فندق صغير بالحجم ولايوجد فيه الكثير من الخدمات

They have really good equipment in the gym which is rare, the stuff is really helpful and friendly, the room are comfortable and nice.

The big disadvantage is the spa - it’s nice but you’re not able to actually use anything. The sauna needs to be booked before hand and the swimming pool is super cold. It says 28 degree but it’s not. Also the small pool you see on the pictures is a child pool, not a jacuzzi. We specifically chose this hotel cause it looked nice, have a great location and spa side but unfortunately we weren’t able to use anything there.

تطفأ الكهرباء كثيراً لبضع دقائق نصحونا بزيارة حمام تركي حسب البروشور الورقي الموجود في الريسبشن وسعره كان غالي فتفاجأنا بمستوى دون المستوى الموجود في البروشور والصور غير المعروضة ومستوى نظافة متدني وعمالة فلبينية وليس اتراك .. فنصيحتي لاتجرب وتخسر اموال على خدمة متدنية .

فندق جميل جدا ونظيف وجديد والاستقبال مريحين ومحترمين. خلفه بالضبط ميني ماركت صغير ومحل عصير. الشارع حي وكله كافيهات وفيه محلات للتسوق .بس شارع البوتيكات والتسوق الكبير لازم سياره... بس كانت أقامه مميزه

Very conveniently located, the rooms are pristine, spacious, my room gift had an issue and when I raised it with the service team, they immediately replaced it and topped it up! This was very much appreciated :)

It was an excellent stay. The rooms were well decorated and clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to all specially to Asli in the breakfast room for her great hospitality.

Quarto confortável, café da manhã bem completo. E localização bem próxima ao metrô. Tambem fica bem próximo de várias farmácias, mercados e restaurantes.

الموقع جدا رائع ويتوفر بالقرب منه جميع الخدمات من بقالات ومطاعم ومصارف ومحلات تجارية ولاتحتاج للسيارة فقط تنزل من الفندق تحد كل شيء امامك كما ان الموقع آمن ويقع على شارع رئيسي وبالقري من محطة مترو عثمان بي مشي خمس دقائق قريب من تقسيم وذلك عبر الذهاب بمحطة المترو محطة واحدة من محطة عثمان بي الى محطة تقسيم

اطفاء التكييف للتوفير ، يقومون باطفاء التكييف عبر التحكم به وذلك للتوفير ، قمنا بالاتصال بهم عدة مرات لتشغيله الثلاجة ضعيفة جدا

Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch beim frühstücken waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist super, nur 8 Gehminuten zum Cevahir Shopping Mall. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ich werde diesen Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Very good breakfast with a big choice. You can also order eggs cooked in any style. Comfortable beds. We stayed in the Suite with City View, and it had 2 toilets and 2 showers, which was very convenient for a family of 4. Good location between two metro stations, it took less than 10 minutes to walk to either of them. Excellent service! The hotel also has a small swimming pool, but every time we used it, we were alone there, so it did not feel small at all.

اعجبني كلشي الموقع النظافة الاهتمام في التفاصيل في الحقيقة الفندق جيد وانصح به قامو بترقية الغرفة الى جناح تنفيذي لمدة اسبوع ومجاناً وبعد هذا كانت الصدمة بعدها بيوم احتفلو بعيد ميلادي الذي كنت قدنسيته ووضعو الكيك وبطاقة التهنئة في الحقيقة امر جميل واشكر خصوصا المدير السيد حسن والموظف السيد ربيع وجميع العاملين 🌹🌹

Если придираться, фен в номере слабоват, укладку им вы не сделаете. Учитывайте то, что это городской отель на довольно оживленной улице .

750 qm Wellness, doch alles war geschlossen oder defekt. Das Reinigungspersonal im 5 Sterne Hotel hat mich um 7:30 Uhr aus dem Bett geklopft!

