, the wifi signal was so bad that I had to call off from doing my business for 3days. If wifi is priority then you should consider looking elsewhere.

I have booked one room for 3 adults and 1 minor. However, 2 rooms were booked instead. I did not mind that though charges increased. However I was surprised when staff told me that I have to pay 2500 per day over and above 23000 I paid because I will be staying 3 in one room and one in other room. That sounds stupid as why will 4 persons with 2 rooms will stay in such a way: 3 in one room & 1 in other and still pay extra as we are staying as extra person in one room. I asked how so. They told me that the rooms are booked in this way only. Thankfully, the booking details at booking app showed it 2+2. Still staff continue to argue that they have obtained booking from app in such way. Based on details in app, they did not charge extra but till last second of my stay, they continued to say that i should have been charged extra and it is their greatness that they have allowed me to stay without extra charge. I asked who is wise enough to stay 3 +1 in two room and pay extra when even a fool will stay 2+2 with no extra charge. I requested to apply some common sense but to no effect. Finally i closed the discussion but i was frustrated and pledged not to stay there again.

Its too noisy i was there for two night i cant sleep both night too much noice of furniture and all doors feeling like discomfort due to no sleep plzz this must be improve there

Excellent property in Navi Mumbai deserving 5 Star Rating. Check-in is easy and ambience is great. The location is amazing you can find all the facilities around. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Delicious Food. Value for money. This was our repeated stay.

A Memorable Stay at Royal Tulip Hotel, Kharghar We had a truly pleasant stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel, Kharghar. I visited with my family for a holiday, and we booked our rooms directly through the hotel’s reservation team. They offered us a great deal, and everything was well-organized right from the beginning. Upon arrival, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the front office staff. They ensured a smooth check-in and allocated us comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Throughout our stay, the front office team was extremely helpful and provided prompt service whenever we needed assistance. My family and I were very happy and comfortable with the rooms, as well as the overall service. A special thanks to the entire Front Office and Reservation teams for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Once again, thank you to the Royal Tulip Hotel and its wonderful staff!

The lift hallway had a foul smell. The key card was not working. The AC did not work. It was so suffocating & high security risk to be there.

We had a kind of extended stay in Royal Tulip in Kharghar due to some personal circumstances. The stay was very comfortable right from day 1 for the entire duration of almost three weeks. The rooms are neat and clean and also modern. The size of the room could have been bigger and little more spacious, however, considering its an expensive place like Mumbai, the room size is just enough. Rooms also have a balcony though, but you can barely use it, as would like the AC to be on, and on mostly birds/pigeons sometimes keep dirtying it. The bathroom door is very heavy and could be a little difficult for children to handle it, and also the stopper for the bathroom is not effective. Size of the bathroom is also a bit cramped up, but good enough to manage. There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel, and both are pretty decent. The menu has decent options and the taste is also quite up to the mark. The buffet breakfast has enough options to entice everyone's tastebuds as well. The winning point for me of this hotel is the staff. Each staff is courteous, polite and prompt. Every time we had a request, it was attended promptly and satisfactorily as well. Right from the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff, we did not have a single blip, in spite of having an extended stay at the hotel. Overall, our stay was excellent here and something we will remember for a long time. Thank you team Royal Tulip!

The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed.

Average - from minibar to air conditioning. Pillows to mattresses, things aren’t good. Right now I’m trying to Get air conditioning fixed at near md night. Overall a bad experience . I had to move to another room hoping to improve things but to no avail. Staff is good and is trained for hospitality but are limited by policies

Pricey, and more like 3 star. Bath towels not sufficient no toiletries dental kit, no outside food allowed, internet only 2 devices even for 2 adults occupants.

As a five star rated hotel it is an average stay. Night shift employees are not professional.

Being a five star hotel, it is ridiculous that There are cockroaches running inside the room.

I liked the fact that it was close to the locality I shifted.

I was disappointed that the management canceled my booking and insisted on an offline booking with direct payment to the hotel. Their stated reason was that they do not accept debit card payments. However, despite this, they still canceled my booking even though I had already stayed there.

Better add package with inclusive with breakfast

Good and welcoming lobby, nice spacious room, nice furniture, very comfortable bed, good toilet and nice service staff.