Ich das sehr teure Hotel Wish More Hotel Sisli gebucht weil ich den 750qm Fitness und Wellnessbereich nutzen wollte. Ergebnis: Pool geschlossen, Gym-Bereich geschlossen und Hamam kalt. Das Hamam würde man auf Wunsch einschalten. In 15 Minuten wäre es warm? Turbo Heizung? Außer einer warmen Entschuldigung keine Wiedergutmachung und auch kein Ersatz für die falschen Angebote. Ich bin daraufhin nach einer Nacht ausgecheckt, obwohl ich schon beide Nächte bezahlt habe. Das Reinigungspersonal hat mich um 7:30 Uhr morgens aus dem Bett geklopft. Schlechter gehts nicht im Urlaub, in einem angeblichen 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Bad hat nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken und die Wc Lüftung war defekt.

Прекрасный новый ремонт, все чистое, новое, свежее. Отличное месторасположение, близко до метро , приятный район.

Ресторан не очень уютный. Возможно помогло бы зонирование столиков, но это к дизайнерам интерьера. В остальном все было хорошо.

Приезжаем в этот отель не в первый раз. Нам сделали апгрейд, заселили раньше времени, что было очень кстати и приятно, так как был ночной перелёт. В номере ждал комплимент от отеля. Великолепные и очень вкусные завтраки. Удобная локация, метро рядом, автобусные остановки,рядом Нишанташы, кафе, магазины. Внимательный персонал, тихо, уютно и безопасно. Однозначно, рекомендуем.

I will start with the positives: The room was clean and appeared to have an updated interior. The location is good for exploring nearby neighborhoods. The hotel was also relatively quiet, although definitely not soundproof, despite what may be advertised.

Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed these points. The main issue was the inaccurate listing. I had specifically searched for a room with limited kitchen or kitchenette facilities. At the time of booking, the property advertised its one-bedroom suite as having these facilities. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed they were not present. They had apparently been removed. When I asked the front desk, I was told that none of their rooms had such facilities. The receptionist attempted to show me photos from their listing, but became visibly uncomfortable when I showed him the actual listing and other images indicating otherwise. Put simply, I paid for something the property advertised but could not provide. Only after I raised the issue with Booking.com, and after the property refused any refund, did they change the Booking.com listing to remove references to the kitchen/kitchenette. However, their own website still lists a kitchenette. Instead of taking accountability or apologizing, they later slipped a letter under my door, which came across as a poor attempt to manage the situation rather than resolve it. The WiFi was also terrible. Unless you can persuade them to let you connect to their private office WiFi, expect speeds of around 5 Mbps. This is laughable in a country where mobile data plans can offer speeds of 500+ Mbps. It appears they are simply limiting guest WiFi speeds to save money. There was also an unexplained pool closure. The hotel claimed that Turkish authorities test pool water for sanitary purposes every Thursday. This was news to me, despite having stayed in numerous hotels in Istanbul over the years. I also checked with colleagues working in other hotels, and they had never heard of such a requirement, especially one that would require the pool to remain closed well into the evening, after authorities would no longer be working. It felt more like laziness than a legitimate explanation. The hotel is also not...

Hôtel très bien situé proche de tout quasiment (restaurants-transports-change...). Personnel très adorable. La femme de chambre ( songul) est une dame formidable qui fait son travail avec amour et passion. Je recommande sans hésiter

Our stay at the hotel was great! I went here with my mom and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious, very clean and with a nice luxuriois yet simple aesthetic. The staff was very nice and accomodating to us and the hotel is situated very well close to both the shopping district near the area, as well as within a close walking distance to OsmanBey metro station . (If you want to go to the Grand Bazaar from here, I recommend the metro over the bus or tram) The breakfast was tasty and simple, we're not very big breakfast persons so we only went once. Would definitely come again!

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The luggage had been opened without our permission. This is extremely concerning, as guests should be able to trust that their belongings and privacy will be respected. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and improves their security and staff procedures to ensure this does not happen to other guests.
